Brenda at the front desk insisted that I was "scheduled for now" a full 15 minutes after my test was scheduled when i asked politely when I would be taken back to start my test. Not only does this company "robo-call" you 14 times a day when you get a referral, but then they tell you to arrive over an hour early just to make you wait until way beyond your appointment time to be seen. I saw an elderly gentleman with cancer have to sit in a hallway for over two hours because he was told to arrive earlier than he should have been there, and so he was forced to sit in the hallway during this pandemic for no good reason. Also, I wasn't even clear why they stayed open at the time, when the governors order says that all elective medical tests should be cancelled. Also, when i finally was called to the back, a technician named John accused me of "harassing the workers" because I dared to ask about when I would be called to the back after my appointment time had passed and i sat for an extra 20 minutes at a time when it's ill advised to be in crowds.
And.. to add insult to injury, the company's "follow up" to my review was simply laughable. As all can see, Siemens named "Andrew C." Replied to my review and asked me to private message him my number, which I did. Then, I got a call from someone named "Ms. Hernandez" at the actual location who claimed she had no clue who "Andrew C." Was at all and said that she receives the reviews directly.
That's odd, considering that "Andrew C." Claims to be the business owner for purposes of responding to Yelp reviews. Even more evidence of one hand not knowing what the other is doing.
When "Ms. Harnandez" caked me back, she made no effort to apologize for the way I was treated, and failed to address my concerns for the elderly man with cancer that had to sit in a hallway for hours because the company told him to come at an improper time.
Then, she completely ignored what I told her about the Governor's order regarding non essential medical procedures or imaging, even though, ironically, the company had posted a huge article about how they intended to change thief business practices to protect their workers and patients.

This company has no problem "robo-calling" patients 22 (not a joke) times a day trying to schedule patients for procedures before parents even know they are due for one or that one was ordered, and then again "robo-calling" patients the day before their procedure with apparently inaccurate information about arrival times etc.
Even upon arrival, the staff had no idea who was supposed to use what type of contrast, etc, yet when I originally spoke with one of the "robo-callers" and scheduled the procedure, they gave me instructions for prep. I wasn't even asked if i had or had not complied, and the staff had no clue and were sitting there debating and wondering what type of contrast was required for my procedure.
A complete lack of organization, and horrible customer service and greed in a time of global crisis.
I then asked about other "radnet" facilities closer to my actual home, and "Hernandez" acted completely clueless and said she only knew about her "region" (whatever that means).
I saw many patients who are elderly and actually have horrible conditions be treated the same way. It seems like the complaint banks on those patients being too weak or not tech savvy enough to care or take action. It's really sad and unfortunate that they endanger the health of patients and their own staff and when confronted do nothing at all.
Sounds like I need to make a call to the Medical Board. May be the only way to get something done. read more
