The dumpster was delivered at 8 a.m. on the scheduled day, and it was picked up promptly when the rental ended. Everything was smooth and efficient. Well ... everything was fine except a problem with the dumpster's pin, which controls the latch to open the door. I couldn't figure out how to get the door open, so I emailed Kelly, and -- I'm not exaggerating -- within 5 minutes a GT truck pulled up to fix the problem (which turned out to be jammed pin). It just so happened a truck was in the area, and Kelly diverted it to take care of my issue. This is a first-rate company that's both professional and affordable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
