I haven't had my hair done in about 2 years and I was ready to get looking like myself again. I communicated with Linh about what I would like to see with my hair, but mostly I asked her for her expertise as an artist because I was unsure of my direction with color. Days before my appointment she asked me to send her a picture of my hair and asked me questions about how I usually style it. The day of my appointment we were looking at different options and we landed on this color. Linh also dry cut my hair before we started the color process and I was so impressed because many hairdressers that I have come across do not like to cut hair dry. I am so happy with my hair! The blending of the babylights looks so natural and the tone of the blonde is perfect. I had had my hair done blonde before but I definitely enjoy this look better because it feels more natural. I also really love that the blonde looks nice whichever way I decide to part my hair. The length and thickness is perfect! 10/10 highly recommmend and will definitely be going back when I need a touch up. Also, Linh has a great personality and is very easy to talk to. I feel like there's always pressure to keep a conversation going when you're with a hairdresser. Silence was not uncomfortable and it was a very relaxing experience. The coffee was amazing too! read more

I had a great experience with Linh at Sage Salon! After some disappointing results and being told that it was essentially not possible to get the cut I wanted from my previous stylist, I decided to seek a second opinion. I have long curly hair, so I searched for stylists with curly hair experience in the Long Beach area, and that's how I found Linh. I was fortunate to be able to meet with LInh for a consultation, which helped ease my concerns about my hair as well as get a sense of what she could (and would) do with my hair. She listened to me describe what I wanted and assured me that it could be done. I booked an appointment for the next week, and I am thrilled with the results! Linh's willingness to listen to my current frustrations and then to understand what I wanted is greatly appreciated. Further, the time and care she took while crafting the style I wanted and giving me dimensional highlights to give my hair a subtly brightened look was impressive. It's clear through her words and actions that Linh is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to providing exceptional services. I definitely recommend Linh to anyone, especially anyone with curly hair! read more

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair cut and colored by Linh, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Not only did Linh transform my hair into exactly what I wanted, but it was also a delightful coincidence that we share the same name. Linh listened attentively to my requests and provided her expert advice, resulting in a style that suits me perfectly. The color she chose complemented my skin tone beautifully, and the cut was precise and flattering. Throughout the appointment, Linh's professionalism and skill were evident. She was friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about her work. The salon was clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend Linh to anyone looking for a talented stylist who truly cares about her clients. Thank you, Linh, for a wonderful experience and a fantastic hairstyle! read more
