I wasn't sure why Wawa had a fan following. It's like my car had other ideas. Tesla's tell you intelligently about available superchargers on your route and lead me to this Wawa that has about 12 superchargers. Each spot has a number and you can sit in your car and order from the Wawa app. I didn't use that option but it was nice to know that was available. The toilets are clean and the ATM machine had a line. I love their electronic ordering systems. My crispy chicken bowl was delicious and fresh. The chicken sandwich was very tasty. The bananas were exactly the right ripeness. More than gas it looks like you get anything you want in a Wawa store. read more

I'm adding this review for the new Wawa pizza. Wawa now serves pizza!! Crazy right? Well I figured I'd give it a try. I ordered my pizza in the app. It takes at least 10 minutes so don't expect a pizza right away. The pizzas come in two different sizes. A 14inch and a 16 inch. There are 8 different varieties of pizza available. You can even get a half cheese and half meat option. When I placed my order, I had ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was taking a little long and the Wawa associate said she forgot to put the pepperoni on the pizza and just made a cheese pizza. The pizza was not bad. The slices were cut but the pizza looked a little messy. The crust is a little too crispy for me and has a garlic flavor seasoning. The pizza was super hot and there was a decent cheese pull. The pizza is only available after 4pm. The prices are a little much but what else is new. read more

Ordered lunch and 2 packs of hostess cupcakes as a treat for my husband who's going through chemo and can't taste flavor in most food. But he can taste the orange in the cupcakes. Got the order minus the cupcakes. Called DoorDash and they refused to refund the price of the missing cupcakes. Talked to 3 different people who I can barely understand because of the thick accents and they said it was because of a compensation limit. I got a refund a few days back because DoorDash canceled the order due to a driver took my order that was not assigned to him and took off with it. So now I'm getting money stolen from me because of their mistake. I'm so sick of incompetence and poor customer service from businesses. Especially from restaurants and delivery services. You're spending money at their stores and they can't follow a simple ticket or give food that's not burnt, old or stale. Which happens a lot. Sometimes you get great service and Sometimes not so much. Although always friendly, they do drop the ball on their curbside service. It's either out very quickly and efficiently, or you end up waiting and waiting only to give up, go in, and see your order waiting on the counter, getting cold! read more

Ordered off of a blurry kiosk then when checking out I noticed the line was wrapped around the other direction so I sat in line and an employee came over and raised there tone asking why we were standing there and why we didn't get in line the normal was however the line was already formed when I got in. I went to this location and was not pleased...i ordered two of the "STACKED" sandwiches and i really sont know if they knew what multigrain bread is. I ordered a Italian with multigrain bread but the gave me rye bread for both of my sandwiches. If i wasn't in a rush to get to work i would have had them make it all over. The atore was a mess. I've been to a lot of Wawas. I think I'll skip this one from now on. The employees are unprofessional. Two women behind the deli counter were arguing with a customer and yelled at her "don't come back" as she checked out at the register. Not the experience you'd expect. Overall not a bad store. The employees could be trained a bit more on professionalism. Didn't think Derek the assistant manager showed any today when he was asked to combine multiple wawa gift cards into one. He was really rude by asking me why I wanted to combine them and making smart comments under his breath. I understand that it was lunch time and a little busy, so I stood aside and waited for the line to die down and he still acted like he had something better to do than help a customer in a customer base store.
