Okay, I use this place occasionally because it's close to home. The $12 exterior wash, free vacuum, towels and wash spray cleaner they provide is alright. But the customer service is not up to par. All the employees like they are about 15 years old and below. These are kids managing kids and they have no clue about detailing. I will never purchase the detail services there again; it's a waste of money. They think that cleaning the inside of a car is making the upholstery shine. They use to much armor all or another cleaner to wipe down the interior, they miss spots and don't clean dirt/ spots out of the consoles, seats or carpet. We just got our car supposedly detailed today and I was very disappointed; I knew better because everybody looked so young, but I was to lazy to do it in the hotness outside; my bad. It took them 10 minutes to complete the detail. My uncle owned a detailed shop for 20 plus years detailing expensive new cars down to the maw and paw car dealers; and yes I had to work there if I needed summer money, so I know first hand what detailing should look like if it's done right no matter the cost. To end this I can honestly say it was a waist of my money. read more

Speed of service varies from day to day, sometimes the guys doing the pre-scrub move quite slowly backing up the line quite conciderably. Other times, I have been through and there is just one guy but he is very thorough but fast, and keeps the line moving quite swiftly. Over the past 6 months I have arrived 4 or 5 times to the carwash being closed (I wash my car every Friday before working as a Lyft driver). This was a severe inconvenience, upon contacting them through the website they promptly appologized and offered me a free detailing (Which I have not taken). The wash itself is quite good, the vacuums usually strong, air nozzles for cleaning out crevasses, and even rags and window cleaner. Probably my favorite part is that even the self-vacuum area is covered, which is pretty atypical, and is a nice relief when cleaning out my car in the middle of summer. read more

How convenient for you not to allow reviews on your Facebook page. We have been LOYAL customers since 2013 and since the ownership change, it has ONLY gone down hill from the quality of vacuum power, wash and customer service. I got my car wash today and at least a 3rd of the back window was covered in dirt. I went to the man who was obviously in charge of the detail service (perhaps the general manager / owner as well) to inquire what could be done to rectify the lack of wash I paid for and he just mumbled under his breath and pointed to he windex fees. The windex and use of the towels was for a very long time FREE. Now, I get told to eat sh!t on services paid but not rendered AND to pay more for something I shouldn't need to begin with. My husband and I who were regulars for years will take our business elsewhere. Good luck keeping your business open with this lack of quality service. read more

An absolute waste of time. I was there for literally 2 hours for a simple wash and wax. My truck sat there for almost an hour before it was even touched. I will never come back here and I hope that those of you that read this take my advice. Also, when I politely asked if they offered a military discount, I was very rudely told no. A wash like this should take no longer than 45 minutes, maybe an hour at absolutely tops. But two whole hours is a complete waste of time. Great deal for $15. Just know after you go thru wash, it's up to you to pull into vacuum area for comp vacuuming. There are no posted instructions on doing so. Someone will wave you into a vacuum station. read more

I've read all the reviews on here and think it's a little bit unfair. I get that people have issues and I know that people are more inclined to come write a negative review so I'll just come on here and write a positive one. I'm not apart of the VIP club but go once or twice a month (maybe I should become one!) and haven't had anything but pleasant experiences. I pay $12 and get a great wash and love the fact that they have free vacuums for everyone. And where the vacuums are located are shaded so we can be shielded from this nasty Texas heat while getting our cars nice and polished. Not only that but the manager has been nothing but a complete gentleman and has always helped me out when needed even helping me do my tires and windows when I didn't pay for it. And for the person who mentioned the guys at the front not smiling or saying "hi". Really? We can't even hear them we're there about to go into a car wash, what do you want them to do, have you pull down your window to have a conversation? They're doing their job. read more

They broke my back windshield wiper. I probably won't be going there again. Also, I still don't see all the employees wearing mask. I literally saw an employee walking into the lobby without a mask when there is a sign saying "masks are mandatory" on the door. read more

We used to like this place. However, they recently raised their price for the ultimate wash from $12 to $18, and it doesn't wash as well as it used to. My car always has soap left on it and their spot free rinse is anything but. I hate window spots and the past 3 times I've gone through the wash, I always have to clean the windows when I get home. I hate to think this place is the only carwash business in town. I read mixed reviews and thought to give this local business a chance. Too bad that it let me down. The service is not good for the money you will spend. I purchased the full service wash ($25) to test their work and it was a disappointment. I waited nearly 15 minutes before one of the managers noticed that I needed my vehicle dried. My windows had spots, streaks and dirt still on the front bumper. You will be better off getting the exterior wash and doing the remaining the job yourself. I feel bad for those who are not able-bodied to do the work themselves. I really wanted to like this place being local. I gave it a try a few times and I noticed right after buying my brand new car that it had scratched it. Never again will I return. No more car washes that touch my car. Lesson learned. The HEB plus car wash seems to do an okay wash. So if I can't take my car to the dealer I will at least take it there rather than this place. I have been using this car wash since it opened a few years back. It was a great car wash but about a year ago it started going downhill. They have doubled their prices on all washes, reduced staffing and now they have taken away the free towels and started charging $2. I did speak with the manager, Fabrizzio, before writing this review. His statement was that the price increase was over a year ago and that people keep stealing his towels. That is something that happens, towels get taken or wear out. The fact that he is nickel and diming the Kyle community is outrageous. I am looking forward to the new car wash .5 miles north on I-35 to open and do not plan on visiting this establishment again due to poor business practices. read more

I'm new to town and was looking for a full service wash. Saw this off the highway and thought I'd give it a try. I just did the lowest priced full service option. I think it was called Express for $15. Completely worth it. The staff was friendly, respectful and hard working. They spent about 30 min on my car and were very thorough. First let me say that you can't even review the services and prices until you are so far down a car corral that there is absolutely no turning around. There is no changing your mind on a car wash so you are at least spending $15. Second, the two guys at the beginning of the automatic washer don't even say hi. Just look at your ticket and walk away to clean. No initial customer service. Third, I come out if the car wash and drive to the vacuums and have no idea where I should go. Do I wait? Do I park anywhere? No guidance at all and I have never been here before. So I park and a guy comes over and just waits for me to get out. Again...no words. He just says I can go to the lobby. Which door is that? I just wait outside. I have to say though that my car looks decent (not $21 worth though). My car looks amazing, better than when I drove it off the lot. I purchased the interior and seat package. Drove through for a basic exterior wash which was included with the aforementioned services. My car was in huge need of a major cleaning. Alex did an excellent job of deeply detailing the inside and cleaning my seats....really, of every inch of the interior. He even cleaned off my toddler's car seat. My husband will be taking his vehicle when he gets off of work. I paid $70 and was there for probably 2 hours bc they were very busy. It was well worth it! They made a great 1st impression on me and I'll be back. read more

Just got a wash. Included hand towel dry and interior vacuum plus tire care. Price was fair and quality of work was good.

The car wash itself was ok. I like that you have a week to come back for a touch up. But they lack professionalism. It took over 2 hours for my car to be done (and I was the only full service customer) but when I look around, I see the employees running around and playing in the car wash area, the detailers standing around talking to each other and playing with the tools, and Employees running around yelling curse words and spraying each other with bottles of cleaner. And the girl that was detailing my car did nothing but complain about my car right in front of me. Don't come here unless you have loads of time to waste. read more

Twice recently I have paid for my wash and had to wait while the kids who work there come out to activate the wash. Once I sat for 5 minutes until I honked my horn, at which time the kid, who was obviously asleep (I saw him through the window), woke up and came out to start the wash. Today I paid, drove around the curve and found a cone blocking the wash. Had I not got out it is doubtful anyone would have come out. Wash quality is mediocre at best as well. I've only been once but I'm extremely detail oriented when it comes to the cleanliness of my vehicle. I utilized their full service (interior/exterior) wash and was extremely pleased with the results. They vacuumed all of the dog hair and didn't miss a square inch when wiping the dash. I'd rate the majority of the car washes in south Austin as three star organizations but Water Works really impressed me. I'll definitely be back. read more

But this one is way better...first of all there are real brushes that touch the car...not some dumb spray that is supposed to spray away dirt. Second the vacuums are free and they suck. It's been a few months since I've been to this car wash.... all I can say is wow how bad the service has gotten. I was the only person in line to get a wash and the employee working the car wash was sitting down messing with his phone. He saw me drive up and had a look like "dang, now I have to work". This was the worst drive through car wash. Upon further investigation the hood, roof, Windows, front or back of my car were not cleaned. Both vacuums that I used had stuff clogged in them. Cancelled unlimited monthly. Car NEVER comes out clean. They rub the brush by your window shield real quick before entering the car wash. They should be scrubbing it down. No one on end side to dry it down, so leave with water spots read more

I went at 12pm on a weekday it wasn't crowded at all, the automated system was super easy to use. After my car went through the wash, I drove around to get the inside cleaned. I handed over my receipt and the men immediately got to work. They worked super fast yet cleaned thoroughly. The whole process went completely smoothly, I will definitely come back. read more

I've been waiting for a full service car wash to come to Kyle for several years now and was happy to see this place open. But I don't really consider this full service because it's a drive through, and it doesn't appear that they clean the inside of vehicles. They have plenty of do it yourself vacuum hoses though. The only website I could find (which is the one Yelp has listed) is for a car wash in Dallas. I picked a $21 option because it mentions cleaning the inside and a towel dry. But after you drive through the car wash you're at the exit. You can turn into the vacuuming area. But there isn't anybody there to towel dry you car or clean the inside. Maybe the interior and towel dry services are only at the Dallas location. Anyway, I feel like I didn't get enough for $21. read more

This has been my usual car wash for about 2 years. Up until now I never had any issues. Today I Was washing my brand new (two week old) car, and as I was going through the machine (no parking brake, neutral, and FOOT OFF THE BRAKE like I supposed to), for some reason the car behind me made contact with my vehicle and left two very small scratches. The Gentleman behind me was mortified. HE was a very nice older man in a nice Cadillac. When we went let the attendant, manager or whatever his position is, what had happened, the treatment we both received wa extremely unprofessional. Keep in mind that accidents do happen and it is not a big deal. What is upsetting is the way this man handled the situation. HE was extremely combative and rude, raised his voice in several occasion when talking to the older man (who is worthy of respect not only because of his age but because his demeanor and impeccable manners). Basically called me a liar and accused me of stepping on the brake as the only explanation because his machine is perfect and it never malfunctions. Raised his voice at me and took an even more combative posture. He said "so what do you want me to do? fix your car?". For crying out loud! the scratches are so tiny is not worth fixing anyway. I'm not asking for that, but his lack of acknowledgement and professionalism is inexcusable!!! this is not how a customer gets treated. I feel disrespected and belittled by this man, and honestly I feel worse for the gentleman behind me who actually suffered a,lot more abuse and humiliation, just because he was trying to help out. His car had absolutely no damage and he still satid on the scene to be a witness of what happened, when he could have just left. read more

Horrific! Went through the whole thing and it didn't wash my car. I had to go back around. When I drive back up to the automated system, there is a man waiting for me. He asks me what wash I want. I start to say I already paid but he cuts me off and says rudely "I know that's why I'm asking you what wash so I can let you in." I brought my Pontiac Gto here and paid for the most expensive wash that they offer, including the interior. With a tip, it cost me about $43. The car went through the wash and removed MOST of the dirt. I assumed they would have either sent it through a second time, or removed it by hand. I was wrong on both counts. After the attendant told me my car was ready I was astonished by what was still left on the car. I pointed out portions that looked as if they hadn't been touched, the hood, trunk lid and spoiler, as well as some bird excrement that was still left on the vehicle. After having worked on it for another ten minutes I was still unhappy with the money I'd spent. I am aware that this is not a detail, but it is a $43 dollar car wash. I'd expect someone to have at least wiped the side mirrors. Which also didn't happen. The wheels appeared to be rubbed with some sort of paper towel once. And the seats didn't appear to have been touched at all. As far as the seat goes, I took a wet paper towel and removed the debris easily, and put my own leather conditioner on them because none had been applied which was supposed to be part of the wash. I would not recommend going here if you are looking for a good wash for your money. I have written a review on google that has photos of what I'm talking about if you are interested. So relieved to be here! I took my car to get washed elsewhere and they blew my tire! Yes, really blew my tire. Once it was fixed I was frustrated and still needed my car wash. Came here and paid $40 to have the outside and inside cleaned. Not only did they do a GREAT JOB but found "some spots" and ran it through the wash again... Without me noticing or asking. The staff here is wonderful! You can wash your car for much cheaper if you want and they offer free vacuums! read more
