There was no replacement radiator in town, so they ordered one that day. We had to rent a car to get us home and they were kind enough to carry us to the car rental. C & C prioritized fixing our vehicle when the radiator came in, and we were able to return to Thomson in a few days to pick it up. They took care of filing photos with Allstate so we could collect on the insurance. We can't praise C & C and the kind folks who work there enough for all their help.

We contacted C & C and they told us they were backed up but they had a policy of helping stranded motorists as soon as possible and would take a look at our car. They helped us arrange to get in towed in and immediately got it in to diagnosis the problem as a bad fuel pump. Because it was late in the afternoon and they had to order the part we needed to stay the night in Thomson. They were gracious enough to give us a ride to a local hotel. They got the repair done the next morning and even came back to the hotel to pick us up. We were on our way by mid morning. We cannot stress enough how appreciative we were of the good people that work at C & C. We're not sure if we will ever make it back to Thomson but they left a great impression of their city and particularly their business on a couple that was experiencing a traveler's nightmare, having to deal with car trouble in a strange location.
