Would not recommend. Left house a mess after estate sale. Estate sale was a waste of time. Total failure they over priced items which didn't sell then quoted me double what 2 other companies quoted to remove all furniture/items left. They put dinning room chairs outside & left them out in the elements. They leaned a Huge (approximately 5 ft x 3ft ) very heavy mirror against a large window crushing the blinds. Obviously they lack judgement & common sense. They forced a mirrored bifold closet door closed...which will no longer open without risking breaking the mirror...would not recommend & will let the person who refered them to me see the video of house before they came in & after they left...

Then she left. Picked them up 2hrs later. Paid $160. Gave them a tip. Well, I guess I should have inspected the job but when they were picked up by the supervisor she had them out the door real fast. I asked to have my kitchen floor steamed cleaned. Supervisor said they used sponges instead. Really? I asked them to clean my ceiling fan and somehow the light bulb was removed and sitting on my table. I had to replace it. They were told to wipe down the outside of fridge but not to touch the inside. When I opened the fridge door, they left a filthy rag in there. Yes, they come with old dirty rags. I was so grossed out. The worst part-they broke my faucet and didn't tell me. They left the broken pc by my soap dish. Mike said he'd come fix it. He didn't. Now I have to replace the faucet and pay a plumber to it. The cleaning solution they used was fabuloso. The stuff stinks. They even wiped out my glass pitcher with it. Who does that? I put it right into the dishwasher. Never ever again will these people enter my house in the future. NEVER!!

I moved into his one bedroom coop recently and was having trouble adjusting. It's hard to trust someone to come and clean up your life, but after meeting Jake and his wife one time, I eagerly handed over the key. Today they came while we were at work and oh my goodness, talk about an overhaul!! This apartment is dust free and cleaner than I have ever seen it. I literally walked in about 10 minutes ago and had to post this review immediately. The bathroom is spotless and smells so clean. The bedroom is also extremely clean. They even changed linens! Don't get me started on the kitchen... they are miracle workers!! Jake texted me to confirm he had arrived and texted me when he left. He even followed up with me later. Truly the best cleaning experience I have had. I look forward to a very long and mutually beneficial relationship. I heard they do commercial cleaning and painting too! Well enough reviewing, call Jake before he books up and tell him Jen s sent you. Ok I have to update this review, a billion stars! I have been using this company for a few years now and they do not cease to amaze. I had an emergency c section, so I went to a regular check appointment and boom straight to the hospital. My home was a mess. How could I bring my baby home that way? I texted Jake and his wife and they were able to come in and clean before we got home. My parents and my husband were amazed!! They cleaned and organized. This was such a relief. I leave my valuables out, I trust them completely and they always do a superior job. I highly recommend them. I suggest calling immediately as they do book up. One of the best decisions I've ever made!
