Usually very accommodating for walk in x-rays. Yesterday we walked in and were told there was a 30 minute wait. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly. read more

I have an appointment with Breast imaging today. I am hoping the office staff is friendlier than the scheduling staff. The scheduler I spoke to was rude and very unprofessional. Maybe it was because this scheduler didn't care for seniors. She was obnoxious. read more

I went to this place with my little girl who was sick and needed a chest xray. I was told that there was an 1.5 hour wait. Then the receptionist let a few of the people that work in the building just jump ahead of us in the line, TERRIBLE. That 1.5 hour wait turned into 2.5 hours and I just left. I wont go back here again. Hire some additional staff--- You are not giving us a discount for having to wait --- so use that money and hire some additional people so that people dont have to wait 1 hour or more just to get a xray (smh).... read more

Nice clean place back office staff wonderful but receptionist is a total ... I told her I had an appt & she first ignored me then she told me wrong place without even checking my slip had me running around the building for 10min until someone helped me. read more

I had a terrible experience with this facility. I was scheduled for two MRIs, one with and one without contrast. Two techs were unable to locate a vein to give me the contrast. My skin was repeatedly stabbed with a needle for almost 10 minutes before they gave up. Then they attempted to charge my insurance for two MRIs. To make matters worse, I owed a co-payment but was never informed. No letters, no notice....until they sent me to collections that is! Luckily I caught it before it ruined my credit. What a nightmare this experience was. This is no place for sick people and there are several options in the Orange area. STEER CLEAR!!!! read more

Worst adminstrative experience service ever. Spoke to five different reps each time one gave me different information. Nobody speaks to each other nobody makes notes on the charts. Day before at 4pm before a 7 a.m. appointment, I was informed that my father needed lab work and also that they didn't receive the authorization from the insurance even though I had spoken to two other reps the week before who had confirmed the type of CT scan my father needed. Also the CT scan request order changed but it doesn't matter because he can't attend his appointment because he was never informed of any lab work required and there was no pre-screening the first four times that I spoke to this place. read more

I arrived a few minutes early and completed the paperwork. Staff was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was horrible. Technician was also very nice and efficient. I was in and out with a CD of my images in just over 30 minutes. I'm surprised at the bad reviews. Maybe they are trying to do better. read more

Came here because my grandma had an appointment for an ultrasound. We faxed in all the information in before hand but I also brought in copies just in case. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and they already had everything in order so I didn't need the copies. The waiting area was a good size and it looks like they get really busy. We didn't have to wait very long after our appointment time for them to call in my grandma. Overall my grandmother's experience was decent. read more

Competent, but not warm staff. Parking can be a nightmare, but they get your records and scans sent off efficiently and in a timely manner. They are good at confirming your appointment before you come on and there's a large waiting room, which is good since it's always a long wait. Expect an hour or hour and a half, even with an appointment. read more

January 2019, after the poor customer service, comes the improper medical billing, if you pay cash, save your receipt because they will enter lower amounts and then they will bill you. Poor management, not in office to handle situations. The morning staff are rude, lazy and disorganized. I was there one late afternoon for an X-ray the day before and the afternoon staff was kind and attentive. No issues with my insurance. This morning they wanted to charge me the full amount for my copay, over $120 was over billed! I advised my deductible has been met. I had to call the insurance myself because both Hispanic ladies both over 50 years old, did not read the notes in the system, insurance was verified Yesterday, the young lady handling the front desk had the right attitude and did the leg work for them, she even went as far as placing a reference number on the chart. Both morning front desk need attitude adjustments and customer service training. I will not recommend this place. read more

The offices were nice. The staff that registered my husband was friendly and efficient. Their radiology department is separate down stairs the blonde receptionist couldn't stop looking at my husband. Then she passed on the paperwork to the back office and pretty loudly the guy in the back complained. So unprofessional. If we could have gone somewhere else we would have. read more

Receptionist was RUDE. She's the one with the lighter long hair. First when I got there she was gossiping with one of the asian doctors/technicians (somebody with a lab coat). They both ignored me and continued to act as though I wasn't there. Finally the asian lady left and they both said, "Oh, glad you told me about that." Clearly gossip. Anyway, this receptionist acted like she didn't want to be there. When I asked how to pay for it, rather than saying something like, "You can swipe your card", she just pushed the card reader towards me. I swiped once and it read, "Swipe Again" or something like that (as if it didn't take). I questioned it and she said that it didn't take and to try again. I swiped it at least 4 more times (because each time it read that I had to try again) and while I was getting ready to swipe it the 5th time, the lady pushed the receipt towards me to sign. I asked her why she wouldn't have told me that it took and not have him continue to swipe. She was speechless and acted like she was DUMBfounded that I called her out. Everyone else was fine. The changing area was a bit shady looking, however. I walked in and saw the backside of a man who didn't have the door closed. Not the fault of the place but it's a little weird when that changing area is shared by both the men and women. read more

I like this place. They were clean, attentive, and kind. They have coffee maker that makes lattes, teas, hot chocolate, and many things in between which came in handy because it was cold and raining outside. The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable during my ultrasound. read more

I've been calling to request copies of a PET scan and the first time I called was on hold for 22 mins so I hung up called again and was on hold for 7 mins. So I decide to call the front desk to let them know, she just heard that I was calling "records" she said you need records hold and she transferred the call and I'm still on hold another 16 min so far. Really how long does it take to answer a call. read more

I had a great experience. The facility was clean, Jackie was very patient with me even, though I was running late, and Brittany had wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend this location for imaging you need done. read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible service. If there was a negative star option I'd put -30 stars. Walking up to these women at the counter is like walking up to a junk yard fence being guarded by confrontational bull dogs! The main woman I delt with is the older woman. Her name starts with "L". L said "next" and when I walked up she didn't say hi or anything or anything for that matter. She just stared. Very cold and unhelpful. Since L didn't say hi or how can I help you I said "hi I'm here for X-rays". She said "well do you have any papers". I gave her my 2 papers that my primary docter gave me and right away she declines me services and says no we can't do this. I asked why not and that my doctor specifically sent me here and she looks at the papers again and says "oh we can do one of these, but you'll have to make an appointment for the other service". That means she didn't even look at the second paper the first time she looked at them and imeadtly declined me service. I told her since she was going to be doing one service can she please schedule me in the same visit for the other service and that I would wait is long as it took to get the service done in one day since I was already here and I would be leaving out of the country the following day and she obviously was of no help whatsoever and said no. By this point another bulldog stepped in her name starts with K or C and she said sternly said "are schedule is completely full" ... I looked around and it was me and 2 other people in there at the moment she said that. I told them that I would wait as long as it took, so I can knock out the other procedure since I was already there doing the other one and they just simply refused and would not work with me. I highly recommend going any other places besides this place, because of these ill demeanor bull dogs! read more

The staff at the OCI site are the best. 64 slice GE CT scanner that is rivaled by no one in the area. Hearts are there specialty. Go for a screening scan on an EBCT scanner or go for the GOLD and have a CTA Heart. Give them a call and ask questions.........it's your health....YOU should care about it. read more

Very quickly checked in and called. Yes, the ladies aren't the most friendly but they are professional. Go to Disneyland if you want everyone to smile and give you a lollipop. Received my results within a work week. The CT Scan tech and assistant were very friendly and informative during the entire procedure and made sure my anxiety didn't kick in while strapped to the gurney. Thank you! read more

Terrible experience! I've had 5 children and this was the worst ultrasound I've ever had. First it took so long. Maybe 40 minutes. I was only allowed to look at the screen for the last 2 minutes. I've never had a ultrasound take so long. The tech was not friendly, hardly said a word to me and made no expression the entire time. So I was kind of freaking out, for a long long time, that something must be wrong. But then when I finally able to see the baby everything seemed normal. Then she said "that's it". And I said "what about the gender?". She told me it looked like a girl. But I've already had a blood test that is supposed to be 100% accurate that said I was having a boy. I've once again had 5 children and I've never had an ultrasound that didn't determine gender. Now I'm worried and will likely have to go somewhere else to get another ultrasound. read more

I've been having all sorts of imaging done here for many years. Everyone's been very pleasant and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The front desk is not friendly. I wasn't greeted properly. The Hispanic lady just asked for my name and insurance card and proof of ID in a very dry tone (felt that was a little abusive it's on the card and it's not stolen! Do I need to prove who I am?! She wasn't even wearing a name badge or introduced herself so where are her credentials?!) Television volume was on way to loud. The tech in Ultrasound/Wendy (if that was her real name) Philipino/Thai ethnicity (again nobody wears a badge here) was just as unpleasant in a dry tone said to "sit on the gurney and lay flat." I sat down waiting for her to come over and start the test. Again she said in a more harsh tone in incorrect usage of English to lie down. You need better staff here!!! Equipment and facility is descent-good however, the staff here should be replaced for people that are more respectful and actually want to have job and perform it in a professional manner. read more

While the medical staff here is great, the people at the desk and on the phones leave a lot to be desired. They shake down patients with viable insurance for cash payments before they are allowed to have their procedure done. Not only is that not right and possibly illegal, it's also bullying. The majority of their patients have cancer. Not cool at all. read more

I phoned to make an appointment; it took twenty minutes to answer their phone, and then they could not even tell me if they provided the service I was looking for. read more

I have used this facility for mammograms, ultrasound breast exams, and a bone density test. It is a freeway-close, clean and inviting facility. The waiting area is comfortable (though it does get low on magazines sometimes). The people who work there have always been kind, friendly, professional and understanding with me. They are as gentle and quick in doing the mammograms as possible. The doctors who read the mammograms are thorough, knowledgeable and cautious. I highly recommend this facility. read more

I have used Orange Imaging Center twice now...once for a breast mammogram and the other for a bone density test. Both times I have been so impressed with their personal, caring staff...who, unlike the previous reviewer, answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to help me. For my bone scan I had a previous bone scan done at a different facility (due to insurance) and I didn't take the results to Orange as I figured my Dr. would be able to compare the two. However, my dr. acted like the reports were in Greek and referred me to my primary care dr. who in turn had the nurse call me. I wasn't satisfied with what the nurse relayed so called the Whittier bone scan had them fax my previous results to Orange Imaging. Orange Imaging did an addendum to my bone scan to compare the current test with the one done two years ago. They not only sent my results again to my OBGYN but also to my primary care dr. and also to ME. I so appreciated the care Laticia in the records dept. gave to handling my problem. She assured me from the get go that she would make sure the problem was resolved. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Orange Imaging. The facilities are a cut above the norm. read more

1st time here ; Jan 10, 2017. Ste#205 The reason I give this a 2 is because the customer service was HORRIBLE: Before my appointment I needed to re assure on my insurance before making a long drive. I waited on the phone for 30mins and to be sent to voice mail but I still decided to show up. I'm unsure if the girl up in the front ignored my call or maybe she doesn't answer "KATE or KATIE" but there was nobody when I got there but her. They instructed me to be there 20mins prior the appointment and so I did. This girl had no customer service at all, yawning and yawning, the whole time on her phone, inappropriate, RIDICULOUS!! Then waited for approximately 20mins to take my paperwork to the back when I took 5mins to complete it , (so that's a whole 25mims of the check in process )then waited 25 mins to be called back (I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT WAITING IN THE LOBBY) , the music in the lobby was too loud and her music playing at the same time just gave me a HEADACHE! The lobby was a bit dirty!! It all change when I was brought back , I give the tech Veronica a 5!! I loved her thanks for making me feel comfortable and making my exam easier. (Please do inform patients of certain ultrasounds being externally and internally prior any appointments!! Please do point out these inquiries to the front desk gal or simply hire a new grad or someone that is willing to work and show her passion in the medical field to help patients!! Please respect the appointment time of a patient when we schedule at a certain time because some of us do show up on time and cooperate. If something was taking so long I would of appreciate it if the front desk would communicate it with me. Thank you for your care Advance Imaging Center. read more
