That couldn't be further from the truth. The process felt like a game instead of a professional financial service. The good news? Another credit union approved us with no issues at all. It was an absolute nightmare, I will never go through Shorewest Realtors, especially the ones based in Hartford and West Bend. They have their own agenda, it does matter how much you pay them on the closing of your house, what you want out of the experience with who you hired to sell your house does not matter, what matters is their agenda. Once one person was interested in our house their work was over, all focus came to be on this one buyer rather than trying to get more people in to view our house. They would never bring up other people who viewed our house outside of Shorewest network, and often we had to ask them to follow up with these people. I question if they really followed up with them, through my experience with them I can honestly say they are some dishonest and self-serving individuals working there.
