Literally. I had a burst sprinkler pipe, & Conrad was at my doorstep a mere five minutes after I contacted their office. He had it fixed in no time flat! And also checked all of my other sprinkler heads. The cost was so reasonable that I kept them on speed dial, in my phone. Naturally, they were my first call when my automatic sprinkling system wouldn't pressurize, this spring. Conrad to the rescue! He came to my house, and fixed the problem with the flip of a switch! I felt so sheepish that I had forgotten to turn it back on, after the winter! Conrad could have easily had me pay him, and been on his way.... But he said I had paid for an hours-worth of service; & he was going to give it to me! He dug out sprinkler heads. Replaced sprinkler heads. Did a checkup on the entire system. I was so impressed. I spent time looking and investigating several tree service companies to cut down my old dying apple tree. I called, texted, and emailed 5 highly rated companies, 2 didn't even bother to respond. 2 others did respond and came out to give their estimates.
