I went to this bank to get help with 3 overdraft fees from one day caused by two incorrect transactions. The banker Helen would hardly make eye contact with me much less show any empathy. Never in my life have I felt so dirty and shamed. She refused to help me, claiming they were legitimate fees. While I was fine with one fee, 2 or 3 in one day is exorbitant. I'm very disappointed and plan on finding a new bank to bank with asap.

Last year we got a home equity loan, the woman handling it was pretty bad. She said she never received papers, which were sent, twice. When we finally had the loan approved and had an appointment to see her she had papers for some other couple. She should get a different job. I will be looking for a different credit union.
