I was wearing a highly visible Burberry case too, and linen clothing from J Peterman. A white man entered right before I did and he was politely ignored. As soon as I enter the beard hollers out something at me. I picked out 2 Pepsi bottles and 2 candy bars. I was carrying a bulky bag as I'd just made a large, $60+ purchase at Shakeys. I was fumbling the candy because I was carrying a lot and beard yells "Can I HELP you?" But he said it in a suspicious, unfriendly and hostile tone. I would also like to recognize Angie. I shop at this store regularly and see her often, and she is always kind, friendly, and helpful. During this visit, I was looking for an item, and she also went out of her way to help me find it. Angie consistently provides excellent customer service and always makes customers feel welcome. It wasn't their fault, it was mine. They had only put ~$2-3 in. I told them not to worry about it, he switched the remaining to the correct pump or so I thought. I had put $40, he made me whole, even though it was my fault. I'll never forget the kindness and generosity on his part. He did me a solid, that's why I'm leaving this review. He's a good dude, I hope it comes back to him ten fold!
