There was a special offer for Free Guac and when I went to redeem it the toggle button had an error. I have gotten this error message many times before on other items that I am entitled to and have earned through my points. To paraphrase, you must download the Bubbakoo's Burritos app on your phone and order through said app even if you are in their parking lot! If they updated their system like how you are able to redeem items at any of the payout kiosks at CVS it would be so much easier for the patron and improve customer loyaltly. Anyway, I will still come back but it is becoming less and less easy to order here. ***If you want their garlic parmesan gluten free sauce they do not even have that option listed on the app, you have to go into the store and tell them that is the sauce you would like. The Mr and I got a 9 piece that came with slaw, Texas toast and fries. Was expecting a garlic flavor to the toast, but instead only got a toasted butter sesame flavor. The crinkle fries were good, not overly fried and salted nicely. Tried their Cane sauce and it tasted like a peppery mayo, ketchup mix of some kind. Also opted to try their Honey mustard sauce which was just alright. A bit runny for me with a tender, but would be good as a lite salad dressing. The Mr who loves slaw said it was alright, just needed salt. We paired this combo with a Sweet Tea, which was also just alright, not too sweet which is good. All in all a good experience that we left full and happy enough to hope they make their way up to New York to battle it out with the other finger licking chicken chains. If they do I can see myself gravitating more to it verses others.

Basically people are complaining about the place being popular. Being popular is a symptom of being good. The drive thru is efficient with two lanes and employees that walk down the lanes to take your order in advance. But with 25 cars in line you're going to have to wait. Again, 25 cars in line means it's good (not a 2.6). If you want to dine in or pick up a mobile order, do NOT enter from the northeast side (drive thru area) or you will funnel into the long drive thru lane with no way out. Enter on the side near Wawa. Use the mobile app to order and they will bring it to your table instead of waiting in the long line up front. The inside is clean despite being always busy and the employees are pleasant and helpful like at all Chic-fil-A locations.

If anything, it was more impressive looking in person. The box is said to serve 3 but it could easily feed 5 if people eat regular portions. We weren't sure what the sauces would be like so I sprung for all of them. The tzatziki was our ultimate fave - putting a bit on the pita and then adding some of the chicken. The chicken and pork could have been a bit juicier, but adding the sauce and making a little pita sandwich helped. I would love to order again and try some of the menu items when I'm in town.
