We had a rep come out to discuss a whole-home water filtration system. After doing our own…read moreresearch, we decided it wasn't necessary right now and I communicated that clearly. Instead of respecting the decision, he sent a link to an article and then the words "You're right. Nothing in your water." The shift in tone once I declined was dismissive and unprofessional. I also got the strong impression the interaction would have been handled differently if my husband had been the point of contact. Now we won't ever use your company. Do your own research and get multiple opinions before moving forward with any system.

I searched for a long time for filter installation services…read more Found on them yelp and had a very good experience with Lalo, Amber and Rose. Timely follow up from the owner and professional advice form Lalo not to install the filter I already had. I returned it and after I bought new one online, they came back to install it. Quick and precise (they cut a hole in the marble countertop for the filter). Good service and affordable pricing. Thank you

After the freeze a few years back my water softener was destroyed because the previous homeowners…read morehad placed it outside. We called Pureworld to see how much it would cost to fix it. We got a quote also to see how much it would cost to move it inside the garage. Luckily, they gave us a very good price on a brand new unit inside my garage with PEX plumbing. So this past winter I wasn't worried about my water softener freezing because it was inside my garage protected from the elements. While they were working on that I asked them about a reverse osmosis water filtration system. They were able to replace my existing set up and I asked them to hook it up to my refrigerator as well. So I do not have to replace the refrigerator filter and I get reverse osmosis water chilled and ice! They call once a year to replace the filters and with labor it's just a little more than Amazon.

And now the water tastes absolutely fabulous with the help of the Lone Star water system. Each of the employees that we dealt with was kind and thorough in their work. He can install what you purchase online or what he uses. He provides pros and cons to let you decide what choice to go with without pressure. 2. Russell and Cory came promptly at the time they said they were and pretty much finished in 2 hrs time as promised. 3. During the installation process, both of them walk you through the machine and tells you the do's and dont's and explain what they are doing throughout. I highly recommend R&S if you are considering a softener. Especially when it comes to water quality, don't leave it to just plumbers, I would use someone like Russell and Cory that live and breathe this stuff day in and day out.

Russell came out to service our reverse osmosis unit and fix the lack of water pressure in the…read moretank. He would not provide the filters to be replaced so we bought them online and replaced them ourselves. When he came out, he said it needed air and put some in. Water flowed from the reverse osmosis after he did that. He told us to wait to use it and let the tank fill up. Hours later It did not fill up and he is now saying he is not responsible for anything. He said we probably need a new unit. What a waste of money - he has been reliable and good for years but something has happened. He installed the unit for us 10 years ago and has always serviced it. Very disappointed and will never use him again.

WOW! What can I say that will measure up to the high quality of Environmental ProTech's…read morefiltration system and their exceptional customer service! I have had a reverse osmosis system installed by Environmental ProTech for nearly 18 years. In that time, THEY CALL ME (Lord knows I would forget!) every 6 months to set up a time to come out and change out my filters. Their techs are super clean-cut, articulate, professional, and ON-TIME! On the rare occassions they were going to be late, (Houston traffic of course!) I received a call from either their dispatcher or from the tech. They do a great job of selecting and training their field techs, that's for sure! Recently, I changed out my kitchen faucet and needed to disconnect the filtration system from the water lines. The new faucet needed a different connector so I called the Environmental Protech office to find out what type of connecter I needed to buy from Home Depot or Lowes. They INSISTED, "Don't worry about doing that, we have a tech that will be in the area on Monday and he will stop by and take care of it!" Guess what, THEY DID! (I can't promise they will do that for everybody, but it's obvious they are loyal to their long-time customers!) IN CLOSING . . . . No, I am not related to the Environmental Protech owners nor do I work for them! LOL!!! But I will say, Robert & Mindy run a great company, with great products and great service! (On top of that they are genuinely super sweet folks!) If you need a water filtration system for your home or office, DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER! You will not go wrong, and they will treat you like family, probably even better!!
