Even worse, they quoted a price of over $4000 to install a new water heater, which I believe is twice what it should cost. I asked that they refund the $79 service charge, but I haven't heard back. The required part was under warranty, so it only cost me less than $300 to have it repaired.

Well it is February 13, 2026 at the time of this review, and my driveway and yard is still destroyed. They failed permits, then (maybe?) corrected the issue, and then missed multiple followup permitting appointments leaving us to apologize to the city official on their behalf. We've tried calling and texting to get in contact with someone from the plumbing department at least 20+ times over the past few months and have gotten no where. "They will call you back today", "They are at lunch", "You are scheduled for them to come a week from today!", "We'll be there Wednesday!", nope all lies. Really disappointing as we are club members and have replaced our windows with them, installed a brand new AC/Heating system, Electrical work, etc. Can't imagine using them going forward with this huge of a disruption to our house. We can't even let the kids play in our backyard because we are afraid they'll mess with boards and fall into the open holes.
