My first time at Wawa, and boy was I impressed! It's more of a fast casual restaurant with to-go food options. They even serve pasta after 4pm with meatballs! I got the breakfast burrito with egg white scrambled, which came with cheese, salsa, and I added guac and caramelized onions. The burrito took almost 10 minutes to be done, but it tasted extremely hot and fresh. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and food options- it really didn't feel like a gas station, but more like a place where you get gas! read more

The cashier was great but the rest of the service was poor. Truly due the sandwich makers moving extremely slow and not working together. The reason for the two stars was because the bathrooms were clean and amazing and the food is always great. Won't be headed to this location again though. read more

This Wawa is always one of our pit stops on our way up to Atlantic City. It's that one point in the trip where you desperately need snacks! It's a typical Wawa. All the normal stuff. Their staff has always been super pleasant and nice. Bathrooms are always clean. Overall good experience. read more

Not a bad last stop before heading into the armpit that is New Jersey (don't @ me). The lady at the register is just the nicest. It's a Wawa, so they have a sandwich station where you don't have to speak to anyone. This one could've used some maintenance. Their self-serve drinks station had some empty containers. This was gross. The girl working on 8/21 at 4:00pm at the register was eating popcorn and licking her fingers WHILE TOUCHING PEOPLES ITEMS AND RINGING THEM UP!!! It was gross and on top of that 12 women were on the bathroom line because 2 stalls were full of pee on the seat we notified the same women and she just said oh well. 20 pumps and pretty decent "to-order" options await you at Wawa. Their breaded chicken options are good but terrible for your waistline. The soups are fairly fresh though a little high in sodium. Basically, if you're a health nut, then you should stick to trail mix and their limited selection of cold cut combos. Gas prices are competitively low and you will never have to worry about someone asking your to spare some change. Rest rooms are located to the left of the check stand and there are tons of non-alcoholic and bagged snack options. You can't go wrong here... read more

The manager is kinda rude! She was working the counter in there lite complexion Hispanic girl didn't catch her name. She has her hat cocked to the side like she in a gang and is really terse in mannerism with customers. All I asked about was the bag policy and she was RUDE! This Wawa store is easily accessible from both directions on US-13 because it is at a corner of an intersection with a traffic light. It's a typical new-style Wawa convenience store with gas pumps. Currently, it has the lowest gas price along US-13 in New Castle and among the lowest gas prices in the state, although that may not last. I don't visit this Wawa store as much for food and drink but they do have all the deli and made-to-order food and beverages that made Wawa famous. Service is good too. read more

I honestly stopped here after hearing a funny commercial about them on the radio about their hoagie fest. I was on a road trip with my sister when we stopped in. First for a gas station convenience store it was immaculate. I was very impressed with how clean and inviting it was. The bathrooms were the best I've been to on the road. As of the produce and snacks they had all looking very fresh and appealing. We ended up ordering hoagies and they were delicious. You order it all on a touch screen which was very fast. The staff there was extremely friendly and polite. Wish we had Wawa's around where I live! read more

Your hoagies are terrible...Stop putting salt on your already salty meat!!Also it doesn't make sense in putting oil on the roll ,it makes it soggy!!!! I would recommend you put your salt , pepper, oregano and oil on top of the vegetables instead of the bread read more

Wawa Beaverbrook Plaza: apologize for the length. This location is my local Wawa. The staff are always smiling, friendly, and greet you with a hello, good morning, etc. I do however have one pet peeve, not specific to just Wawa alone, because I also find this issue at Walmart, K-mart, and a few super markets. Yearly, at the start of fall/winter months and throughout the entire season, many cashiers begin wearing gloves while at the register. As a nurse, and certified germaphobe, I cannot tell you how much this practice FREAKS ME OUT!!! I understand that it's cold and flu season, and the cashier is protecting themselves (from the plague it seems), but all I can think is, Who is protecting myself, and other customers from your germs, and the last 57,000 germs you've picked up from either money, or the people who's germs you've come in contact with? And WHEN was the last time you changed those gloves? Simple universal precautions do not require gloves. We can keep down on germs by utilizing simple hand washing techniques, or through the use of hand sanitizer. Usually when I see a cashier with gloves, I always just move to another register. However, sometimes, like today, there was no other choice. So I get in line, with my bottled water, and of course, the person ringing me up grabbed my bottle of water by the mouth area, with his gloved hands to ring it up. That is completely unsanitary, and not a good practice. Wawa, is this a policy that they wear gloves, or can they just use hand sanitizer??? And can anything be done to stop the use of them??? Otherwise, this location has an amazing team. Thanks. read more
