PurAgain Water promises in all its social media advertising to correct all your home water issues…read morein 6 months or less. They specifically state in their advertising that all calcium deposits will disappear within 6 months. The salesman who comes to your house will make the same claim to you verbally. DO NOT BELIEVE EITHER THE SALESMAN OR THE SOCIAL MEDIA CLAIMS. Shortly after you notice the calcium deposits still exist one year after installation, the company will say, "We didn't promise or guarantee that calcium would stop or be resolved." However, the advertising includes (and I made copies of) these irrefutable statements. Further, I have a recording of the salesman saying the same thing, as well as an email from the owner's grandson stating that if the calcium deposits are gone after one year, he will refund a minimum of 90% of my investment. The grandson no longer works at PurAgain, and now they want me to show them the email Seth Glazier, NV Service Manager (and the owner's grandson), sent me on November 4, 2025. Please review the emails I uploaded and note that Seth Glazier is the owner's grandson but no longer works at PurAgain. I can't imagine why. It strongly appears that PurAgain Water is a scam or, at a minimum, not a company you can trust with a $7,000.00 investment. No office personnel can ever be reached because an answering service screens and shields all calls. When I leave messages for management to call me, I never receive a call back. When I ask for a mailing address and specific personnel, the answering service knows nothing or won't answer my questions. All this and more leads me to believe PurAgain Water is nothing more than a scam or a sham. Buyers, be wary of companies making claims in Social Media advertising and with the owner's grandchildren. Read the emails I uploaded. Read By the way, what company can afford to give away 15+% of sales revenue for a referral? Answer: only companies that are bilking the public.

Notifications up to the appointment day were sent to me via email and text. However, just last week, Kinetico restored my faith and trust in their organization and their equipment. Here's My Story: My Kinetico Water systems were installed 4/30/2019. I have been a loyal satisfied customer for over seven years. In April 2026, the K5 Sink system failed and flooded the cabinet under my kitchen sink. I contacted Kinetico and requested a Technician come and replace the damaged/faulty unit with a new one. They did not replace the unit. Instead, the Technician replaced components in the unit that were damaged and/or faulty. NOTE: due to my elevated concerns and my insistence on a full unit replacement (due to Kinetico equipment's responsibility for the cabinet damage) the local Kinetico Operations Manager personally came to my home to inspect their equipment and damage. He determined that the Kinetico failed and caused the damage. He was an advocate in supporting Corporate Kinetico to pay for my cabinet repair. Though it took WEEKS to get the check for the damage repair, I scheduled the demolition and replacement through a local vendor and recently had the repair completed. The local Kinetico Office worked with me (with short notice), in removing the unit for the cabinet replacement and returned to reinstall the unit. I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Jon Henderson, Janelle, Pedro and Damian for their patience, understanding, thoughtfulness, and quick and efficient field work. Though the equipment failure and flooding was a HORRIBLE experience, Kinetico showed up for me, took accountability, and made me feel like a valued customer! They just recently replaced our kitchen sink and installed an reverse osmosis system that they recommended due to it's ease of use, which is a big help. They installed a water heater with a re-circulation pump and water softener. They also installed bathroom faucets and new hoses to our washing machine and steam dryer. They do good work and charge a fair price our my opinion. Despite it being a holiday weekend, Jerry came out first thing the very next morning and replaced the entire valve for $600, including parts and labor. That was especially refreshing after a much larger plumbing company had quoted us nearly $3,000 for the same repair. He didn't simply install the valve and leave. He opened multiple faucets and thoroughly tested the system to make sure the pressure remained stable throughout the house. He brought it down to approximately 64 PSI, explained how I could periodically check and adjust it myself, and offered to return and make things right if we experienced any problems. He was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. It felt like he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly and making sure I understood everything before he left. That combination is increasingly difficult to find. He is absolutely our plumber from now on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I put a request out using Yelp's quote feature, and Good 2 Go was first to respond and ready to give me a free estimate. Bill came by and knew the problem immediately, the smell was from a corroded anode rod in the water heater, and he assured me it would be a simple fix. I put down a small deposit so he would order a powered anode rod to fix the problem, and he contacted me as soon as it arrived to set a date for the install. Bill came back with the new electric anode rod, and in about an hour, the new rod was installed and the water was already much better smelling! He even took the time to flush the system, retighten the straps holding the water heater in (something the original builder did a poor job at), and ensure the heater and expansion tank was in top shape before heading out, even taking the time to explain what happened and maintenance moving forward. I felt like his service was above and beyond, and they will even call me for the follow up when it's maintenance time again, so I don't forget.
