This car wash location is pretty old and there are other choices close by that are newer and charging the similar monthly membership fees but I come here because the service is impeccable. I have the Works membership and go often. I'm happy with the products they use. My car always comes out looking clean. I have rubber mats in my car so I get them pressure washed when I go. This is a drive thru car wash but they do give your car a little scrub down before hand. They have towels, window cleaner and car freshener available. Everyone I ask for help from is always helpful. I do recommend this car wash.

    Water works current pricing.

Best car wash in Kyle/Buda. Per my husband, washing machine is better as it won't scratch. The vacuums are strong and the compressors make cleaning our vehicles a breeze. We have a membership on both of our vehicles. This crazy pollen seems to cling to my blue car with a vengeance. I'm certain it's springs plan to kill me with asthma. Blessed to be able to run my car at any given time.

    Scratch marks

I informed Charles, the manager on duty on 10/15/23, that prior to arriving to the car wash that my truck did NOT have these markings. Charles went to look at the video and informed me that there was absolutely no way that could have happened there. I did ask Charles what logical explanation would there be for these markings that I noticed immediately after the wash? He did not have an answer but was sure that those brush mark scratches did not come from their brushes.

Large scratch on my hood I wont be able to buff out.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I have a brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla, and after going through the basic car wash, it now has multiple scratches. I spoke to one of the employees outside, and he was nice when I asked him if these would buff out, because I know shit happens, and you really can't avoid small scratches. But I have a scratch on my hood that probably won't buff out, so, I won't be visiting back.

I love the quick $7 car wash. Plus, if you want you can use their heavy duty vacuums for free. Much better than a $7 gas station wash.

Matt also informed me that the track can malfunction, and stop pushing vehicles forward . The car wash employee onsite, Jason Blakeley, told me he didn't know what happened, including if the track malfunctioned. But now, Matt is telling me, with no video evidence, the manager told him the track didn't malfunction. Mind you he's already told me that the track can malfunction and stop pushing cars forward. On 2/19/24 I purchased a monthly pass and proceeded to the car wash for my first time use ever. I put the car in neutral, let go of the wheel, and let the track take over. Half way through the track stopped pushing my vehicle, and at this point I was rear ended by the vehicle behind me. They had me put the car in drive and pull out towards the end. I was directed out of the was by employee, Jason Blakeley. I rolled down my window and asked if I got hit from behind. At that time Jason Blakeley informed me I didn't. It wasn't till I told him it sure felt like it, did he go check. Jason Blakeley Came to my window and told me yes, but it wasn't nothing really, as if I were to just forget about the incident and move on. Now I get a call from Matt stating, the managers claimed there was no malfunction. After Matt telling me they have no video footage of the incident and that the tracks can malfunction and stop pushing vehicles forward. Matt informs me he can give any evidence to my insurance company to make a claim with them. Which would in the long run drive my insurance cost up. If you read through the commits, you'll find multiple reviews just like mine. Club car wash are crooks who will not take any responsibility for their failed equipment. I noticed club car wash likes to reply to these reviews as if they actually care and are going to actually help. Matt from claims has already informed me there is nothing they will do to help besides send what little info they have to my insurance so I can proceed to start a claim under my own insurance. There's no need to act like yall care and reply to this review. It's evident yall are only about lying and deceiving. I would go as far as to say yall have video of the middle of the track where I was hit but refuse to release it. On top of what I've experienced, when I left, with half a wash, because the worker had me drive to the end after being rear ended, customer service told me I entered at my own risk, and I would not receive a refund. She told me I could still go back and go through a second time, then proceeded to hang up on me. Which seems to be what they do instead of actually providing actual customer service.

One thing I started noticing is little scratches on my car after I came out the car wash. I also have to always wipe off whatever gooey chemicals they use it gets stuck on the very bottom of my car. I dry it after every wash. I do go often sometimes twice a week. I notice that my car is getting stained from whatever chemicals they use. It looks like water stains. I take super good care of my car so I'm pretty annoyed with these issues. Another thing is they let your cars in way too close to each other. I always wait a little while for the car in front of me and I ask them to give some space for the car behind me. They usually don't mind. They do power wash the plastic floor mats if you ask. I like that they have towels to dry the car, car freshener and window cleaner. I do like that they are open late. I'm just noticing my car is getting damaged so I'm probably going to have to get a good detail and wax and start doing my car wash at home.

Solid, Convenient Car Wash With a Few Quirks…read more We've been going to Suds Deluxe in Kyle for a while now, and overall it's been a pretty solid experience. One of the biggest perks is everything they offer after the wash: free vacuums with two different attachments (and actual strong suction), an air sprayer, window cleaner, fragrance spray, leather cleaner, and plenty of towels to wipe your car down. For the price, that setup alone makes it worth coming here. The wash itself usually does a good job, but recently we've noticed the back of our car doesn't always come out fully clean. It wipes off easily, so it's not a huge deal, and they clearly stand behind their service since they have a sign saying you can go through again if you're not satisfied. We haven't actually tested that yet, but I'm pretty confident they'd honor it. One thing I wish they'd improve is the pre-wash wipe-down. The staff tends to focus mostly on the driver's side, and honestly, the front and back are usually the spots that need the most love. Getting both sides, or at least the tougher areas, would make a noticeable difference (hence the mention of the back being dirty). We do have a membership, and if you go at least twice a month, it definitely pays for itself. Weekdays are usually quiet, but weekends get busy. I think they've updated their membership pricing and what each tier includes, because we're on the second-from-the-top plan and once noticed our tire wash didn't activate, probably just a temporary outage, because it worked fine the next visit. Overall, it's a convenient, good-quality wash with solid value. Canceling is easy too, you can do it through text, which is a nice touch. The only lingering question I have: can we get another air freshener at some point, or is that just a first-time sign-up perk?

YES! FINALLY -- A GREAT AUTOMATIC CARWASH LOCATION IN BUDA!…read more I was so excited when I realized the carwash finally opened! My first trip through was last night and I am now a life-long fan! They have many car wash options. The packages ranged from $6.00 -- $15.00. The thing that really got me hooked to this car wash is the app! YES! They have an app! As a junkie who loooooves keeping her car clean and spotless, this made me so excited. There are a few things you can do with the app: 1) There is a rewards program they offer to earn points for a free Platinum Wash! All you have to do is pay through the phone for the points to stack by adding your credit card. You can either buy the washes from the phone directly (they will store in your "wallet"). Or, you can just "AirPAY" by scanning your phone at the kiosk. This will be used at checkout vs trying to stick your card in the card reader. It's so much easier -- we all know the darn struggle of trying to stick your card in the reader from the window. This takes out the neck and arm strain, haha. 2) You can send car washes as gifts through the app! AH! This made me stoked. Along with myself, my family loves giving their cars some cleaning love. This is great for anyone who loves car washes. Please, feel free to send me a car wash as a gift anytime -- haha! 3) You can join a wash club! Yes! There is a club! The club wash plans range from $18.00/month -- $36.00/month. The plans vary in service. But... and here is the best part: You can get your car washed each and every day if you are in the club!!! YES! All you have to do is click the "Wash Club" button and then scan your phone! Bada-bing bada-BOOM. BEAUTIFUL! I am certainly going to join this club ASAP! Not only is the app portion of this cool -- the car wash is great as well. I had a big meeting this morning and I showed up styling! I was very impressed with how the wash turned out. I couldn't complain on how it looks for not being hand washed. Looks amazing! The support team is also amazing! I needed help with something last night so I sent a quick email while I sat in the wash (haha). I got a speedy reply the next morning!! When I replied to that email in the morning, they replied back within minutes. I was HIGHLY impressed and appreciated the service I received. I don't get that very often and it made me feel really good as the customer. If you want great service, a great carwash, and a way to earn rewards for washing your car -- Look no further! This is THE spot!
