After 15 years of marriage to a Peruvian and time spent in Lima, I've developed a real sense of…read morewhat a quality Peruvian meal is. Panguich is an excellent representation of a modern day Peruvian sandwich shop (with other Peruvian food as well). What I love about these guys in particular: they are local and family owned, they consistently ask for feedback, and they improve the menu and food quality regularly. It's clear they really care about proudly representing one of the best cuisines in the world (if you know, you know). And it's not just a sandwich shop. They also serve many of the standard Peruvian comfort dishes; lomo saltado, the bowls, legit pollo a la brasa, and a very tasty (and spicy) rocoto sauce that I legit put on everything. One note on the pollo a la brasa: if you have never had Peruvian pollo a la brasa, you are truly missing out on one of the best things the world has to offer; and Panguich actually does a better job than some places we have tried in Lima. The chicharrón sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries, red onions, and rocoto is no joke. The tamales are also legit. Pro tip: if you like the chicharrón sandwich and also want a tamal, check out the Lurín breakfast. It has everything you need, including the bread to make the sandwich, plus a tamal and café con leche. Perfect for a Saturday morning breakfast that can be shared if you grab an extra roll. Very happy to have them in "The Coop." Really, this is the kind of restaurant (and people) we need more of, not less.

The space is on the smaller side, and while it's cozy, the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. Overall, I'll definitely be back!

Fresh, Delicious, Friendly, and Affordable!…read more I can honestly say I just had one of the best Chicken Caesar wraps I've ever had! Everything tasted incredibly fresh. The lettuce was perfectly crisp, the bacon was flavorful, and I absolutely loved that they added crunchy croutons right into the wrap--it gave it the perfect texture! I also ordered a mixed green salad with crisp cucumbers and juicy little tomatoes, and it was just as fresh and delicious. To top it all off, I grabbed two drinks and a cookie, and my entire meal was under $20! It's not every day you find a meal that's this satisfying, fresh, and budget-friendly. The atmosphere was just as enjoyable as the food. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly friendly, polite, and well-mannered. He greeted customers with a genuine smile, provided excellent service, and made the whole experience even better. Great customer service like that really stands out. If you're in the Davie area and looking for a fresh, flavorful meal that won't empty your wallet, I highly recommend stopping by this sandwich and wrap shop. Great food, a welcoming atmosphere, outstanding customer service, and amazing value--I'll definitely be coming back!

Clean eating is always a great choice & when it's delicious you can't beat it. The chicken pesto sandwich is amazing. It's served on a fresh ciabatta that has a nice crunchy outside & wonderfully soft inside. It comes with a generous portion of chicken also. The mozzarella cheese pairs perfectly with the fresh peppers & tomato while the pesto gives it that extra punch of flavor that you're looking for. Even writing about it now makes my mouth water. When it comes to cold pressed juices, I feel like they set a pretty high bar. The Orange Crush is a great refresher for the hot days we have in south FL. You get a strong flavor of orange & pineapple up front with some nice hints of apple & lemon that follow. While it may sound like a bit much, it isn't tart whatsoever. Staff is friendly here & the dining area is always kept clean. As expected, it's a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. I'd much rather pay a little more for a healthy meal that fills me up anyway.

Got there just as they were closing and they were nice enough to serve me. For those who've never been here: it is an unassuming, old-fashioned, no nonsense counter service hoagie shop. They slice as the meat when ordered, not before. Through the years they've maintained the same feel and quality with reasonable prices. I got the "monster", size small because I knew I would eat ice cream later. The monster includes ham, turkey, roast beef. I like it mayo, mustard, onikns, pickles, sweet peppers, salt & pepper and a bit of oil & vinegar. I generally prefer hot sandwiches but LaSpada's is outstanding. The portion of meat is plentiful and the sweet peppers reallg elevates it. They wrap the vegetables in two layers of meat which I think helps keep the components in place for every bite. This is a great place to have a tasty and satisfying meal for a low price!
