I know the water out here is VERY HARSH, EVERYBODY I talked to wanted more than what H20toGo was offering or was similar, but they were using different, lesser product brands for their systems. Also, when I did my research, they say Nugen is the way to go for water softener systems, because they are the gold standard and are almost bulletproof. Hence why we decided to go with H20toGo. One odd thing was that they have sister branches; Soft Water Nevada is also their company, which gave me a slightly better price, which they matched for me. I first wanted the basic water system and R.O. system because most people online were saying that is plenty for your home and go bigger than smaller. After talking to Chuck, he did let me know that if I didn't want to void my tankless water heater warranty, I would need the next model up for a whole-home filtration system, the Custom DB 3-stage. So we ended up going with the Custom DB and CDS R.O. 5-stage with mineral filter. Even though our home came with a spigot for the R.O. system, they replaced it with a MUCH nicer one for free since it was included. They ask what color your sink faucets are so they can match it. They also fill up the salt tank for you and hook up your fridge line to the R.O. line. They also give you a free spigot in the garage to hook up a hose line too if you ever wanted to wash your car. Ray came out and did everything VERY quickly all by himself. He was very efficient and told me how to work the system and how to flush the R.O. system every time we change the filter. This results in a lot of wasted water, so make sure you place a bucket and water your plants or something with the flushing water. It requires you to drain the R.O. system for 10 minutes every 30 minutes, I think 5 times. After a while, one night around 2 a.m., when the system regenerates when it's about to be low, I went to the garage to check on the system, and I noticed a small leak during regen. So I took pics and videos and sent them to Chuck the next morning and contacted the main office. They were able to send out Ray again the next day to fix the leak for free. They do recommend checking the system every once in a while to see if there are any leaks. For the R.O. system, my home inspector recommended I get a rubber mat off Amazon so it can accumulate any water if there ever is a leak, which I did. When I talked to Ray, he recommended coarse salt. I asked Ray what about the salt from Costco since it's cheaper at Costco. He said if we want to use Costco salt, be sure to use up almost all the salt in the reservoir first before adding a different type of salt. Chuck was so patient with me; he waited over 3 months for us to get the system installed, but I NEVER felt rushed. He would ask how I was doing and said yeah lets wait until your garage coat is completely dry before we go in there with this system. He is VERY understanding and compassionate. The leak had caused the sand under the equipment pad to shift and put strain on the pipes. Creating cracks in some of them and the fittings. They were able to quickly get me on the schedule, work out a very fair estimate and got my equipment fixed today. It looks great! Definitely recommend!

It's a good thing that we are now able to leave reviews on Vendors; it wasn't always the case with Yelp. When I first started, the directions that were relayed to them, and any other Vendor, here, was to call the office first, prior to visiting. I am usually here, unless I am on Vacation or at a medical apointment. If I'm notified, we're good. Last year, also acquired Mountain Springs Water, which my boss requested. So, in addition, to the cases of water, we also get this product too. For the most part, the single use bottles are good. Sometimes, you get the drippy messes or the plastic bottle taste, but that's not often.

But still I've never gotten a card before, so maybe this delivery person is better than my previous ones. I think now unless someone lives under a rock, you have to be aware of the tip controversy that seems to be in the news every day., especially here in LV, where there are so many hospitality positions . I always tip for good service and my big peeve is the tip shaming screen on the card machines that pop up before your final total is displayed. But enough of that, Sparkletts did good today.

I have been a Customer of My Water for almost 2 years now, and as a couple of the reviews below…read morestate, service used to be okay. For the price, it wasn't worth complaining about. I don't know if we were always last on their route, or if we were nearing the outskirts of their service area, but deliveries were never on consistent days. We'd get a text the afternoon before my delivery that he would be there tomorrow, and Kevin wouldn't arrive until 2-3 days after that text was sent. Communication was poor, if we received any at all. Lately things have gotten far worse. I have requested (multiple times) that our delivery be bi-weekly. After the second time I reminded him, Kevin came consistently for a couple deliveries but then it was getting to be more like an every 3 week schedule. Who knows when he was going to show up, honestly. There was a couple times that I had to text and ask when he was coming, and magically it was always the very next day. We were always understanding when he needed to move delivery dates, and even when I had to follow up about when he was coming I was never rude. I finally just reached my limit and we will be seeking services elsewhere. I'll pay the extra couple bucks a month for consistency. I am also a little confused and concerned about some of the responses (one in particular which I will attach a screenshot of) below from Rueben. As of 4/2023, there isn't a Kevin with the company anymore? I have ONLY ever dealt with Kevin. I don't believe I have ever spoken with Rueben (Or Rubin?
