OK, I waited the second time to make this review. I Wanted to make sure I was gonna really like the product. I know people say waters water, but you would be wrong. I am a water snob. I tried all the waters, but I still always landed back on Sparkletts water. Times are tough. I'm trying to cut back wherever I can . I was paying $200 a month for water. It was becoming ridiculous. I could find better ways to spend that money, so I tried this place. Very convenient close to my house. I refilled all my own jugs . Which came out $15 a month for purified water and $30 a month if I want half oxygen, half purified water. Turns out I'm not a big fan of the oxygen water. Even though it's great for my skin. I'm fine with the purified. There's always an option of alkaline too. Sure it's not as convenient, as when they drop it at my door, but I am saving adventure, money! Five stars read more

I being going here for years, today Saturday 01/25/25 at 15:17, the female working there refused to clean the 5-gallon water container with the brush, as they being doing it for years. She stated that it is bad, she can get an infection. Just because her nails are long and don't want to damage them. That is a personal matter. Nice place. Filter system looks legit. I randomly came in and it was busy. Like 3 people ahead of me. The guy was by himself but could be quicker. I like that they wipe down your bottles, actually scrub the tops and rinse everything thoroughly. I asked the guy if the filter removed PFOAs? but he was not sure, adding the filtered water is a 12 step process. Place was clean. I'll be back. read more

I was a bit apprehensive about coming here from the previous reviews about terrible customer service but I've had excellent customer service with the staff here! They are significantly cleaner than the other water company here in Downey (that has a ton of reviews and 5 stars which I don't understand why). At this location they don't allow you to fill your own water and they sanitize your bottle caps! At the other location your allowed to fill your own bottle and they do not sanitize your bottle caps. I recommend coming here! read more

Wow this place again. I left a review before that this place is a gem. Now they are out of water in the wateria but luckily they're open..?? They're closed when they have water but remain open when there isn't water. I will begin going somewhere else that is hopefully consistent. read more

I usually go to the Paramount location but they have flexible closing hours so I was lead to this location. The customer service was A+. I did not mind the wait for it was busy at the time I arrived. The employee's positive attitude was a joy. Thank you. read more

I have been using this store for a while, but now during the worse times people with out jobs, and sick from the corona virus, they increase the water price. Instead of helping people, they make it worse, by increasing the water prize during this bad times. The store has been open all this time so they can't say they are hoarding. They were close for a couple of days to remodel there water equipment, so they are charging us for the re- model. Not only that but they had us go to another store to get water, and the water was dirty. One Location in Norwalk, not only dirty water, but the worse service. read more

I've been coming here for a few years. They are always friendly and polite and today I got a free and very cute reusable shopping bag just for checking in. People look at me like I'm crazy, but I come here instead of getting home delivery because I like the taste of their water. Some brands have a metallic taste and others just don't taste or feel refreshing, but the water at wateria always does. I also like that they quickly wash and rinse your bottles before filling them and the girls usually fill you to the top and not just the measured 5 gallons. I also find this more economical to home delivery. Will continue to come here!! read more

Started off with a rather disappointing first impression. I first called to ask a few question (products they offer, etc. the store website is rather bare with minimal information). Upon introducing myself, the female staff member hung up on me. I called back to an equally cold customer service. I was honestly taken aback. I know answering calls isn't on the priority list for smaller businesses, but wow. If I'm calling around to shop, a bad phone conversation tends to encourage me to look elsewhere. I thought to myself, maybe they are busy. So I walked into the store (few minutes commute). That debunked my "worker must be busy theory." I give it two stars because the regular customers who walked in after me answered my questions better than the two line workers (likely changing shifts). Both females, one of them named "Leslie." Neither workers seemed interested in selling what the business they worked for was trying to sell. That was a red alert for me. Why would I invest my money (not the amount that matters but the principal) in a place where the line workers are woefully incapable of simple human interaction less a staff-client interaction? In a service-driven economy, that was a pitiful experience at best. If the regulars are selling the store's product better than the workers it employs, at least the management is doing something right. For that, two stars are awarded. I highly recommend the management team to verify the quality of its line workers and see to it that they treat customers in a fashion that will bring in new customers, not simply focused on regular customers. Will I ever shop from this particular location? Likely never. There are numerous other businesses that sell similar quality water; with actual customer service. If you're looking for a local water source, I recommend you simply go in, do the transaction, and leave. It infuriated me to interact with the female line workers so I shall take my few dozen dollars a month else where. read more

ZERO STARS! The wait is usually 30-40+ minutes long because there is usually only one employee to service a line of people with multiple jugs. I kept trying to give this place a chance but the wait is too long, you are better off going to any water store in town. read more

Since I have joined the Wateria craze this is the second site I visit. It is a little confusing to find this place because it is in the back of the plaza which looks like it is pretty much empty. The store was really clean and the attendant took the jug, cleaned it and filled it. Simple as 1, 2, 3. I really like Wateria, but 2 things bother me. They are big enough to accept credit cards yet they only take cash and there is always only 1 person working at a time. I have never had to wait an excessive amount of time for someone to help me, but during the weekends it does tend to get a little busy. I forgot the woman's name who helped me this past weekend, but thank you for not being upset when I paid with a little sack of change lol There were a lot of pennies but you just counted them and said thank you. I appreciate it. Hopefully management puts in credit card readers soon. read more

They claim to sell alkaline water yet not Ph lvl of the water can be found anywhere when I asked to see a certificate saying if it is alkaline water or it's ph lvl they said they don't have it and they don't know the ph lvl yet they sell you $2.00 a gallon and if you buy a gallon they refuse to completely fill up your gallon I don't recommend you go here to buy your alkaline water you may be paying for regular water read more

Is this place called wateria? I think they meant DIARRHEA!! From the amount of water that fell off my rolling tray I'd say it was so stupid they call them selfs a good thing?!! Please!!! I just can't deal with this problem because I'm so so sorry I'll never be back here ever ever EVER again. My water bottles broke and fell off the tray but they didn't care. Nope they did not. Nothing is better than the other stylist who watched the whole thing! The sales clerk was so not helpful and had a big problem with her she said she was not ready for the consultation but the only time it came was to have the same color water as she was able to see the color. Water taste great and the service is awesome. The friendly employees wash the container for you and even put a cap on the container for you that is sterilized in a machine. Im in an out in a few minutes and appreciate the work ethic of the employees here. read more
