Our 15 year old water heater stopped working, so I messaged Bronco Water Heaters through Yelp at 6:31 pm and they responded at 6:34 pm. I sent a few pictures to them and Andrew called me shortly after to talk through details and gave a quote over the phone. I am shocked at how quickly we have an appointment scheduled to replace my the water heater. Next day!! I can't recommend them enough and Andrew was fantastic to work with. Just for reference I spoke with other companies and they were going to send out a salesperson to give me quotes in a few days, and then likely give me a high pressure sales pitch in person. Andrew laid out my options and gave me no-pressure quotes in minutes. If you were unsure on who to choose for your repair/replacement, you've found the right one. read more

These guys were amazing. Our hot water stopped working and we called - they came that night and installed a new water heater. They did not charge extra and they were extremely quick and thorough. The price was far better than we expected. I highly recommend Bronco Water Heaters - they have a customer for life read more

I recently moved into a new home and was having issues adjusting the hot water temperature on my tank. I contacted Bronco Water Heaters in the evening and they were able to send a technician out the next morning to take a look at the issue. The technician arrived on time and was extremely professional the entire time he was here. I showed him the location of the water heater, explained the issue I was having, and he promptly began looking at the water heater to diagnose the issue. After inspecting the water heater, he explained the cause of the issue and the parts/labor cost to fix the water heater. The cost was reasonable, and I appreciate the technician's ability to fix the issue and not unnecessarily push me towards replacing the entire unit. He had the parts in his vehicle to fix the issue on the spot and finished the repair work timely. Overall, had a great experience with Bronco Water Heaters and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. read more

Andrew was so incredibly nice. He showed real concern for my hot water going out and scheduled an appointment right away, working with my busy work schedule. The pricing is also super reasonable, I was expecting to have to pay way more. 10/10 recommend. They're quick, diligent, and genuine people. read more

I hardly ever write reviews but felt like these guys were deserving of a really good one!! They were super responsive, knowledgeable and upfront about pricing. They replaced our old water heater quickly and it's now working great. Would definitely use them again! read more

The water heater went out at one of my rental units in Littleton so I called around looking for a water heater company that could come out asap to either repair or replace the 6 year old unit that went down. Barry from Bronco Water Heaters showed up early the next morning. He replaced the heating elements and thermostat and repaired a couple pipes. We talked about replacing the old style water heater to tankless water heaters in the future and he said he'd give me a great deal. Fast, professional and fair price! Highly recommend Bronco Water Heaters if you need repair or replacement. read more

Bronco is the best! They were able to answer all of my questions, were very punctual and pleasant to work with. I was worried about how long I could get my warranty for because I didn't want to have to put a lot of money into my water heater down the road. They actually offered me a great 10 year warranty program and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Their installation took only a few hours and they were very cautious to keep everything clean and tidy. Prices are quite fair and they were worth every cent. Would recommend to anyone. read more

When you find a company that actually cares about you it's a breath of fresh air and a sigh of relief. When my hot water heater completely stopped working, I called them in a panic. My week had already been an absolute disaster and this just added to my misery -- but Bronco Water Heaters definitely helped save the day. Although it was a little later that evening when they sent a technician over to check the water heater, it turns out that it only needed a simple reset. And they didn't charge me for this or for coming out to my house. The plumber was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks so much to Bronco Water Heaters and their plumber for their help getting my water heater to work again! read more

All around great experience! From information gathering phone call to phone call follow-up...Bronco is solid. They were very patient with all my questions while I waded through options like: repair vs. replacement, level of repair, type of replacement, etc. Once my decision was made, response & installation was timely, neat and perfectly satisfactory! read more

FANTASTIC! They did a fantastic job getting my water heater repaired. I was blown away by how fast the service was. Not only did they get me in super fast, but they also got the repair done super fast. It's been almost a week, and my water heater has been working great since then. Their payment and scheduling system is super convenient and easy to use too. Would definitely use them again. HIGHLY recommend! read more

Bronco Water Heaters was fantastic. I called at least 10 companies to get a quote for a relatively small water heater repair job. Bronco got back to me promptly, gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and stayed in contact with me continuously until our appointment a few days later. They even called to let me know they were going to be 15 minutes late. When they did show up, they were extremely careful about keeping our carpet clean (even though I told them we were getting them replaced soon.) The repair was done well from what I can tell and they were nice about letting me ask a bunch of questions. They are polite, courteous, responsive and reasonably priced. You really could not ask for more. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. read more

Bronco Water Heaters is IT! I called around and talked to a few other places but I didn't feel super comfortable with those companies. They either seemed too busy or irritated to have to take the time to explain the options we had and what different water heaters that would be available. We weren't expecting to have to buy a completely new water heater, but after being educated about our situation, that seemed like the best decision. They are very detail oriented. I didn't have any questions or any hesitations after I hung up with them, which was so helpful to me. Thanks a ton to Bronco Water Heaters for the whole experience with our water heater, I'm glad I don't have to take cold showers anymore!! We highly recommend them because they were one of the nicest crews around! read more

Called and got right in with an appointment for the next day. I was stoked to find someone who actually specialises in water heaters. Mine stopped working that morning and theres no way i was taking a cold shower. They repaired it within 30 mins. Seemed like an easy swap out swap in type of job. They had a ton of parts and water heaters on their truck so you know they are prepared and good at what they do. Plus the price was right. The plumbers and employees here are all nice and helpful. Five stars and two thumbs up!! read more

These guys were nothing short of great!! I had a lot of questions about my water heater before I moved into my place in Denver. I wanted to make sure that my water heater was working good and there were a few things on the water heater that looked questionable. The technician I talked to was more than willing to help out. He even let me send him some photos so he could look over everything for me and didn't have to charge me for him just coming over. After he looked at my photos he called me back really quickly and said that the things I was concerned about weren't alarming. They were normal. He put my worries to rest and even let me know I have a great brand in my new place. Which obviously was great to hear! They didn't charge me a dime but really helped me out!! It's hard to find businesses that will still do this type of selfless things now a days!!! They are seriously the best!! FIVE STARS HANDS DOWN read more

Some of the best service I've ever had. They were always in touch with me and repaired our water heater super fast. It maybe took 10 minutes. Great prices too read more

Good experience with these guys. My plumber was really pleasant and enjoyable to be around. Any questions I had he was able to answer without skipping a beat. As tough as it is to spend money on this kind of repair, these guys make it easy. Worth a call if you're in need. read more

Very trustworthy practice here. Bronco Water Waters gave me options and didn't pressure me into buying a new water heater for an outrageous price-they actually repaired mine. I payed a fraction of the cost in comparison to what the competitors quotes were. 5 stars for great customer service, fixing my water heater and saving me money. read more

I highly recommend Bronco Water Heaters. We had to get our hot water heater replaced and all the other company's we called were days away from helping us. Bronco Water Heaters was prompt and professional. Barry showed up at the time we were promised and was a real pro. I know who we will call in the future for all water heater issuers! 5 stars, A+ service, I cannot recommend Bronco Water Heaters enough! read more

These guys are good technicians and they know what they are doing. When I called, they got me in for an appointment even though it was the weekend. Not only was it easy to schedule out an appointment, but they made sure to be in and out of my place quickly. My water heater works again finally. The only downfall is they are a little more expensive than other pluming places, but I would rather have an expert in the area do the work and pay a little more. read more

Amazing company! They replaced a hot water heater only a day after calling them. Not only did they schedule us in quick, but they came out at a time that was convenient for me. If you use them you won't be disappointed, they do great work. read more

My hot water went out, smack in the middle of winter ‍ I felt like I was only taking a showers just to stay warm. I figured a repair would take weeks, and tried to think of who I could stay with in the meantime, but they fixed my hot water heater the same day I called in! My plumber was Scott and told me all I needed was my pilot light swapped out. I got an appointment, a price, and all the info I need via text. And, by a pure miracle, the price was way less than I was (worriedly) budgeting for. Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone read more

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Andrew was a super star when we needed our hot water heater replaced. I explained that we really needed it replaced that day, as we had out of town company coming to stay with us that night. Because it was a Saturday, he said it would be hard to get their supply house open, but he would try anyways for me. He ended up making a special trip and talked them in to letting him in just for us so he could get the water heater and then do the installation that day. I assumed he would charge us an arm and a leg for same day service, but the pricing was also very reasonable!! I can't rave enough about how above and beyond Bronco Water Heaters went for us!! Five stars hands down!! read more

I'm not one for reviews, but these guys really out did themselves. Not only did they help repair my hot water heater, but they also helped me with my garbage disposal. During our small talk while their plummer was working, I had mentioned that my garbage disposal had quit working. He said typically he doesn't do that type of work anymore, but would look at it and see if he could help me get it fixed quickly. After he turned on my hot water, he looked at my disposal. Sure enough, he fixed it no problem. He did that part for free since it didn't take any parts or much time at all. Can't say thanks enough to this great company! They actually are about their customers! read more

despite having a really bad day and not having hot water (cold showers are the worst!) these guys helped turn it around. after trying to get someone to my house to fix my water heater I finally found them. it was hard finding people to work on my heater because it's so old but they were willing to do it. I just had to take the risk of it potentially not working but decided to go for it anyways. not only were they able to get my hot water back on and repaired for me but they also checked some other plumbing around the house! thankfully, everything else looked good. I will say they were one of the only places that could get back to me quickly and also have competitive prices! in summary, the staff is the best. the prices are great. would definitely recommend them! read more

These guys are well trained and knowledgeable!! We highly recommend them. We are new homeowners and didn't realize our water heater was having problems. It just took two cold showers for me to decide to call someone. Being a new homeowner can be stressful. We didn't expect the inevitable household expense, such as a water heater problems, to happen so quickly after purchasing our home. We were extremely nervous about costs. I explained my situation and frustration to the women at Bronco Water Heaters. She heard me out with compassion and made sure to put "urgent" on my message and to have a plumber contact me ASAP. The plumber called right away and offered to come at the end of his work day. He came over and fixed a part and charged me a surprisingly small/reasonable charge. I'm so glad I found them and was impressed with the way they handle business. read more

Bronco is top notch! They really know what they are doing when it comes to water heaters. I got a brand new 40 gallon gas water heater from them, and both the service and quality they provided went well beyond my expectations. It's been such a relief, after some disappointing experiences I've had with other companies in the past. You'll be pleased you called them over anyone else for a repair or new water heater. I sure was! read more
