    i gave them a deposit for rims in early 2020, and never received the rims, a refund communication nothing. Just out right stole my money

    NOTHING but issues with service department. Had my snowmobile in 3 times for reverse staying on and…read morelast week picked up sleds and arrived in UP and went to back out sled and it is stuck in reverse still!! Manager Tregg gets really nice then blows up on you, then apologizes, then blows up on you. The same sled which had no issues we picked up and the sled now has automatic air suspension issues. I have all the pics and videos and Tregg managers response was it worked fine when it left here. We must have done something too it?? Really. No miles were added from when we picked up our trailer to when we backed it out of the trailer and he says it was working fine and tested before you left. I sent videos and pics. My one snowmobile only goes up to 12 mph which is so unsafe on a trail and once again, they don't worry about trying to just fix the problems the first time but instead argue with me, screams to go to another dealer, that they don't want to deal with me anymore, then apologizes and says his anger got the best of him. This is over and over. I have so many emails we are preparing for a possible lawsuit. 3 times to get these items fixed and still nothing. I have to drive 2 hours out of my way each way to go to this dealership. I tried to work with them especially this Tregg manager person, and he blames us for the problems. They won't stay 30 seconds past closing time. To top it off, they rammed their forklift into the back end of my trailer messing it up bad. They agreed to fix it, but once again I have to drive several hours out of my way to get the trailer fixed now, and also the sleds still $$$ invoices later and machine is bogging out, reverse stuck and can't get out, now suspension lights all over the screen. They charged me for a new battery, only two years old and having low voltage lights pop up as well. We do NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY. They ask only the happy customers leaving after they BUY their toys not during or after service!

What Stood Out Wide Range of Options: General RV offers an impressive variety of choices, from their "Keep You Camping" program - considered an "industry differentiator" because it prioritizes your ability to use your RV during peak camping season and educates owners on what truly needs immediate attention versus what can wait - to various extended warranties. Their willingness to work with customers and tailor options to individual needs really sets them apart. Exceptional Team Members * Marcus (Salesperson Extraordinaire): Marcus was fantastic. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us secure a great price. His expertise and knowledge of the industry as a whole, honesty and friendly approach made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. We appreciated all of his tips and tricks while test driving and found his insight and attention to detail refreshing! * Justin (Financier and "Cliff Talker Offer"): Justin was incredibly patient with all our questions, especially when we raised concerns about General RV's service department Yelp rating. He walked us through the financing options clearly and helped us understand everything thoroughly. * Aaron (Parts Specialist): Aaron was straightforward and helpful, providing a clear list of must-have, nice-to-have, and cool items for our RV. His no-nonsense attitude was refreshing and very useful. I love that he did not try to sell us things we didn't need and answered lots of questions about water systems and electricity! * Jim (Walk-Through Expert): Jim gave us a thorough walk-through of the RV and explained all the features in detail, ensuring we felt confident with our purchase. * Andrew (Insurance Specialist): Andrew was amazing at finding the best insurance coverage and deductible combination within our budget. His expertise made a complicated process much easier. * Front Desk Team: The ladies at the front desk were attentive and helpful throughout. Even though they initially spelled our name incorrectly, they quickly fixed it and kept the atmosphere light with some friendly teasing. Areas for Improvement While the overall experience was great, the cleanliness and attention to detail inside the RV could use some work. There were small issues like the time wasn't set on the clock, dried chunky caulking around the outside lights and smeared on a window, and a receptacle so dusty that I initially thought its color was off. Improving these small details would elevate the customer experience significantly. Final Thoughts General RV in Wayland offers excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a variety of helpful programs that make RV ownership easier and more enjoyable - especially for a first time buyer. With a bit more focus on the finishing touches and cleanliness, they would be absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for an RV.

We informed him we were going to the Hershey RV show and since he was going to be there as well he was willing to to meet up with us while we were there. He came to the RV we were looking at, helped us with the purchase and at the price we were looking for! He even offered to follow up with us on his day off when picking up the RV. He was amazing, available and one of the best salesman we have worked with so far and this is our 4th RV! Thank you, Riley for being there for us and not pushing just for the sale.
