The installation guys were very nice and very careful moving it into my backyard. Spa has been perfect ever since. Since then, I have stopped by their store in Oxnard many times for supplies, etc. They are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I've interfaced with Lupita and Deborah on several occasions and they are always willing to help me with a smile. They also reassembled all of the paneling on the outside of the spa incorrectly and damaged large portions of it. I now have to replace a ton of it and reinstall it myself. The person who recommended this place to me told me it used to be run much better when the father owned the place. I guess it's the son who took over now and isn't living up to the previous standard. Overall just a terrible experience and seems to be a very poorly ran business.

Right away, he knew exactly what he was doing. He adjusted the salt and chemicals, cleaned out the filters, made sure the jets were working, and offered flexible service options--weekly, biweekly, etc. We picked a plan that worked for our budget, and now I can just relax knowing everything is taken care of. I have a twenty year old LA Spas hot tub…read morethat was leaking badly, the LED lights that cover most of the top of the spa and change color were not working (which ruins the ambiance), and the control panel overlay was cracked and crumbling. For a surprisingly reasonable price, Jeff fixed the leak and got the lights working again. He also found a replacement overlay for the control panel and texted me a link to buy it directly from the manufacturer, since it was easy to install. Jeff is honest, experienced and easy to work with and I highly recommend him and his company.

I Absolutely love their selection of flowers and plants. Their quality and quantity of flowers to pick from here is unmatched! It's the Disneyland of gardening. Green thumb is comparable to any home garden store meaning they have an indoor area with different gadgets and outdoor repair and gardening items. Outside they have a massive flowers, trees, and plants area. They also have plenty of pots and statues. This spot is massive and I always wander around finding that the time flies right by because there is so much to see. I know some people make comments about it being pricey and it's hard for me to assess that as I only garden or do big outdoor projects 1-2 times a year. For that reason I am not well versed on pricing and honestly all hobby's like gardening are expensive to me lmao. Jokes aside I do think you get what you pay for. They have a variety of plants here that I can't find anywhere else, especially not at big brand stores. It's worth a visit or a couple of dollars more to get exactly what you want. Staff here have always been nice and helpful. A gentlemen named Chris (I believe) helped me out at my last visit and was really nice. I've always had a good shopping experience here and will continue to support them. Thank you green thumb for providing me with my favorite roses and plumerias over the years. 5/5 hands down.
