THE WORST. Terrible experience...Great with following up UNTIL they get your business...Waited all day for a call back after making a complaints... when I didn't get a call back by late afternoon I called them again and my calls were sent to the answering machine... Would not recommend. Left house a mess after estate sale. Estate sale was a waste of time. Total failure they over priced items which didn't sell then quoted me double what 2 other companies quoted to remove all furniture/items left. They put dinning room chairs outside & left them out in the elements. They leaned a Huge (approximately 5 ft x 3ft ) very heavy mirror against a large window crushing the blinds. Obviously they lack judgement & common sense. They forced a mirrored bifold closet door closed...which will no longer open without risking breaking the mirror...would not recommend & will let the person who refered them to me see the video of house before they came in & after they left... read more

Can't speak to their service but can to their business model for estimations. How can they accurately assess the amount of items by looking at pictures of a home which has been de-cluttered and staged for sale? Thought it was weird for her to pull up realtor's photos. The pics showed the Main living areas, NOT the basement, attic, garage or shed which are filled with all kinds of items. First question from " Cathy"...do you think you have 5000 items? This was truly a unique experience! I have moved many times in my 70+ years, from the NE to the SW and back to the NE & then to the South. I have never experienced such a move as this. These "guys" are really good! Our move was very complicated. This caused us to be even more stressed than usual. It involved several stops, picking up stuff at our place in Nassau, delivering some items out east, then delivering to our place in Florida, and then a few items to another address near us in FL. AND, it also involved a Cleanout! From the very beginning, everything went smoothly. The packer (Simone) was wonderful - not only did she pack quickly, and properly, but she was so personable that it almost felt like a friend was helping us pack. Then moving day came, and the 4 guys were in & out in less time than expected, and made the trip out east to deliver some furniture. They were polite & efficient at all times. A week later, there they were, at our Florida home. After they left us, off to another address with the rest of our stuff. Unfortunately, while there, the elderly woman greeting them was having some medical issues. She called her daughter & praised the movers for their patience. (What the moving guys did not know was this woman's medical issue was that she was having a mild heart attack). Last thing - the move came in UNDER the estimate. Robert came to my huge house, gave me a price, and said "you dont have to worry about a thing, I will take care of everything for you" I hired him on the spot, and boy am I happy I did. He is reachable all the time, his men showed up, cleaned out my house, swept, vacuumed, cleaned OMG I didnt recognize the place, it was gorgeous and EASILY passed inspection. My buyers were thrilled as well. Months later I had to contact him for some forms, as is his usual practice, he was easily reachable and immediately sent me what I needed. For a full cleanout this is the ONLY company to contact. BTW he stood by his quote, IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL THING. read more

BE VERY CREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY SLEZZY. This past Thursday on 3/26/20 I was sitting in my pick up truck in Manhattan. One of their moving man left a piece of furniture and a metal shelf on a dolly on the sidewalk and moved away. The dolly with the furniture rolled over to my truck and damaged the door. I talked to the Workman who left the furniture on the dolly and asked for his name. He refused to give me his name and gave me a number of his company. I called and talked to someone who told me to take pictures and send to her. The next day when I called to ask for an email address she told me that the company will not honor the claim because I did not call the police. I told her that I couldn't wait there for two hours for them-to respond and I was out on my lunch break and in addition with the situation in the city with the Coronavirus and so many police officers out sick it was ridiculous to call them for such an accident. She told me that she will have a supervisor call but never heard from them. read more

Contacted Ray the night before I needed to move an entire house the next day, which was the 1st of the month. They squeezed us in, had 2 guys show up first thing in the morning to finish my packing, wrap ALL my furniture, then 3 more guys showed up with another truck to wrap up my move. They worked all day and night, literally, not done until 2 am, then came back the next day to finish unwrapping my furniture and move things to were I wanted them. I can't say enough good things about Relocators! I would recommend to anyone and if I ever have to move again they will be my first call. read more

I can't rave enough about this company. I am totally satisfied with their service. They were contracted to empty the contents of my parents home to prepare for a sale; the home consisted of a first floor, second floor, basement, garage and yard- totally packed. My parents lived in this home for over 60 years and were collectors- garage sale affectionados. Arriving on time as arranged all of the workers were pleasant and introduced themselves by first name- there were 7 - 8 workers. They worked for 8 hours. They were not only efficient, but very careful moving items out of the house. When they finished clearing out of the house they vacuumed and swept the floors. I am ready to list the house for sale. The price was fair and competitive- well worth the money. read more
