They have great customer service at the location. Their automated system and emails are so off it's comical. Their two are not synced and I get messages to call my prescriber for refills when I just picked up my prescription. Someone needs to adjust the program to see when the last prescription (when there are multiple refills) was filled. I get constant texts that say your prescriber needs to be contacted when there's refills due in 20 days. The medications are for every 30 days and the program try's to refill several of my prescriptions within 10 days. Very annoying. I would love to opt out but it works when the script is truly due! read more

Very rude staff, me and a friend came in there to grab snacks at around 6pm, we're both minors btw. When we reached the snack isle my friend whispered a joke to me and we both quietly laughed for not even 30 seconds until this elder lady, didn't catch her name but she was short, definitely older than 40, and was on the heavier side, ran over to our isle (she was in the isle next to us) and rudely said "Do I have to babysit you?". Me and my friend literally looked at each other in shock because we were quietly laughing at his dumb Nacho Cheese joke and this crazy lady got so triggered by the sound of quiet laughter. We responded with a "No" and she said "Be respectful" and left, needless to say we left in shock, no snacks, and confused. Listen, I get that kids our age can be very disrespectful and cause trouble, but legit we came in, greeted the nice guy at the register, and went straight to the snack section, then my friend saw a bag for nacho cheese flavored chips and cracked the cringey nacho cheese joke, and then suddenly we get screamed at by some random Karen. Lady, I know working in retail sucks but do not take it out on random kids, we literally didn't do anything but try and buy some snacks. Next time do not assume the worst of people just because of their age (Not trying to say she's racist but she was white and my friend was black). read more

Walgreens in Richboro, Street! My hundred percent difference than when I was younger! The pharmacist Zach is especially the nicest pharmacist I've ever dealt with! I'm mistakenly had my medication called to the Southampton branch of Wallgreens and they are the exact opposite. The pharmacist is rude and always has been. That's why I started going to Richboro,. I really appreciate your kindness and there willingness to go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of! Well done, Richboro, Wallgreens! You make Southampton look like a dump! You do need to hire more people, though, being open on Sunday from 11 to 3 is ridiculous. Your staff needs help. I don't believe there has been a day that I have been there or my mother, where Zach has not been working or the tech means Ohm who is equally brilliant! read more

I came to this location looking for a specific item. The shelves were not stocked properly at all. Needless to say I didn't find the item I needed. I asked an employee and he walked me back to the area where my item should be. He didn't find it either. He was nice enough to direct me to another location where I found what I needed. Please stick your shelves better. read more

DO NOT get your prescription filled at this pharmacy. They have no idea what they are doing. Script was sent from my doctor's office. Called twice To see if it was ready and finally someone said it was. Drove over there only to be told that I am not in the system and they have nothing for me. Had the script resent to CVS and it was ready in an hour. read more

They don't have anywhere near the selection of other similar stores. They also poorly label their sales and specials in the store. There was a buy one get one free promotion on the item I intended to buy and when I got to the register I was told some were buy one get one free and some were buy one get one half off and you just have to figure it out. I left without buying anything and just went to Target where shopping is much easier. read more

Went here to use a coupon I printed from the coupons.com. The cashier immediately called the manager and was trying to say it was a photocopy when in fact it wasn't. It was an original printed directly from coupons.com. The manager went in the back for a few minutes and then came back and said he couldn't accept it. CVS and Rite Aid had no problem accepting the same coupons because they weren't photocopies. I also sent an email to Walgreens customer service and they never responded. read more
