Waiting area was feezing cold and it looked like they're overbooking patients. My appt was at 8:30 am and was instructed to come 20 min early. I didn't get seen by the tech until 9:30ish. read more

There are no appointments, there's always a waiting room full of people. Welcome to Obama care

First time here and will be my last time!!! I would rather pay out of pocket to avoid this place. The front desk receptionist, the young girl is a BITCH, and rude. The BITCH has no customer service skills at all!!!! She has a flat affect. The older lady was friendly even spoke and asked me if I had been helped when I was at the counter. They should just have walk in's, because you will not be seen at your appointment time. Even the staff in the back is dry and cold. The lady who did my mammogram didn't even wear gloves, and I am sure that machine never gets wiped down. Horrible!!! read more

I went on for a fetal anotomy at my 19 week pregnancy hoping to find out what I was having, the technician looked like she was having a bad day I asked her if everything looked fine all she kept telling me was I'm not allowed to tell you this only your doctor which was very weird as I as I remember with my last pregnancy at the time of my fetal anatomy the tech told me everything looked fine anyhow back to this terrible experience she said I'm not gonna be able to tell you the sex of the baby, the baby has the legs closed she at least could of try and tell me to walk or drink cold water but she didn't care, poor patient service don't recommend any one to go there !!!!! read more

Besides the waiting room being a bit on the small side, I have to say my experience with Los Coyotes Imaging Center was a good one. The employees were friendly, and I was called back for my CT scan a few minutes earlier than scheduled. read more

This is my 4th visit to this center and it is horrible. The waiting room is dirty no magazines to be seen, no television that actually works. My appt was for 2pm and it has been about an hour and there are still 2 people before me. When asked how much longer the receptionist informed me that they schedule every 15 minutes which is insane to begin with. She also informed me that he has a lot of patients. Not my concern. If you can go to another facility read more

This is an updated review. I had this appt set for 1 week now. I arrived on time and everyone in the office was very nice and polite. Everything went smoothly. The office staff was very nice and accommodating. Both my mammo tech and sonogram tech were very nice and gentle. I also want to thank Heidi the office manager for reaching out and making this appt better than the last. read more

I'd like to give 5 stars to the mammogram technicians. Both of the women who administered my tests were kind and informative. The office staff is a whole other story. They forgot to write my appointment down. I found this out when I called back to change it and they didn't have me down for anything. They claim to have never received films from my previous lab (who knows??) but it took over 3 weeks for them to notify me of this. I must say the crowning glory of their incompetence has to be the 6-digit phone numbers (for both phone and fax) on the letter they sent. That's right, they forgot a digit on their own phone numbers. There's more but I won't bore you with the details. Suffice to say, the front desk staff is lacking in a big way. read more

Wouldn't take x-ray appointment, just wait in line. Report on one of my tests had misinformation and history out of context. Misleading so Dr. Recommendation was off as well. Techs that did actual procedures were great. read more

Worst place ever!! They talked behind the patients. They do not know what they are doing. Made me wait for 2hours for their mistakes. Unprofessional! read more

Someone reached out to me shortly after my review and my Dr was faxed my information immediately. So I do think if you talk to the right people here you can get help. read more

I have gone to the Los Coyotes Imaging Center twice in two days. Both times I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had little to no waiting. Clean offices and exam rooms. read more

I've been coming here for years for MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, etc....I'll admit they can be a little standoffish at times but I've never been treated rudely. I have had some miscommunication when trying to set up an appointment but that was only once. Not enough for me to dock then on my review. They've even offered me same-day appt when it's urgent or when my doctors office calls while I'm still there and it's urgent. There have been a couple times where the wait time was a bit excessive but being that I work in the medical field I understand things happen sometimes. An MRI image may have not been clear enough for whatever reason that's out of their control...perhaps it's a patient is nervous & prolonging her visit. Any number of things that you can imagine & ones you can't are the reasons for some of wait times. I'm a nurse, my job is very challenging & I don't know exactly what it takes to do their job but I'm not going to try & dictate them on how to do theirs. The facility/ rooms are clean & employees are friendly. I always get my results in a very timely manner...I'm happy to keep coming back. read more

Front desk is unprofessional, ungroomed for a medical office. Poor scheduling. The tech was professional though and very nice

Went to Los Coyotes Imaging Center for a mammogram as a new patient. I was in and out in 30 minutes, including the time to fill out the new patient paperwork. The staff were very pleasant and professional. read more

Pretty good place. Not sure why people are complaining. I got in 10min after my appointment time, and everything else was great.

I understand why this place has only two stars. Doesn't matter what time you get here, the wait will be at least an hour. They don't take appointments for x Ray, so be ready to sit and wait or stand and wait. Tried multiple times for the X-ray, so finally got here before they opened, and still waited an hour...ugh. read more

Scheduling is insane! Normally I don't comment but they are so bad that I feel I must! Long holds just to schedule an urgent Ultrasound for my mother. MD order was urgent for check for possible blood clot. The ridiculousness is beyond words. Manan ... yes, I am calling out the employee - which shows how frustrated I am. I have asked his manager to look into the taped conversation. Additional note: I wish I would have read the other comments before calling them! So frustrated. read more

Trying to schedule an MRI appointment. After waiting a long time on hold and listening to nice Classical music that I loved the first time I heard it and hate it now after over listening to it, the call would disconnect!!! Even though they mentioned so many times how my call is very important to them and how I'm going to get the same attention and Bla bla bla... I tried many times and at different times of the day with the same result! I guess I have to go there in person to schedule that appointment! I guess I am very important to them! They want to see me more often! Thank you! read more

Like I said, I have always had a good experience with this facility but tried for last 2 days to make an appointment for a family member and clearly something has changed, First, the appointment / scheduling is made thru a call center in the Caribbean. First clue was the guy could barely speak English , I needed him to repeat everything several times until I could understand him. Secondly,k they don't have any opening for several weeks, almost a month! I never had a similar problems in the past. Too bad. I liked them but will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars, I am surprised that somebody gave them 5 stars. I was referred to this center and I called to schedule an appointment, every one answered me transferred me to another one, and every time they put me on hold for 10 minutes, and after about an hour an a half I was not able to schedule an appointment. They have no respect to their patients and to the doctors that referred them to this center. I will not go there and I will let my doctor transfer me to another center. read more

Stay away from this location, the scheduling is a joke and the staff doesn't know what is going on!

If i can give them 0 i will.. Called 5x 15 mins prior my appointment and they just put me on hold 5x and somebody will hung up the phone! By the time i got to their parking lot..its like 5mins after my appt...they finally answered and checked that they cant accomodate me for an ob ultrasound..whoever the lady that answered the phone is very very rude and they said they said i only called once! Thats ridiculous..i could pull up my call log and show it to them.. now i have to f***ng wait for 2 1/2 weeks for my ultrasound! read more

I absolutely hate getting MRI's and so automatically I dread any visit here as the only reason I'm ever here is to get one. It's a nice place, they take you in pretty promptly and front desk staff was nice. The tech was wonderful, I wish I remembered her name - she was nice, patient, calming, and efficient. I don't know about getting results or medical records, I've never done that myself. read more

My husband as X-rays, ct, mri from this location. I have had ct, and ultrasound. These guys are good! They care and it shows. Thank you Los Coyotes ! read more

I came here Friday around noon for an emergent ultrasound to be done. Everyone was super nice and for them squeezing me in it was quite quick! There was a little bit of a wait after my appointment time but I understand that they were fitting me into I'm sure what was an already busy schedule. There are not a whole lot of chairs in the small waiting room but there were quite a few gentlemen giving up their seats for the ladies which was nice. I did notice if you were getting an X-ray it was a 30-60 minute wait but that's expected anywhere for walk in X-rays. Just be patient and bring a book or your fully charged phone. And you'll be fine! read more

Thank you for a great experience. I took my mom for a bone density, mammogram and X-rays. Office staff was nice and helpful. My mom was done in about an hour or slightly more. Very fast. My mom felt comfortable and she was amazed on how quickly she was in and out. She did mention that during the X-rays it appeared that the technician may have been an intern. Nonetheless the intern was guided and the X-rays were done. It was a bit awkward for my mom because the intern kept being corrected but she still liked the service. Thank you for making my mom feel comfortable in her long process of studies. read more

I was amazed by the amazing staff at this location! US techs and front desk staff were amazing! I felt relaxed while being in the room. The tech was doing her best and she was a very nice and kind person! read more

Went in for an MRI and they were all very polite. I had my appointment at 7am and went in at 710am. I gotta say the reviews free me off but I was pleased with my visit. read more

If you want to be treated like a cow at an auction, this is the place to go. The building and rooms are dark and dreary, relics from the 1970s (or earlier, who knows?) - and in need of at least minimal maintenance. The staff is harried, unhelpful, and unsmiling. I had an appointment here (I had to go every year) - but this time I left without fulfilling it. I just couldn't take it. Instead, I went over to Providence Imaging in San Pedro. What a difference. read more

I went to Los Coyotes today. When I was checking them out last night on Yelp, they only averaged two stars! I thought about asking my doctor to pick a different imaging center, most of Los Coyotes' reviews are so bad. This morning before I left home, I prayed that I wouldn't get one of Los Coyotes' one star experiences. I got a FIVE STAR experience instead! I waited in room 260 for bone density testing. The room was bright and very clean. There was plenty of seating for patients and family. There were at least 4 empty seats the entire time I waited. My appointment was at 8 a.m. I was done and back in my car by 8:30. The receptionist was efficient and nice. I heard her say a few words in Spanish to a coworker so she's probably bilingual. Yes, the air conditioning is on! It's also high summer right now. No complaints from me. You need to check the board by the elevator for your room. The room depends on what kind of test you're getting. Los Coyotes has three rooms on two different floors. I'm hobbling around on a cane right now. I appreciated all the chairs and benches outside and in the hallways. There's nothing like a place to sit when you're feeling unstable on your feet read more

The first few times I have been to this facility I was pleased. Although the phone waits for scheduling were long, once I arrived, the staff was polite and the wait times for the actual procedures were not extra long. However, today I have called 2 times to try to reschedule an appointment. The first time I was on hold for 10 minutes and no sooner did someone finally pick up than I was disconnected. The 2nd time I was on hold for 11:36 minutes and was told by a very hurried voice that they were going to have to call me back to reschedule. This is between 11 and 11:33 in the morning. I am waiting to see how long it takes to get a call back. I am disappointed that a center that handles this many procedures and patients cannot seem to properly staff its reception desk. This is basic business 101. Get patients in and out and manage the paperwork. If they can't get appointments, they can't make you money! This level of competence casts doubt on the entire organization. read more

Tough getting through to a person(hire more people in scheduling) also reports take about a week to get back to your doctor. The plus about this place is their hours and days(open weekends and nights!) Thank you! night staff friendly read more

You feel like your entering a factory. No one seems to have the kind of persona that would give you a feeling of ease or comfort. After all, you are going to go through an MRI or CT Scan or something that isn't comfortable. It seems that attitude and what makes a job fun are lacking. read more

I had a pleasant experience here! It took a few weeks to make an appointment, but I got a reminder call the night before, and was able to check in quickly for my appointment. I only waited a few minutes before being called back. The girl who performed the exam was very nice and professional. All of the equipment and the room the exam was performed in was clean. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful! Maybe it depends on when you go, but I had a positive experience here! read more

Los Coyotes Imaging Center schedules too many appointments at once. Back to back appointments and there is always a line to check in. I've been coming here for a few years, however never wanted to actually complain until now. The main front office lady that checks everyone in for appointments is really nice and efficient. I wish I knew her name, but I don't. Other front office staff are not friendly whatsoever and are confrontational. One other patient that was checking in asked for them to put their masks on because she is on chemo. One put her mask back on, however one refused and kept drinking her water. Seems like they were all having a bad day on the day of my appointment. Front office was creating a uncomfortable environment. During COVID-19 Radnet should be scheduling less patients or space them out. Once I got to the back there was no locker to put my clothes in and no lock available. The technician placed my gown on top of the door (not hand it it me) and said I could put my top and bra in my purse. Once I was in my robe she called me in the room. I was the most relaxed I could be before having a mammogram and from all the commotion in the lobby. She kept saying relax relax. I advised her that maybe there should not be so much stress in the front lobby. She did not understand what I was saying. Only good thing about the appointment is that is was a 3D mammogram, but then again the technician was in a rush, so who knows how good the images are. I will be calling my insurance to file a formal complaint and hopefully they will refer me to another location in the future. read more

This place sucks. Every third person who comes in can't be helped because they were given wrong information from this office. The person behind the desk is very lazy and doesn't mind inconveniencing people. She kept this guys insurance card and sent him on his way without helping him, once again due to wrong information from this office. The guy leaves and she immediately realizes she still had his insurance card. She calls his name but he keeps going. She then says "oh well, he will be back". Rather than getting off her ass and walking 15 feet to the hallway she would rather this poor guy leave the building only to possibly return when he finds he no longer has his card. Lazy lazy lazy. They do not care about their patients here at all. I wish they were required to wear name tags so I list here name. read more

Front desk is ok but there is a mean older women that works in the back. She is very friendly and rough. Everybody has a Bad day but she is like that every time. Seemed irritated. Probably needs to retire. This last mammogram was the most painful. Unsure if I'll go back. I was in and out in 36mins. read more

I had my mammogram today. Sorry that others had a negative experience. Mine was not. The woman at the reception was very nice and engaging. The technologist whose name was Tina was lovely, very accommodating and helpful. I had to wait a bit but not an unusually long time and Tina apologized even though it was not necessary. Very professional. As far as mammograms go, it was a good experience...let's face it, as others have said, no one enjoys the process but they made it as good a possible. Thank you... read more
