The two smaller companies offered a great price, this one being the better of the two, however, this one also was able to route the the exhaust through the roof instead of through the side wall, which would have included through a bathroom, which made the decision easier. They were able to come out fairly quickly, only delays were because of the snow on the roof, and the install went quickly which included removing a tank water heater and doing piping work for both water and gas. I was really impressed and very thankful for a great job. I did have an issue and the owner ended up coming out right away, even though he was getting ready to go on vacation. He was able to fix the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I will be using them for any future needs.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor…read more I had a new water heater installed during the closing process on my new condo. I've been living here for just under a month, and I've only had hot water for about a day. The unit was not installed properly, causing it to short out and repeatedly trip the breaker. I've had this company come back three separate times to try to fix the issue. I've also hired an electrician to redo the connections, install a new breaker, and verify everything on the electrical side. At this point, I've exhausted every option trying to get this resolved. After contacting the warranty company, their response was: "If it's tripping, then there is something wrong with the heating elements. If there is something wrong with the elements, then it wasn't installed properly." On top of that, the water heater is leaking, and they were unable to fix that issue as well. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else. I would not recommend this company to anyone. At this point, you'd probably have better luck doing the job yourself.

During this experience I…read moresensed he may have been slightly surprised by a female with my knowledge level needless to say part of the job was updating a old hack job of plumbing under our sink. 6 months later I found water in my basement, under my washing machine it was coming out from underneath it, I unplugged it Needless to say today I discovered the pipe connected to the drain of my sink was hanging loose. Water all over the one side of my cabinet, down my walls, pooling into my basement. All the dirty dish water!!! I call, he comes over to fix it, blamed me for storing stuff under my sink, and bumping it ...I was shocked, and he attempted to reattach it without replacing the gasket, that clearly was either..not situated right when he tightened the PVC joint, or he didn't tighten it high enough or tight enough..
