I rented a 30 ' dumpster and upfront told them I would need it picked up the same day as it was at a storage facility and would be in the way of others at the facility. They said no problem just call at the time you are done and we will pick up. Never did they tell me that it would take 24 - 48 hours before it was done. I called to have it picked up in plenty of time for it to be done the same day. The now tell me it will take 24 - 48 hours ; that is their procedure. Had they told me that in the beginning I would have used different service. More than 24 hours later I called again and was treated very rudely and hung up on when I asked to speak to the supervisor or owner. Then when I called back she refused my call. Please beware this company is very unprofessional and not reliable. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. Please beware and find a different source. read more

Worst company in history. The sales guys on phone make false promises to make a sale, don't follow instructions, overcharge your account and will leave an eyesore on your property for a week past time. Please go with any other company because you will regret their unprofessionalism, cracked driveway, and they do not answer phone calls. read more

Ordered a dumpster for Friday delivery on Wednesday. Took money out of account immediately. Did not received dumpster til the following Wednesday. Every time I called I was told it was on the way. Delay of 5 days on the job. Had ordered special equipment for this job and customer had debris sitting for days. Would not recommend this company to my enemy. Cost us time and money. Charges are outrageous for miscellaneous items. People never returned phone calls, I would ask for management and still get nowhere. These people are a joke. DO NOT USE!!!!!! read more

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have ever used. Ordered a dumpster on Monday needed it by Wednesday morning. Get to the jobsite on Wednesday and no dumpster. Call customer service and they say there's a problem with the driver but a different driver is on his way as we spoke. Around lunch time still no dumpster,I call them back and they say be patient it's on the way and they will keep me updated. Wednesday afternoon still no dumpster and no updates so I call them again, Thursday morning for sure it will be there, get to the jobsite Thursday morning and no dumpster(how shocking) I call them yes once again and they say it's 2 hrs away but coming! 2hrs later my upset and angry homeowner calls and they tell her that they cancelled my order??? Not once did this company EVER return any of my calls nor did they keep me updated on any changes or the fact that they cancelled my order. So I call again to find out why and 2 yes 2 operators decided they wanted to tell and scream at me and them hang up in my face when I requested a refund. This company took nearly $500.00 from my bank account for services that they didn't provide. I guess they were expecting me to be to stupid to know that I was being scammed. So until my money is refunded in full I will state that at this moment this company has stolen from me and falsely advertised services they don't provide. Please think twice before choosing Waste Solutions 123! They don't deserve my 1 star rating but I had to so I could write this review. read more

Wish i would have read reviews. Well this is a first for me. I have tried since 8am to get help from someone at Waste Solutions 123. This has to be the worst experience i have ever had with a company. I am normally the guy who calls and states how a company did a great job. Companies do not get many of those calls. Bare with me. I ordered a container from Justin Turner and he assured me that my container would not be delivered no later than Wednesday December 19, 2018. I received a call from my onsite superintendent the that the dumpster has not yet arrived. I call WS123 and spoke to a representative that stated that the container is not scheduled for delivery until December 20, 2918 and that due to the weather it may not be delivered until 12/21/2018. I stated that can not happen i will not have employees onsite after today. I then spoke to an April who said she can not help me put she let the manager know of my issue. She said she would email me a confirmation stating that the container would me delivered today. I have yet to receive that email. I called back and ask to speak with Justin Turner he answered and put me on hold for 30 plus mins and the lovely Sara Turner was on the phone. No relation per Sara. She was no help. She could not answer any of my questions and she could not transfer me to anyone. She advised me that at 10 am eastern time her manager's computer was not up and running. Maybe time to look for a new manager for 2019. I called back and spoke to Justin Turner he said he would contact me to dispatch. Shocker no one answered and voicemail was full. So since 8am i have been trying to get someone to help me from this company. All i need is the number to the dispatch of the driver so i can speak to him. Sorry for the rant. The service is terrible. I had to put at least one star to post. They do not deserve that one star. read more

In August 2018 we needed a dumpster to empty out my father-in-laws house since he had passed away. Looked up a dumpster company in Kalispell, MT. It was a local phone number and address however later we discovered the local phone number goes to a toll free number in New York. We decided on a dumpster size and charge. Later they called and said they did not have that size but would supply a larger one at no additional charge. They delivered it, we filled it and called them within the timeframe to have it picked up. They said it would be 24 - 48 hours. They did not show up. Called again and was told that the person we had talked to had not put the pick up request in the system and that it would be picked up in 24-48 hours. We told them that we would not pay any additional charges since they had made the mistake (in the fine print they note that there would be charges for time beyond 7 days). After 24 hours and no pickup we called to make sure we were on schedule to the next day. No one answered the phone after 25 minutes so a message was left. Never received a return call. The next morning called again. Someone said the order was placed but couldn't confirm when the pick up would be (that's because they don't actually pick it up). During all this confusion we decided they must not be a local company but rather a broker company. I called around and was able to locate the local company who stated they had received the order to pick up but it was missing a PO # and until they received that it could not be picked up. The local company attempted to get the PO but to no avail. We relayed this info to Waste Solutions and they claimed it had been sent. We told them to send it again which they did but only because we had both parties on the phone at the same time. Eventually after a week from our initial call the dumpster was picked up. Almost a month after the pickup, another charge shows up on our credit card. Called Waste for an explanation and was told that we were slightly over the allotted tonnage and that was what the second charge was for. Apparently even though we had the larger dumpster we were still only allowed 2 tons of debris Nothing was ever mentioned about a weight limit regardless of what size the dumpster was, apparently this is also in the fine print. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Their toll free # description of the company, their service and employees sounds like they do things right and on time and everybody loves them. They are a joke. They coordinate services (and not very well) with local companies and make promises that they cannot deliver. Their fine print fees could really add up. Go elsewhere. Make sure you really are using a local company so if you need to you can drive there to work out any issues. read more

DO NOT do business with this company, WasteSolutions123! If I could leave zero stars for this review, I would. We told them we need a POD. They explained they will pickup and deliver the container to the new address after we're done loading it. We gave them our credit card and they took our $580 for a month. I questioned project manager Eric Wagner when I received the contract, why it is described as a dumpster? He said not to worry, it is a storage container. I asked if they will in fact pickup and deliver the container to new address, he said yes. The driver also said the same thing. Oh and they delivered it a day late, so our helpers were sent home. Come time to call and have them pick up and deliver to new address, Eric claims he never said any of this, and they will not deliver the container to the new address. Now we have to rent a U-Haul to unload our things so they can come take this container off our hands. We told them what we wanted from the get-go, not a container to just chill in front of our house. Two weeks after we told them we're done with it, it's still sitting in front of our house. Nothing about this company is as easy as 123, as their slogan claims! Nothing but a headache and empty promises. Deal with your local PODS company directly. read more

I ordered a dumpster from waste solutions 123 and was told a price that I was OK with and that I could get the dumpster the next week. I was then charged 200 over the price i was told and had to call them to ask them about it, they added on an extra week for the inconvience of it. I had called and asked for a 20 yd and they said that I should just do the 10 yd and call and get a dump and return since I have the extra week and the 10 yd would fit better in my drive way. I said ok. Then the dumpster did not show up on the day it was supposed to. I called them and they said it would be there the next day by 10AM. No apology or anything. It got there around 4:30 pm the next day. My husband had then missed 2 whole days of work because they said someone had to be home. we then called for the dump and return like we were told to and they charged us the price of the dumpster again without telling me. I called and asked them about it and told them what happened and they said it sounded like I made it all up and they would never say that. Myself and my husband both called numerous times to get our money back from the 2nd time they took it out and they hung up on us multiple times and ignored our messages. I also sent 3 emails to get an answer and never heard anything back. AWFUL customer service and AWFUL people to deal with. I should have known when they charged me $200 more that it was going to be a mess. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Not happy at all with my service or with the way I was treated. read more
