The price of my prescription was surprisingly reasonable. The woman at the prescription pickup counter was extremely RUDE.

Prescription takes forever to fill. Horrible unfriendly stuff. CVS only works for people with a whole bunch of free time willing to wait.

Here again, pharmacy still the slowest in town. BY FAR. Need a new manager, please. Always a long wait in the store or drive through.

I sent a prescription to this pharmacy that I've used for 12 years ( since I moved to Bucks County)…read moreKathy was so rude to me telling me she didn't have the medication to fill the prescription. I asked when she'd have it and she replied, " why don't you get it filled at the pharmacy you've been going to?" Ummm, I beg your finest pardon. Village shires is my pharmacy. I only take omeprazole, which I can buy over the counter. Please do not assume, Kathy. I got my Covid and flu shots here too. But I won't be returning because a) they are never able to fill prescriptions b) the people here are rude. Mmmm byyyyyeeee

This is the best pharmacy around and has the nicest people working here. The pharmacist, Bonnie,…read morewho is very talented and with her assistant Kathie, they get your prescription filled and on time. The next time they see you, they remember what you were there for the time before and ask you how you are. Then they tell you that you look better. If you do not look better, they will tell you what to do to help, and call the doctor for a renewal if necessary. They also remember your family. They go above and beyond what a good pharmacy will do, and tell you it is no problem, even when you know it has to be. The other people who work there are amazing, too. The woman who stocks the store is the best, if they don't have it, she will get it. If you are too sick and can't make it to the pharmacy, they will bring it to you. If you want a team that makes you feel better when you are feeling at your worst, and it is right in your neighborhood, this is the place to go. I have been their customer since Bonnie opened it. 10 out of 5 stars 10/5. **********(inventory)

Their two are not synced and I get messages to call my prescriber for refills when I just picked up my prescription. Someone needs to adjust the program to see when the last prescription (when there are multiple refills) was filled. I get constant texts that say your prescriber needs to be contacted when there's refills due in 20 days. The medications are for every 30 days and the program try's to refill several of my prescriptions within 10 days. Very annoying. I would love to opt out but it works when the script is truly due!

Me and my friend literally looked at each other in shock because we were quietly laughing at his dumb Nacho Cheese joke and this crazy lady got so triggered by the sound of quiet laughter. We responded with a "No" and she said "Be respectful" and left, needless to say we left in shock, no snacks, and confused. Listen, I get that kids our age can be very disrespectful and cause trouble, but legit we came in, greeted the nice guy at the register, and went straight to the snack section, then my friend saw a bag for nacho cheese flavored chips and cracked the cringey nacho cheese joke, and then suddenly we get screamed at by some random Karen. Lady, I know working in retail sucks but do not take it out on random kids, we literally didn't do anything but try and buy some snacks. Next time do not assume the worst of people just because of their age (Not trying to say she's racist but she was white and my friend was black).

I have had nothing but trouble at this Rite Aid with what normally should be a very simple task. There are usually delays and several other weird/strange problems, and I just have had to put up with this. However, the last time I picked up the pills, I noted only 11 pills were filled. I had no verbal or written explanation for this. I stopped in to the store the next day and asked the manager Joseph, and Bijal, the female pharmacist (from India ? ), for a written explanation. Even though I requested face to face a written explanation, so far I have had no verbal or written explanation whatsoever. I happened to read an article about pharmacists who steal drugs/medications and am placing the link here. I plan to file a complaint with the local police and I will go to the top if necessary. I suggest that people start counting the pills they they are paying for, they might be surprised at what they find. Be wary and stay away from this very bad pharmacy. This is an update on 10/23/22: I tried to call the responder, Pam, and gave up after sitting on hold for a half hour! I have not yet gotten an explanation for getting only 11 pills when 60 were prescribed! Again, stay away from this pharmacy from hell! They don't care about the criminal behavior of their staff! https://therooster.com/blog/stealing-rampant-some-go-pharmacy-access-drugs Marion Schwartz, RN,BSN,MSN,CPM, Full scholarship for both bachelor's and master's degrees, University of Pennsylvania, and post grad studies at Duke University. It must be working as these modern day behemoths are spreading like a bad cold (poor pun). This one does a decent job getting my prescriptions out quickly, and the drive thru option is a nice touch for those unable to park a car or walk into the store. The crew is friendly and helpful. Too, I have been known to pick up a chocolate bar in the candy isle, and a birthday card in the excessively large greeting card isle. I bow to modernity, although I miss the personal touch of the old fashioned Rexall (now a cool Starbucks here in Newtown).
