Great service steve helped alot and the water is awesome! Always a great place for water in Colorado

Love this place. Water is fairly priced and tastes great. Really helpful customer service as well! They've always helped me load all of our 5 gallon jugs onto a cart and have even seen the young man in there help elderly customers with their water into their car. I've always had a good experience here and have been frequenting this business for over 3 years now. We use their water for drinking water, and even for our salt water reef tank! This water is clean enough to grow coral and keep your family healthy. Thanks all! My only suggestion is to purchase a 5 stage RO water filter on Amazon for about $150 and filter water yourself if you frequent that much. You can hook it up to your water hose and only replace your filters once a year. Much more cost effective. If you don't have that option, this place is the next best option

I can't say enough good things about this fish store and the incredible people who work there. When…read moremy tank unexpectedly sprang a leak, I was completely overwhelmed and stressed. It felt like everything was happening at once -- and I truly needed guidance, reassurance, and kindness in that moment. Love was absolutely amazing. Not only knowledgeable, but genuinely compassionate and patient. I never once felt rushed or dismissed -- just supported. Rumi also went above and beyond, answering my emails almost instantly and making sure I had the information I needed right away. That level of responsiveness made all the difference during a stressful situation. What could have been a total disaster turned into a reminder that there are still businesses that truly care about their customers. Their kindness, expertise, and willingness to help meant more to me than I can express. If you're looking for a fish store that treats you like family and stands by you when things go wrong, this is the place. I'm incredibly grateful. They've also given me piece of mind for my future vacations

Zero if I could. What an awful experience. The CO owner lied to me, she told me she could work with…read moreme on a dead fish, I should've known that it was too good to be true. Having driven 45 minutes to the store with my water sample, which I tested against test strips, don't buy those, I was told the phosphates were too high. They don't include phosphates as a red flag unless they're going to deny you. My nitrate was too high? Nitrate is a normal part of a tank cycle. I've never qualified buying new fish based on having to do a tank change the day before purchase. And phosphate! Serious? Do you even sell that test kit? I've never seen it before. After spending $500 in one week you could do me the courtesy of saying "bring a water sample, it doesn't matter we're not giving you a thing." Notes: they are super friendly and helpful when you're buying something. Just don't expect much. They had a dead fish in one of the tanks that my son pointed out that had been there for at least a day. At least that's what the pleco was thinking. Now, find the tank. They have a 48 hour doa policy. They won't budge, trust me. Ask my seven year old who spent $35 on a butterfly pleco only to have it die within a week. $17.50 would have been enough for me, more than fair I said. Finally, even if you live in Elizabeth or Parker, and you are five minutes away from the store, drive the extra 45 minutes to Wheat Ridge and go to The Fish Den. Tell Michael Jason sent you. They have a better rating than MC Aquatics. Here are my readings according to an API freshwater master test kit ($40 at petsmart) Ph 7.4 High range pH 7.8 Ammonia 0 ppm Nitrate 0 ppm Nitrite 0 ppm See the pic below. Finally Phosphates: that's a joke. Good luck knowing that. You're welcome. Next time you tell someone nitrate is a 39, make sure that you tell them what the safe range is. And to think, you guys normally charge $6.00 for a water check. Buy your own test kit and save yourself the headache. Date of incident, June 17, 2025 Water sample from the same day.

The water dispenser they leased to me no longer works. I scheduled time for them to pickup. They cancelled three times. The 4th time, I actually got a confirmation. Unfortunately, it was a no show. Nothing. Very unprofessional. I called them only to be put on hold for 60+ minutes. Their solution? Schedule another date for a pickup which is two more weeks out. Needless to say, I cancelled my service. UPDATE (07/10/2025): The rescheduled date for the company to pickup my water dispenser was today. Another no show. No calls or anything. At this point, I am going to have to figure out where their Denver office is so I can drive down there to drop the unit off myself.

Suffice to say they SUCK worse than they did when they were just Deep Rock Water. I don't know if this is due to the transition or not . . . but that is NOT anything their customers (for over 5 years) should have to endure. We will be looking for another provider of water immediately.
