I purchased the personal training package and it's so worth it. My trainer Noelle and Jeffrey are so patient and professional and that's priceless to me. If you're thinking about signing up do it.

On April 6, I noticed I was charged twice by the gym. I immediately contacted the gym and was told only a manager could help me. After waiting several days with no response, I contacted them again and was finally provided with a manager's email. The manager, Abigail, told me I needed to contact their billing company because they only showed one charge on their end. After speaking with the billing company, they discovered I had two active accounts with the gym, despite the fact that I had only signed up once. I requested the duplicate account be canceled and refunded, but the billing company told me the gym itself had to process the refund. I contacted the gym again and spoke with Abigail, who said she could not see the duplicate account and needed to contact the billing company herself. A week went by with no update until I reached out again. Abigail then stated she found the duplicate account, canceled it, and issued the refund. Two more weeks passed and I still had not received anything. Once again, I had to contact the gym myself for another update, and once again I was told Abigail needed to contact the billing company and would call me back. Another week passed with no communication. When I contacted the gym yet again, I then discovered that my actual active membership had somehow been canceled as well. At that point, I requested to speak with someone above Abigail because the situation had become extremely frustrating and unprofessional. No one at the gym would provide me with supervisor or ownership information. Instead, they gave me an email address for complaints -- the same email I had already used previously, which Abigail herself responded to. I was assured that if I submitted a complaint about Abigail, someone else would contact me, but that was not true. Abigail still ended up being the one who reached out. Eventually, the refund was finally issued and my annual fee was refunded as well. I appreciate that Abigail did ultimately work toward fixing the issue, but it should never take over a month to resolve a simple $40 duplicate charge. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication, accountability, and transparency from management. I loved the gym itself, the environment, and the workouts, but poor leadership and customer service can completely ruin an otherwise great experience. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened here.

Our wine glasses remained full and my mom commented so many times on the level of customer service. I'm convincing her now to become a member on their kindness alone. It was a lovely brunch and we ended up sitting at the pool where the girls filled our water pitchers and often check on us. Thank you for the memorable day!

Instead of moving on professionally, it felt like they continued to hover over the situation and made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of the round. Customer service should make players feel welcomed, not singled out. The course conditions also weren't enjoyable. The greens were ridiculously fast to the point they were nearly impossible to putt on -- it honestly felt like they had just been stamped without considering playability. On top of that, staff members were constantly watching our group after someone complained we were "playing too slow," even though there were two senior groups ahead of us holding up the pace the entire day. It made the atmosphere stressful instead of relaxing, which is the opposite of what a round of golf should feel like. I wouldn't rush back after this experience. Later: Additionally, I received a voicemail from a staff member claiming to be a manager regarding alleged damages, despite the situation already being addressed before we left the course. Multiple staff members had already checked around our bags and continued monitoring our group throughout the round, particularly while we were on the greens. As someone who is still learning the game and does not consider myself an experienced golfer, the constant attention made me feel extremely uncomfortable and singled out. What concerned me most was that staff members looked into my cart and personal belongings without any communication or explanation while I was sitting inside. I understand the importance of protecting the course and handling concerns professionally, but the approach taken during this situation felt excessive and unnecessary. I want to make it clear that I had positive interactions with the front desk staff and the golf cart staff, who were both friendly and professional. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by how our group was treated. I do not feel the experience justified the $80 paid for the round. Between the unusually difficult greens, random rocks throughout the course, and feeling constantly watched, the day became more stressful than enjoyable. Unfortunately, it left me with the impression that younger golfers were being unfairly judged compared to other groups on the course.

Lots of machines too, and everything seems pretty well maintained. On the other hand, there are often no wipes. And the staff can be a little pushy about surveys/pilates/personal training. It's fine when the front desk tells me about stuff when I'm checking in, but maybe not when I'm trying to leave and halfway out the door. And personal trainers roaming the floor waiting to accost you about personal training is pretty off-putting...

One of the biggest highlights for me was the power rack room. There are a ton of racks stocked with bumper plates and deadlifting platforms, as well as vertical smith machines, two reverse hyper machines, barbell landmine setups, multiple leg presses, belted hip thrust machines, and a standing hip thrust machine. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The cable machines right outside of the power racks were awesome too. I loved the little fold out step built into the machine so shorties can reach the pull up bars without jumping or needing to grab a dumbbell to step on. I was really surprised that in addition to the usual neutral and pronated grips there's also a rock climbing one so you can train your finger grip strength!! I've never seen that before. Attachments were very well stocked and in great condition. The cables I used didn't have the 2.5 x2 incremental weights at the top of the stack (not sure if some other machines had them) but you can stick the pin through a 2.5 lb plate before putting it in the stack if you need to. The isolation machines are really nice too. There's an abundance of different branded machines for the same muscle group so you can choose the machine that feels the best for your body. I really liked that all of the numbers on the stacks were in pristine condition, as it annoys me when the numbers are missing and I can't figure out what weight I'm supposed to be doing. Basically everything at this gym appeared brand new or at least very well maintained. I saw a lot of top of the line equipment and spaces dedicated to meeting the needs of athletes/serious gym goers. I would love if more clubs looked like this one instead of just having endless rows of treadmills and old/broken weight machines that never get fixed or replaced.
