A few minutes later the manger confronted me in a threatening manner and said she would eject me and ban me for life if I again pointed my finger at one of her staff. No apologies for using the profanity she encouraged. She refused to give me her name which violates CVS corporate policy. This is very unprofessional and threatening. I have filed a formal complaint with CVS corporate.
