I was disappointed with my experience at FastSigns in Orange…read more At the beginning, the salesperson didn't ask questions about how the banner would be used (it was intended as a photo-op backdrop). Had that conversation happened, potential sizing or formatting issues may have been caught early. I was told on Monday that the banner would be ready for pickup on Wednesday, and my file was reviewed and said to look fine. However, five days after the original promised date, I was told the file needed to be reformatted. I had left messages checking on the status but didn't receive a callback. I eventually spoke with Lynn, who was kind and arranged delivery since I couldn't pick it up. When the banner arrived, the quality was below what I've experienced with other vendors, and it was delivered without a cardboard tube, which caused bends and wrinkles along one side. Because this was meant for photos, the creasing was very noticeable and made it unusable for its intended purpose. I appreciate that everyone was polite and that delivery was provided. I'm hopeful FastSigns will reach out and find a way to make this right.

Our team was on a tight deadline before a major conference, and they made the entire process seamless. We got first hand experience as to why they're named "Fast Signs"! When one of our print shipments was slightly delayed, they went above and beyond and reprinted a stack of brochures and overnight delivered by air, so it would arrive in time for our conference. Their customer service, attention to detail, and quality of materials were outstanding. We couldn't have pulled off our event without their team's commitment and professionalism. Highly recommend FASTSIGNS of Orange for any business that needs high-quality materials especially when timing and reliability matter most!

The team here…read morehas serviced many of my office buildings throughout the years, and this review is a testament to the honest, diligent, and helpful manner in which they helped me grow the branding for my company. First, I must admit that I am hard to please. There have been many vendors for various aspects of my business that have not delivered on what they promised. Even worse, they took no accountability. This is not the case with FASTSIGNS of Irvine. When I noticed my decals were off center, the owner personally came out with a new decal, removed the old one, and installed the new one himself!
