We've gone to BULBS on Victoria, went to Lamps Plus even ordered online and that was a struggle in itself. The issue was that we would buy the bulbs at these other places on their recommendation but the bulbs will heat up and blow or just turn off. We switched the ballast and hired a electrician and nothing. We stopped using our kitchen lights for over a year. Than we found this gem. We walked in showed Ron rhe ballast and he knew exactly what bulb we needed. We ordered the special order bulbs and they worked but our bad we ordered them too long so they stuck out the can. I called Kendra and they told me that special orders are non refundable but she offered us a solution to swap them out. Kendra went above and beyond with assisting us and was the most pleasant person throughout the entire process. Thank you for lighting up our kitchen once again and providing the best customer service I've received by far! I highly recommend this lighting company.
