They also reassembled all of the paneling on the outside of the spa incorrectly and damaged large portions of it. I now have to replace a ton of it and reinstall it myself. The person who recommended this place to me told me it used to be run much better when the father owned the place. I guess it's the son who took over now and isn't living up to the previous standard.
