They also charge a service fee for paying rent online - $2.49/month for giving them access to my bank account, $9.99 for using a debit card, and a whopping 2.99% for using a credit card (that's at least an extra $50 a month). Company provides poor communication until they want something from you. We left our rental spotless and they still took out over $400 for cleaning fees. Anytime we called to get info their answer was basically we have other customer so we will get to it when we get to it. There are a million other incidents but overall stay away!

Had a few instances with the water heater, the disposal (of course). and a toilet float which were efficiently addressed by the maintenance crew within a few short hours of calling in. Any time I would call into the office for maintenance, or questions regarding the move out requirements, etc. the staff was always attentive, friendly, & quick to respond. Moving out was easy as 360 Properties have predetermined cleaning & pest vendors who are also quick, courteous & sensible from a cost perspective.
