I'll try to be brief. I was excited to get my brother's car washed at a quality car wash. I borrowed his car to see a friend and spotted SICW. GREAT! I never mind spending the money when it's worth it. I asked the attendant to give me the straight scoop and he said it will be a great wash. Ok, I said and paid the $39.99 for the works. Keep in mind, I've never paid over $25 for a was so this was extravagant for me. After it came out, and they did their thing, they called me to the car. I handed the attendant a $5 tip. I was about to get into the car and noticed the door sill plate was dirty. I asked for, and received a rag, and started to wipe it down. Then, the more I looked, the more dirt I saw. Ok, let's get it straight, I'm NOT expecting full detailing, but I am expecting a simple wipe down. I found all the door areas and the back hatch were NOT clean. I wiped everything as best as I could and headed out. As I'm driving down the street to the freeway, I look down and the floor mats had loose dirt on them. They didn't even vacuum! Sorry, but for $40, I expect it vacuumed! I turned around and went back. The attendant said he's sorry and he will fix it. I waited while the workers vacuumed again. I Jumped in, and without giving it more of a once over (mistake), I headed back. Much to my disappoint, when I got back to my brother's garage to drop off the car, I noticed that all four rims were filthy. As if they took a rag, ran around each rim quickly, and moved on. Really?! The only way I will ever go back is if they give me a FREE car wash. The only caveat is that I won't tell them when I return. Reason? I'll see how they do, and if it's the same as last time, this review will receive a scathing update. I suggest you keep driving right on by. I'm sure you can select any other car wash and the result will be much more "sparkling" than this excuse for a car wash. Sorry, but it's the truth. To cleaner days ahead.

I paid for the $30 service, left a $10 tip on top of the wash price, and drove away expecting my vehicle to be treated with reasonable care. Unfortunately, after arriving home I discovered damage to a plastic component on the truck that I know was not present before my visit. To make matters worse, after driving away, I also noticed that my rear windshield had not even been properly cleaned. For a business that advertises "full service", that level of attention to detail is unacceptable. The manager offered to re-wipe the windshield but it was already too late at that point. That wasn't the reason I took extra time to drive back nor what I was looking for. It should've been done right at first once I paid, tipped and before driving off. I was not looking for compensation or trying to create an issue where none existed. My only goal was to bring the concern to their attention and encourage greater care with customers' vehicles. However, when I returned and showed the damage, my concerns were immediately dismissed. The explanation I was given was that if the damage had been caused during the wash, the roof of the truck would have been damaged as well. That reasoning simply does not hold up. The damaged area is plastic, while the roof is metal. Different materials wear and react differently under stress. In fact, the most likely explanation is that equipment such as the wash brushes or wipers was operating at excessive speed or pressure, causing contact with and damage to the plastic component without affecting the metal roof. What I found most frustrating was being asked to return and show the vehicle in person, only to have any possibility of responsibility rejected without meaningful consideration. Businesses do not earn trust by being perfect--they earn trust by taking customer concerns seriously and handling them professionally. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I wish I would've read the reviews before giving this place a try because after reading some of the recent reviews on this business, I can see i'm not the only one who has had a negative experience. Just after reading a few comments, people are reporting the same issues I had with this business. Between the damage concern, the incomplete wash, and the complete lack of accountability afterward, this was an experience I cannot recommend. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last.

Amazing coffee presentation at the corner with fresh sandwiches and assorted fresh bakery products. Store was well lit, amazing presentation of branded snacks, chocolates, high end gift item products and package beverages. Restrooms are clean and inviting. They also have lounge area and outdoor waiting area. What began as a stop over for a long trip, ended up to be a real refreshing stop. My car wash service was satisfactorily completed in 45 minutes and got to enjoy this amazing place tucked on the corner of Reyes Adobe Road and Canwood Street. So drive through we did, and were rewarded with a much shinier vehicle after going through their system. Each LUV Car Wash location has a different layout, due to space available on the lot. This one has a lot of space in the middle area to go to vacuum the interior before or after the wash. Once you run through the washing / rinsing / drying tunnel, it's easiest to just head back onto T.O. Boulevard and continue with your day. I don't keep track of the cost per wash, because we have the monthly subscription. On that plan, it's best to go through the system frequently to get the best value. It's always a day brightener to drive out with a clean car.

I tracked down an employee, who informed me that the car wash was closed. When I asked why the station was still selling car washes when the facility wasn't operating, I was told I could simply come back tomorrow to use it. That wasn't an acceptable solution. I don't live nearby and have no intention of making a special trip back just to get a car wash. I asked for a refund, but the employee said that wasn't possible because they were closed. She then pointed out that the car wash hours were posted on a small sign near the exit. Unfortunately, a sign at the exit does nothing to warn customers before they purchase a car wash at the pump. If the car wash is closed, the pumps should not be selling car wash tickets, or customers should at least be clearly warned before completing the purchase. This experience was frustrating and left a poor impression. The cost and inconvenience of driving back exceed the value of the car wash itself. Because of how this was handled, I do not plan to return to this station.
