I spoke to Caleb a few days before picking up my new car. He impressed me with his application knowledge of the PPF and ceramics. I brought my car in and trusted he and his crew would do a stellar job. I wanted the full body PPF and the interior from floor to ceiling ceramic coated. Also tinted the windows. All I can say is WOW! Utterly exceeded my expectations. I took my 2023 metallic black Jaguar F Pace for complete ceramic coat and front end PPF. As everyone knows, a black vehicle is extremely difficult to get a great finish, but Caleb and his team pulled it off. Upon completion, I looked for any residual swirl marks or light scratches, but nothing. The finish is flawless and once I got it in the sun, the metallic paint really popped. As for the PPF, unless you look real close around the edges, you wouldn't know it was there, completely seamless. My F Pace didn't look anywhere near this good when it was brand new. Caleb is a true professional and was a pleasure dealing with him. It's obvious that Caleb takes pride in what he does and I will definitely be using his services again in the future. Had him add on my car a paint protection film on the hood it's seamless you can't even really tell it's there until you actually rub your hand across it you did a very excellent job full hood lights bumper and mirrors he also did my ceramic pro sport and on the hood it has a huge scratch look like the wolverine scratched my hood and he was able to buff that out and get rid of it you can't even see it no more I was actually amazed. I DO NOT recommend this company. I used Caleb as my regular car wash detailing guy for years. There had been some things that bothered me as he was always finding "something" that he could use to try to pressure me to spend more money. It was an ongoing issue. I had even when I told him my spouse was out of work and money was tight. I'd ask if I can just get a simple car wash and it was already over priced. But even then he would pressure me to spend more or he would find "reasons" that he would make me feel like something was an urgent issue. Then this last time I called him he came out and did his up-sell pressuring thing. I explained I couldn't afford $500 ( which I think is his up-sell goal) anyway he said he would need to take my car into his shop. I agreed but felt reluctant because I had never done that before. 30mins later he sends me texts of terrible photos of the roof of my car and tells me there is mold stains on my roof and wants to up-charge me to fix it. Well, now my car is not with me so I can't see it in person...so I agreed to his $500 charges. BUT...Then he brings back my car with a part missing from the roof rack. I questioned him about it and he told me it was my fault and it was like that before. NO IT WAS NOT!!! I told him that it was not missing when he took the car. He sat there and lied repeatedly right to my face over and again!! And in that moment he lost this customer forever! read more

Really love to work he did on my car he tinted windows and also put a ceramic coat on the car for 2 year guarantee everything Bumper to Bumper looks so great. he also took out scratches and surface issues he did the interior he put a leather protection on there. Just bought a new BMW M3 (haters inc). The thing is a pristine tanzanite blue metallic with opal white leather. Unfortunately the paint is factory with no coats of protectant. I had Caleb from Jacy Auto Detail come to my house and give me the works, wash inside out, polish multiple coats, shampoo my leather and add protectant. Not only is Caleb professional and know exactly what he is doing, but he and his teammate were meticulous down to the atomic level. Their attention to detail was staggering, i mean, the inner rim of my wheels are shiny... The car looks better than if it had rolled off the factory floor. Just bought a brand new black BMW car. After a couple of hand washes, it had already developed swirls in the paint. I was looking for a detailer and came across Jacy's ad talking about restoration and ceramic coating. Caleb (the owner) explained the process. Sometimes we make premature judgments regarding new business relationships. I did when I first met Caleb after he introduced himself as someone servicing my next door neighbor for a long time. I knew he was a very good salesman, and had great knowledge about detailing expensive autos but I was still suspect. Being detailed oriented myself, I didn't think he would make the grade when I had one nit picking complaint on his second visit. Well, he exceeded my expectations, and came back to correct it before his next normal service. It turns out it was a "hair" in the "headliner" I mistakenly thought was dirt which he carefully pulled out with special tweezers. Between his high quality work, fair prices, conscientious nature, and trustworthy character; combined with his "come to the home" mobile service for our classic vehicle, we will be hard pressed to find a car detailing service like this ever again. I found Jacy Auto Detail here on Yelp and am very happy. I had previously called one other auto detailer and his customer service was terrible. Upon calling and speaking with Caleb with I was extremely optimistic. He scheduled me right away, he was very polite on the phone, he made an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, my car was picked up while I was at work and was completed in just a few hours. They did a great job on my vehicle. It was well worth the money especially since I have three children that are extremely messy. The leather treatment was great, it looks beautiful once again. He made my car look and smell fantastic. There were some stains that he was unable to get out of the carpet but I imagine dried up strawberry Fanta would be tough for anyone to get out of tan carpet. I have a 2013 GMC that is black and a company sprayed it with some kind of chemical that needed to be professionally removed. With the car being less than a year old it was in new condition. The company that did the damage hired Jacey to clean my car but after they were done it still had the chemical all over it. I complained that it was not clean and they ended up cleaning it 2 more times until I was satisfied. They got 95% of the chemicals off but by that point they were starting to scratch my chrome trim so now I have several scratches the size of quarters around my door windows. Other professionals showed me that they could get the car 100% clean without scratching it but they charged more & the company that was paying for it did not want to pay. Jacey does a good job washing your car but for detail work they do poorly and might end up doing more harm than good but for the price you get what you paid for. read more
