A nice wawa located in a very accessible area! The only thing that I don't care about this place when coming here is the parking lot is a little odd, especially because one area in the back in a one way and some people do not listen to that rule. The location itself is always clean and when I come here for gas, the gas at this location seems to always last longer then when I have gone to other gas stations in the area. The pumps themselves are always working and I have rarely, if ever, seen any pumps out of order. The staff here is usually friendly and from the few times that I have run in to grab snacks or a drink, they usually greet me with a smile which I enjoy. Prices for snacks is reasonable and they always have some great deals on chips or drinks like get two for less then five dollars on most of them! Believe it or not, this was my first time ever at a WaWa and told my hubby to pull in to get gas in my car so I could browse the store. It was large inside with a nice hot and cold section where staff was preparing foods. The coffee area was nice too. After looking around I think the WaWa store was dramatically oversold to me by my friends. My wife has never been to a Wawa so I thought it was the perfect time for an experience. This will also be my first review of a Wawa. Pulled into the crowded west Hollywood Wawa gas station and fueled up my vehicle for $3.19 a gallon which is a competitive price. The grounds were clean and the fuel pump flowed quickly. We both went inside and toured the different sections which included the coffee bar, deli and slushi station. The wife wondered why they dont serve chili, not too sure myself, although did offer a little of everything else. The service we received at this Wawa was great. The attendants were very helpful and speedily took my friends order. Which was a hot sub btw and I was told it was tasty. Also I discovered they carry Mini Melts, they're kinda like Dip n Dots, however Mini Melts has a DAIRY FREE OPTION along with their traditional and fun flavor line up. My daughter said she's had them before and she likes them. They're a cool alternative for those avoiding dairy. The parking lot is pretty big and the gas station itself has a good amount of spots. We go here after concerts at the Hard Rock down the road. It hits the spot for quick Wawa snacks and gas, but it's also a known spot for homeless people to congregate and pander. Last time I was here a guy was following us around pestering us to buy him beer which was annoying. They even took the soda cups out because people were stealing drinks. Now you have to wait in line and ask a cashier for a cup. I also have to mention the bathrooms are utterly atrocious. Not the best Wawa out there, but it gets the job done in a pinch. read more

This is another standard Wawa...they are popping all over and that's a good thing because this store like many of the other ones is clean, well stocked and the prices are not bad for a convenience store. Stopped here for gas and a quick lunch before my flight back home. I ordered a turkey sub and ice salted caramel coffee. I was actually surprised by the quality of the sandwich. Compared to the sandwiches id get back at home the bread was actually not squished, the meat didn't taste like a typical cold cut and the veggies tasted fresh. I don't normally go to Wawa to often but this was a pretty good sandwich which is why I'm reviewing them. The store inside was clean, staff was friendly and even other customers were helpful with directions and places to go. So my father just dropped off a hoagie to eat so I'm gonna try it it has toasted turkey wheat bread mayo cheddar salt pepper tomato cucumbers pickles lettuce sounds good to me I just ate the hoagie from Sonny's jeez now another one wow let's dig in! This is a brand new Wawa location and it's probably been open about four weeks. They have double Ipumps, so there was no waiting to get gas. They were also having a special on fountain soda! Any size was 79 cents. I got a 44oz caffeinated Vanilla Diet Coke. My favorite! They have those fancy soda machines that basically allow you to make whatever flavor you want. I didn't have food here, but like all Wawa's they have an open kitchen in the middle of the store where one can place their order at an instore kiosk or if you want your food quicker, use the Wawa app to pre-order so it's ready upon your arrival. They also have a rewards card built into their app, so one can earn special offers and you can even load your payment type/credit card or bank card, never having to touch anything at the checkout. It was also nice being greeted by a store employee, who appeared to be in a management role. This almost never happens at this type of store, let alone a major chain store like Macy's. I hope this Wawa team is able to maintain this new location! read more

I was introduced to a Wawa by a dear friend that lives up northwest FL when Wawa was not available in South Florida then and i fell in luv w/ how clean and the diverse foods and drinks available. Particularly why with a heavy heart, I write this review; i was Static when a brand new Wawa opened in the corner of a major intersection near my House - What a YUGE disappointment. Well South FL is the capital of fraud, sadly here goes another one... This WAWA is ABSOLUTELY disgusting! Sticky every where outside and specially the tables and chairs - ugh. My first experience was finding a purple fingertip rubber glove in my burrito and I never said anything or wrote any review I just let it go. Today I found a fly in my cup of coffee by taking a sip and spitting the fly out right after walking out the doors. Freaking disgusting! I do not recommend this Wawa. They have poor quality and/or employees that dont care to keep it clean. This place has issues and I going to put them on blast. Some of the employees are grade A awesome such as Aleah,Carmen, Chris and Trevor. While 1 in particularly seems to have a serious attitude problem and that's Kayla, attitude so nasty I wanna punch the little bitch harder in the mouth. This place has security but you'd never know it for they are always hidden outside the store on the phone. I recently received an e-gift card and brought it to Wawa to redeem. The instructions are stated on the ecard, print the e-card and take it to the register to redeem. However, I was told by Wawa management that he has never heard of a Wawa e gift card. This seems odd because it is referenced on the Wawa website including extensive frequently asked questions. Either Wawa has an ongoing scam in which it promotes e-gift cards but has no intention of redeeming them or the staff is not adequately trained, Regardless of either option I won't be back. read more

Honestly surprised at how terrible the service was. It took me forever and a day to pay---when I back and wait for my milkshake. I proceeded to wait another forever and a day! When we were waiting to pay one lady was taking forever and not one of the other employees offered to come handle the customers that were waiting to pay. When I made it to the food area no one called my number. It wasn't until I asked if anyone was going to make my shake that someone said they had made it already. And called the number. Absolutely the worst guest experience I have received at Wawa, the customer service was horrible and team members need retraining. The general manager needs to be replaced or retrained in how to manage and support her team. The foodline person needed support but the gm manager never took initiative to help get orders out. The freshness of the food wasn't as expected. The whole place was filthy dirty, trash all over the floor, the walk into the place was dirty. The district manager needs to do a pop up store audit.
