Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant. Because Mars Hill Realty does not do business there. There's no property management that I trust more than Mars Hill Realty. They also charge a service fee for paying rent online - $2.49/month for giving them access to my bank account, $9.99 for using a debit card, and a whopping 2.99% for using a credit card (that's at least an extra $50 a month). Had a few instances with the water heater, the disposal (of course). and a toilet float which were efficiently addressed by the maintenance crew within a few short hours of calling in. Any time I would call into the office for maintenance, or questions regarding the move out requirements, etc. the staff was always attentive, friendly, & quick to respond. Moving out was easy as 360 Properties have predetermined cleaning & pest vendors who are also quick, courteous & sensible from a cost perspective.
