Cozy bake shop located in the heart of downtown Silverton. They had a great selection of baked goods and an extensive coffee bar. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor gave me farmhouse vibes and they had a variety of seating options, including outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were promptly greeted, and all of our questions were answered and suggestions were made so that we could choose a delicious snack after hiking the Trail of Ten Waterfalls. My friend had a chocolate dome and I had a s'mores cookie and an iced mocha. Everything was delicious.

Stopped by post-lunch on our way back from the falls. Such a cute coffee and pastry shop with a lot of variety. I'm more of a tea girl and was super fascinated by the tea options and how detailed each selection is fruity, floral, spicy, you name it. I also like that you can mix syrups. The staff were the sweetest and will absolutely give you great recommendations. The drink was refreshing, and there's a nice sit-down area to chill before heading back out to the street. The cookies and pastries looked great too, but we were way too full to try anything. For sure will stop by again if we're in town.

Ah yes, a real bakery in Silverton! Just three years old, Silverton Bake Shop is the place to go for pastries and coffee with a full espresso menu and a case of yummy-for-your-tummy treats. I stopped in to take a break from running errands and got a ham and cheese croissant and an americano - the perfect compliment for my short break. The croissant was flaky and fresh, filled with ham and cheese, and the americano was piping hot, made with a perfectly pulled double shot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Looking forward to returning when the weather is more suitable for sitting outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Whether you're looking for a cookie or a croissant or a coffee drink, you'll find something delicious here.

Cute shop that also serves coffee/espresso drinks. Out back is picnic table seating that is covered and also chairs next to a fire pit. Great place to grab some dessert and hang out with friends. Some desserts were enjoyed more than others but that is just a matter of personal taste. Highly recommend the chocolate chip with sea salt cookie and the breakfast cookie which had oatmeal, chia and other seeds The chocolate fruit tart was tasty and I would get that again Blood orange cupcake was good, but to me only the frosting was flavored the cupcake just tasted like a plain cupcake. Cupcake did have good texture and we enjoyed the Boston creme cupcake more Prices were reasonable and I really liked the size of the pastries and that they were not oversized

Best cookies!! We got the breakfast cookie and the Meg. Both are fantastic, we loved each delicious bite!! Got a latte and it was perfection! The owner is so sweet and you feel the love of her bakery. I was sad they didn't have their hummingbird cake. I have no problem going back and we definitely will be back! I highly recommend this cute bakery in a very cute town!

At this point I've tried a number of things here and every one of them were delicious! The Japanese pancakes were so fluffy and fun, called ahead just to make sure they could make them right after opening but couldn't get through. THEY CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY!! I have never had a food place care enough to actually call back if they miss a call. I was so happy with the pancakes too, nicely made and yummy. Their tiny cakes are all perfect too, I'm in love with each one especially the PDX rose! So bright and flavorful, with a beautiful outside that matches its taste! Can't forget the Japanese Cream Cheese Bun, it's soooooo good and the price matches the taste (aka good price for a good dessert). Not too sweet but still delicious! Just gotta make sure you eat it fresh, forgot to eat my last one for an hour and it got dry but still had its yummy taste. I super recommend this place!!

I added breakfast to this place while they visited me for a few days. We called in our order as instructed on the website. Unfortunately no Boba was available for on the pancakes. When we arrived I was disheartened to find the place rather small either intense heat of a bakery, which made the lone table inside with a meandering fly the least bit welcoming. When adding drinks to our order, the lone man working there asked me a few times whether I really was ordering coffee for a child (and yes, she settled on a mocha when it was determined he only knew how to sprinkle matcha powder on the pancakes, and hadn't a clue as to their application to drinks). My grandson ordered their 'special hot chocolate' which pretty much tasted like watered-down Ovaltine. We sat outside to eat and after a few bites and finding these were nothing like the fluffy Japanese pancakes they'd expected, we threw away $44 worth of what was supposed to be a pleasant breakfast experience. I guess this was a life lesson for the kids, that our expectations aren't always met. And I want to prevent any other adults from making the same mistake I did in taking my business there!

We were seated quickly -- it was a nice day, so we sat in their lovely outdoor dining area. They brought us room temperature waters (not a fan), and took our drink orders rather quickly. Service was good throughout our visit. I ordered the IPA Bacon Cheeseburger, which came (over)loaded with lots of fresh vegetables, a large burger patty, and the IPA mustard sauce. I don't want to complain about a burger being piled high with bacon, pickles, and fresh onions, lettuce, & tomatoes; but it was difficult to eat. While the Challah bun was delicious, it was woefully undersized for the task of holding it all together. I enjoyed it, but felt the IPA sauce was lost in the midst of everything else, and I also thought the burger patty was under-seasoned. I ordered fries as a side, and unfortunately they were the "battered" variety, which I just don't enjoy. Restaurants -- please, just serve normal French fries, without any batter on them! We knew from past experience that baked goods and desserts are really what La Provence is good at, so we ordered Tiramisu for dessert. Their very non-traditional take on this Italian classic would probably some people uneasy, but it was delicious. It had a dense chocolate cake base, with a thick layer of mascarpone mousse on top of that, then a topping of thin, crunchy, chocolate hazelnut ganache. Not too sweet, with a variety of textures to enjoy. We would definitely come back again, but I'd get something other than burger and fries.

The plain croissant was unfortunately a miss for me--but the bacon & egg papillon was OMG delicious... so much so that I ended up buying three. No regrets!!! The Versaille, Tiramisu, and Marionberry cheesecake were all delish and absolutely worth trying. We also tried the beignet rocher, marionberry cheese croissant, everything-but-the-bagel croissant, peach papillon, and the kouign amann apple--so many fun options, and overall a great stop if you love pastries and want variety. Service was a little hit-or-miss. The first time I visited, the server seemed a bit grumpy - especially while I was placing a larger order, but on my return visit, a different server was noticeably friendlier... maybe because my order was a little smaller
