I spoke to Caleb a few days before picking up my new car. He impressed me with his application knowledge of the PPF and ceramics. I brought my car in and trusted he and his crew would do a stellar job. I wanted the full body PPF and the interior from floor to ceiling ceramic coated. Also tinted the windows. I picked the car up a week later. It was magnificent!! A week later , had them apply the ceramic to the wheels and brake calipers. Overall the work was excellent and the cost of the job was very competitive but the real value was the quality of their work and conveniently in Simi Valley!! read more

Exceptional Work ! Very Impressed with Caleb and his team . Exceeded my expectations! As soon as I got home from picking up my car I Immediately did this review . Jacy Auto Detail is that good! Next Day : Returned my Leased Vehicle. It looked so good that the Dealer asked for my keys , tried the sunroof to make sure it worked and then bought it from me on the spot because they knew they could sell it right away . They never even started it because it looked as good as the day I got it !! Thanks Jacy Auto Detail ! read more

Expertise, professionalism, punctuality and fair bottom-line pricing. I got Ceramic Pro 2-year coating, interior detailing and window tint on the windshield. Caleb responded to my texts promptly and explained what he was doing. He is courteous, knowledgeable and finished on time. I plan to go back. read more

All I can say is WOW! Utterly exceeded my expectations. I took my 2023 metallic black Jaguar F Pace for complete ceramic coat and front end PPF. As everyone knows, a black vehicle is extremely difficult to get a great finish, but Caleb and his team pulled it off. Upon completion, I looked for any residual swirl marks or light scratches, but nothing. The finish is flawless and once I got it in the sun, the metallic paint really popped. As for the PPF, unless you look real close around the edges, you wouldn't know it was there, completely seamless. My F Pace didn't look anywhere near this good when it was brand new. Caleb is a true professional and was a pleasure dealing with him. It's obvious that Caleb takes pride in what he does and I will definitely be using his services again in the future. If you want your vehicle to look better than new, then pay Caleb a visit at Jacy Auto Detail. read more

Caleb and Joseph are masters at their craft. I have taken multiple high end vehicles to them over the past couple years, and have gone through the full gamut of services including PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, vehicle wrap, chrome delete, and your standard detailing services... I am never disappointed. Jacy Detail is always my first call, and they are informative but not pushy, communicative, and friendly. They stand by their work, and always take me in no matter how big or small the job is. I will continue to come back! read more

Very happy with everything.Caleb was very helpful, and the work was excellent! Very professional shop

Caleb did a great job in the ceramic coating and Ppf for my Mercedes van. Great explanation of products and recommendations, was flexible with schedule and took care of my vehicle during the time he had it. Prices were not cheap but reasonable. More importantly in my opinion finding a good detailer that is trustworthy, no bs, and not trying to upsell you on items not needed. Definitely recommended and will continue to bring future vehicles to him. Much thanks! read more

Had him add on my car a paint protection film on the hood it's seamless you can't even really tell it's there until you actually rub your hand across it you did a very excellent job full hood lights bumper and mirrors he also did my ceramic pro sport and on the hood it has a huge scratch look like the wolverine scratched my hood and he was able to buff that out and get rid of it you can't even see it no more I was actually amazed. I would definitely recommend if you want someone professional then knows what he's talking about and knows how to handle your vehicle like a pro I would recommend scheduling an appointment today read more

I DO NOT recommend this company. I used Caleb as my regular car wash detailing guy for years. There had been some things that bothered me as he was always finding "something" that he could use to try to pressure me to spend more money. It was an ongoing issue. I had even when I told him my spouse was out of work and money was tight. I'd ask if I can just get a simple car wash and it was already over priced. But even then he would pressure me to spend more or he would find "reasons" that he would make me feel like something was an urgent issue. Then this last time I called him he came out and did his up-sell pressuring thing. I explained I couldn't afford $500 ( which I think is his up-sell goal) anyway he said he would need to take my car into his shop. I agreed but felt reluctant because I had never done that before. 30mins later he sends me texts of terrible photos of the roof of my car and tells me there is mold stains on my roof and wants to up-charge me to fix it. Well, now my car is not with me so I can't see it in person...so I agreed to his $500 charges. BUT...Then he brings back my car with a part missing from the roof rack. I questioned him about it and he told me it was my fault and it was like that before. NO IT WAS NOT!!! I told him that it was not missing when he took the car. He sat there and lied repeatedly right to my face over and again!! And in that moment he lost this customer forever! read more

Really love to work he did on my car he tinted windows and also put a ceramic coat on the car for 2 year guarantee everything Bumper to Bumper looks so great. he also took out scratches and surface issues he did the interior he put a leather protection on there. He was very professional he answered all my questions in my concerns kept me up-to-date on the car and was a really good price. The car looks better than when I actually got it. I am so happy with the work he did and how it looks and how it turned out I can say for sure I would highly recommend this place. read more

Fantastic auto detailing is a true art form, and those who excel in this craft deserve every accolade for their exceptional work. When you witness a vehicle that has undergone such meticulous attention, it's impossible not to be impressed. So that's the case with Caleb and my Rialta Motorhome. I can't find any reason not to be thoroughly pleased with Caleb and his great crew. Beautiful paint restoration for a very reasonable price. Great job done by Caleb and his team! I got ceramic coating and ppf wrap done for my car and they did it in a fast and efficient manner! I love the look and how my car turned out!, I was only able to leave my car for a day which I am so happy because other places I scouted would require 3-5 days in the shop and his pricing is fair. I would definitely recommend! read more

Great work installing PPF on my M3. Caleb is very helpful and upfront with the services. He included ceramic protection at a nice price. The company has been in the business for close to two decades and they are expanding. Check out their website for more details. read more

Brought my brand new Red Tesla Model 3 to Jacy Detail. They did a fantastic job on critical spot PPF covering along with lifetime ceramic protection. The car sparkles even better than brand new. We then brought my wife's Silver Nissan Rogue over to give him more of a challenge and can't believe how beautiful he made her car look. Her car looks amazing even though it gave him much more of a challenge to bring it back from a couple of years of wear and tear. I completely recommend him and his work, couldn't be happier. read more

Just bought a new BMW M3 (haters inc). The thing is a pristine tanzanite blue metallic with opal white leather. Unfortunately the paint is factory with no coats of protectant. I had Caleb from Jacy Auto Detail come to my house and give me the works, wash inside out, polish multiple coats, shampoo my leather and add protectant. Not only is Caleb professional and know exactly what he is doing, but he and his teammate were meticulous down to the atomic level. Their attention to detail was staggering, i mean, the inner rim of my wheels are shiny... The car looks better than if it had rolled off the factory floor. Highly recommend, prices are beyond fair for work completed. read more

Just bought a brand new black BMW car. After a couple of hand washes, it had already developed swirls in the paint. I was looking for a detailer and came across Jacy's ad talking about restoration and ceramic coating. Caleb (the owner) explained the process. I loved the idea of never having to wax my car again and all the other protections the ceramic coating has. Caleb did the restoration of the paint and then ceramic coated, I guess you'd call it, the car. It looks amazing, every inch of it. The seats were also treated. Caleb takes great pride in his work and it shows in the result. The car looks better than brand new. So happy I found Caleb. I'll be using him for car washing also. read more

Caleb detailed our Toyota RAV4 today. He showed up on time. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Very reasonable with his prices and very honest not trying to up sell things that weren't necessary. He also made sure we were satisfied with the completed job. He was able to get rid of some scratches on the exterior and get stains out of the interior seats. We are very happy with our vehicle now and look forward to using him again soon! Thanks Caleb and team! You rock! 5 Stars! read more

Sometimes we make premature judgments regarding new business relationships. I did when I first met Caleb after he introduced himself as someone servicing my next door neighbor for a long time. I knew he was a very good salesman, and had great knowledge about detailing expensive autos but I was still suspect. Being detailed oriented myself, I didn't think he would make the grade when I had one nit picking complaint on his second visit. Well, he exceeded my expectations, and came back to correct it before his next normal service. It turns out it was a "hair" in the "headliner" I mistakenly thought was dirt which he carefully pulled out with special tweezers. Between his high quality work, fair prices, conscientious nature, and trustworthy character; combined with his "come to the home" mobile service for our classic vehicle, we will be hard pressed to find a car detailing service like this ever again. Thanks Caleb & Company! read more

I found Jacy Auto Detail here on Yelp and am very happy. I had previously called one other auto detailer and his customer service was terrible. Upon calling and speaking with Caleb with I was extremely optimistic. He scheduled me right away, he was very polite on the phone, he made an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, my car was picked up while I was at work and was completed in just a few hours. They did a great job on my vehicle. It was well worth the money especially since I have three children that are extremely messy. The leather treatment was great, it looks beautiful once again. He made my car look and smell fantastic. There were some stains that he was unable to get out of the carpet but I imagine dried up strawberry Fanta would be tough for anyone to get out of tan carpet. I would absolutely recommend this detailing company. read more

I have a 2013 GMC that is black and a company sprayed it with some kind of chemical that needed to be professionally removed. With the car being less than a year old it was in new condition. The company that did the damage hired Jacey to clean my car but after they were done it still had the chemical all over it. I complained that it was not clean and they ended up cleaning it 2 more times until I was satisfied. They got 95% of the chemicals off but by that point they were starting to scratch my chrome trim so now I have several scratches the size of quarters around my door windows. Other professionals showed me that they could get the car 100% clean without scratching it but they charged more & the company that was paying for it did not want to pay. Jacey does a good job washing your car but for detail work they do poorly and might end up doing more harm than good but for the price you get what you paid for. read more
