We did the 3-course menu, but our boss added all the starters for each of us. We each ended up with a 7-course lunch. The raw oysters were incredibly fresh, so we ended up getting 3 half dozens.
We planned it so every menu item was ordered in duplicates, so everyone had a tasting of all the dishes. The food presentation was edible art, each plated with precision and attention to detail. It was beautiful, delicious, and very memorable.

The restaurant is located inside an art museum with an amazing view of the Harbor Bridge and the Opera House. I should say that most of the time, there's a perfect view of these iconic landmarks. Unfortunately, during our visit, the Opera House was blocked by a massive cruise ship.
This was quite an epic dining experience and was the highlight of my trip. Five solid stars for the creative dishes curated by Chef James, the top-notched service from all the restaurant staff, and the beautiful ambiance. The decor was chic and modern, very tastefully decorated.
I was beyond impressed. What really left an impression on me was my dessert of chocolate, caramel, and porcini (it's the photo that looked like dirt with some white flowers and twigs).
