It was a very good light meal. The gentleman who made the sandwich - the same guy who made the cappuccino - asked me by name how everything was. I can't remember my own name most days so the attention to detail was seriously impressive. After noting all the attention to detail I started looking up the owners info. Wasn't on their Instagram (which I did follow) but was buried somewhere on their website. The gentleman is Aaron, a trained chef who worked around the U.S. and France. For the drinks, I ordered a matcha latte with soy milk. I wish the worker had brought up that it was extra for the soy as I paid over $5 for the smaller size! Regardless, it was a good drink with good matcha flavor, paired with the soy milk. My coworker got the Cubano which is something I haven't seen anywhere before! He had it down in Cuba where it is an espresso mixed with an equal parts of a sweetener. You can get both your caffeine and sugar rush all in one go. I will probably be back some time soon just to try that.
