This is the second time I visited Watershed. The first time I went went was due to a neighbor having left raw salmon in my car that was not discovered for a week. I thought I'd have to burn the car, but Watershed was able to completely remove that smell. I went in again a few days ago because a friend had an accident in my car on the passenger seat. It was very unsightly and smelled. A neighbor Friend scrubbed it to get it clean. But I wanted everything to be perfect. Watershed looked at it, said it was about as good as it was going to get, and if he would do it not only would it cost $$, but it most likely would not improve anymore than it was right now. Last time I came to David and his team at Watershed was back in 2018 for my BMW i3. Now I sent my car I have had since high school, a 2002 Lexus IS300 to get some TLC. Got Revivify self healing nano coating applied, Suntek tint, and protection film on the mirror caps, as well as headlights. David is a straight shooter and cares about each vehicle he works on. My car was recently repainted and he gave me some advice on what should be addressed before he did work on it. Had to take it back to the auto body shop, but that shows he really cares. He even mentioned if I see any issues with the tint he will take care of it. Going above and beyond!! Eloy and David at WaterShed Auto Care recommended a film called PPF and I had it installed about 2 months ago. Wow, what a shine the PPF has, just beautiful ! I'm very pleased ! ! David talked to me regarding protecting the white paint on the car by detailing it with a paint protection application - I love the feel of the car body, so smooth and I know the pain is now protected. My parents dog got really excited and urinated in my car. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and realized I needed to get my car detailed. Watershed Auto Care was recommended to me and I am so thankful they were! I was able to get an appointment quickly, they walked me through the process, let me know the amount, and gave me a timeline. I have been using Watershed Auto Care services for many years and am always extremely happy with results that David and his crew provide. I own several classic vehicles, including two original paint vintage Chevy trucks. The attention to detail and results they provide is amazing! I only trust them to my vehicles, as a classic vehicle is only original once. Several years ago I tried a slightly cheaper locally based mobile competitor, and was horrified when the competitor burned the edges of the bumper covers of my daily driver vehicle. When I inspected the work, noticed the damage and confronted the competitor about the damage, he said that the factory paint was probably too thin on the bumper cover, said the detail job was now free, and quickly left. I had to pay $500 to repaint the damage. Dont trust a person who works out of their truck to detail your car. I recently purchased a new 2022 Mazda3 and when I got home I noticed the dealer had mutilated the paint. They applied a "mandatory" paint protection coating using a dirty applicator and basically sanded swirls and scratches into the paint. The dealer took vehicle back for a week to fix damage. When they brought it back after dark I thought resolved. After two hand washes all the wax they applied into the scratches washed off and the damage was back. I was desperate and thought this was forever damage. Definitely did not want to contact dealer again as they are clueless. Another great deal at watershed! I took my truck with scratches and water spots and for 150 bucks he spent three hours polishing and waxing it. I used a drying cloth on my car and scratched my whole rear trunk. It looked so terrible. I called watershed and they were able to squeeze me in the very next morning. For only 30 bucks he rebuffed my whole trunk and it looked brand new . I also just got a car wash today and OMG they spent so much time on it and it looks brand new again.
