That sometimes the water bottles they delivered would leak. If they missed a delivery, they would tell you they can't come back for two weeks and you need to come by and pick up the water yourself. I am writing this review now because I actually want to re-order the service, but unfortunately, I can't because of a low-class human being they have as a driver. About three years ago, I had a delivery driver for 9278 W. Russell Rd who started missing my deliveries. When I decided to cancel, they actually put the driver on the phone with me (Giovanni C). This guy talked to me like some low-class, ghetto woman trying to beat me up. He told me, "If you come in here, you better be on some act right." It was a total threat and completely ignorant behavior. It saddens me that I can't enjoy the best water around because I refuse to deal with that level of low-class, "tough guy" nonsense. I'm posting this to expose his behavior because I would return as a customer in a heartbeat if I didn't have to worry about this specific individual being my delivery guy. Until then, I'm staying away.

I've been at my company (my workplace) since 2009. I've been dealing with this Vendor for many many…read moreyears. There have been so many different drivers over the years, which is the same for delivery drivers with Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. Many of them have been nice. It's a good thing that we are now able to leave reviews on Vendors; it wasn't always the case with Yelp. When I first started, the directions that were relayed to them, and any other Vendor, here, was to call the office first, prior to visiting. I am usually here, unless I am on Vacation or at a medical apointment. If I'm notified, we're good. Last year, also acquired Mountain Springs Water, which my boss requested. So, in addition, to the cases of water, we also get this product too. For the most part, the single use bottles are good. Sometimes, you get the drippy messes or the plastic bottle taste, but that's not often.

Now I'm going to take the high road and assume it was a genuine wish for a good holiday and not subtle reminder to tip at Christmas (which I normally do for all my regular delivery folks and landscaper etc) . But still I've never gotten a card before, so maybe this delivery person is better than my previous ones. I think now unless someone lives under a rock, you have to be aware of the tip controversy that seems to be in the news every day., especially here in LV, where there are so many hospitality positions . I always tip for good service and my big peeve is the tip shaming screen on the card machines that pop up before your final total is displayed. But enough of that, Sparkletts did good today.

As the new owner in 2026, I'm unfamiliar with these systems and simply wanted to learn more about what I have and how to properly maintain it. I had a representative from Beazer Homes come out at no charge to walk me through the house and explain the systems I wasn't familiar with. They were fantastic and informed me that the softener system was not installed by the builder, but that it appeared to be an excellent setup, which was reassuring to hear. I then contacted H2O to GO to ask if someone could come out and explain exactly what system I have and what maintenance it requires. The representative quickly offered to schedule a service appointment for $129 plus the cost of filters, and according to their records, the last service was performed in 2023. While I wasn't necessarily looking to schedule service immediately, I was mainly hoping to get a better understanding of the system first so I could make informed decisions about future maintenance. I also asked about the warranty status because I wanted to know how much coverage remained. I was disappointed to learn that the "lifetime warranty" does not transfer to the new homeowner, especially since several other warranties associated with the home transferred smoothly and at no cost -- including the builder's warranty, the solar company's warranty, and even the security camera company's warranty. My biggest complaint is that although the representative wasn't outright rude, the entire conversation felt very curt and unfriendly, almost as though I was interrupting them. That said, I'm still hopeful that my upcoming appointment will provide more clarity about the system and help establish a positive relationship moving forward, but due to my first interaction with this company, I'm already considering replacing the system altogether. The equipment itself appears to be high quality, and I'd love to continue working with the company if the customer experience improves.

I have been a Customer of My Water for almost 2 years now, and as a couple of the reviews below…read morestate, service used to be okay. For the price, it wasn't worth complaining about. I don't know if we were always last on their route, or if we were nearing the outskirts of their service area, but deliveries were never on consistent days. We'd get a text the afternoon before my delivery that he would be there tomorrow, and Kevin wouldn't arrive until 2-3 days after that text was sent. Communication was poor, if we received any at all. Lately things have gotten far worse. I have requested (multiple times) that our delivery be bi-weekly. After the second time I reminded him, Kevin came consistently for a couple deliveries but then it was getting to be more like an every 3 week schedule. Who knows when he was going to show up, honestly. There was a couple times that I had to text and ask when he was coming, and magically it was always the very next day. We were always understanding when he needed to move delivery dates, and even when I had to follow up about when he was coming I was never rude. I finally just reached my limit and we will be seeking services elsewhere. I'll pay the extra couple bucks a month for consistency. I am also a little confused and concerned about some of the responses (one in particular which I will attach a screenshot of) below from Rueben. As of 4/2023, there isn't a Kevin with the company anymore? I have ONLY ever dealt with Kevin. I don't believe I have ever spoken with Rueben (Or Rubin? Seems like there's a couple ways to spell his name?) Who is delivering my water?

I decided to start service with My Water. The alkaline water was delivered the same day, talk about amazing customer service. He made sure to get the water to me as I had mentioned I just ran out of my alkaline. The pricing is just right and there is no commitment or delivery fees. I definitely found the company I am going to stick with for my water needs. Thank you again Rueben.
