Our group of four stopped at The Noble Fox Restaurant & Bar for lunch, and everything about our experience was fantastic. We decided to order several plates to share so we could try a little bit of everything: Gorgonzola Fries, Bacon-Wrapped Dates, Brussels Sprouts, and Spicy Tacos. Every single dish was delicious -- there wasn't a morsel left on the table! I also ordered an Old Fashioned, and I can honestly say it was the best Old Fashioned I've ever had. It was so good that I had to seek out the bartender afterward to personally thank him and ask about his recipe. That led to one of the highlights of our visit: he graciously gifted me a copy of his cocktail book! I was so impressed that I ended up buying five more copies for friends. What a fun and unexpected memory to take home from our trip! The service was wonderful, the food was fabulous, and the hospitality made the experience truly memorable. We enjoyed our meal outside in the beautiful Oregon weather, which made an already great afternoon even better. Since she's from out of state, they also asked to see her debit/credit card to verify her name. While I get the caution, it did feel a bit unusual--especially since we hadn't ordered yet. It made me wonder what would've happened if she only had cash. Downstairs, we were greeted by a new server who seemed... off. Not necessarily rude, but distant, as if they didn't want to be there or didn't really want to engage with us. We ordered drinks and food--drinks were great! But food took about 30-35 minutes, which we understood. What was odd was the service flow. Our server came back to ask if we were ready for the bill... but we hadn't gotten our food yet. Eventually, another employee brought our plates and asked if we needed anything else. We asked for forks, but they never came back. When I asked someone again, our original server casually mentioned that utensils were still being washed--no reassurance or clear follow-up. It just felt like, "Oh well." My niece ended up asking for plastic utensils, and instead we were handed wet metal forks. We dried them ourselves and ate. The server didn't check on us again until the very end, and by that point, we just wanted the check and to go. The food itself was really good--but overall, the atmosphere just didn't feel warm or welcoming. I truly hope this feedback helps. The place has potential, and I'd love to give it another try someday, but this visit left us with mixed feelings.

To say this was a lot of food would not be an exaggeration. There are two sides to this restaurant: a regular dining room and a pizza room with a game area for the kids (or young-at-heart adults). We sat in the pizza side this time where a children's birthday party was getting ready to start. The acoustics leave something to be desired in this side of the restaurant and excited children can be loud, even without the lack of acoustics. It's not the most relaxing quiet dinnertime space but listening to kids enjoy themselves can be uplifting in its own way. The restaurant is clean, the servers friendly and patient, the service is quick, the pizzas hot, the drinks plentiful, and I know I'll be back here soon for another pizza fix.

My wife ordered the medium roast, and I ordered the dark roast. The waitress placed a paper coaster under my cup so anyone refilling coffee would know which blend to pour. It's a simple system, but it shows attention to detail that many restaurants overlook. Check out the photos of the different sugar and sweetener selections available for coffee and tea, along with the variety of jam choices served with toast. Those small touches help create a welcoming breakfast experience. At 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday, the restaurant was packed, yet we still managed to find a parking space and a booth. Even with a full dining room, the service remained friendly, attentive, and efficient. Two years later, Sybil's continues to deliver a consistently good breakfast experience.
