There were two small groups of people noisily chatting away, the entire place was giving friendly vibes. The person behind the counter asked if it was my first time there, if I prefer hot drinks (yes), and that anything they have listed on their iced menu can be done just as well hot. He then asked what my regular drink was. I shared it was a cappuccino, and I do try some syrups, but don't like things that are too sweet. He then suggested a smoked chestnut cappuccino- I was in. It was a very good light meal. The gentleman who made the sandwich - the same guy who made the cappuccino - asked me by name how everything was. I can't remember my own name most days so the attention to detail was seriously impressive. After noting all the attention to detail I started looking up the owners info. Wasn't on their Instagram (which I did follow) but was buried somewhere on their website. The gentleman is Aaron, a trained chef who worked around the U.S. and France.
