Awful con artists. Their tag line should be "Let's play tag sale so we can rip you off, take…read moreadvantage of you, and steal all your valuables." If I could give them a negative number, I would. Stay far away. I still have nightmares from what went on. You cannot be present for the sale, all cameras have to be off, and the wifi has to be disconnected. All part of the con. They load up their big van with all the valuables on tables up front. Or they give their friend Marsha free stuff so she can continue to refer them. You cannot return until the sale is over (I returned before the end). The money is all neatly counted out already (predone for sure). Vinny's line is "we had a bad day, and all the crazies were out". Vinny and Anna of Let's Play Tag Sales are a charming couple, each with a heart of gold. Their…read moreprofessional philosophy has much to do with the energy of one's items-- giving them new life, with new owners...extending their legacy. It's a beautiful thing and Vinny and Anna have personalities that balance their ethos wonderfully, with Anna being stirred by the creative, and Vinny being strategic yet sentimental...and always with great stamina. As the pair go through items, they are careful to go on an adventure in knowing their client, especially during often sensitive times of loss, closing a family home, etc. Their genius is never judging the potential shoppers; everyone has unique interests. Therefore, they don't overly stage items such as jewelry, artwork, clothing, collectibles and curios, they allow shoppers to enjoy the adventure, too. Yet, Vinny and Anna are meticulous in security efforts, making sure the client receives the best value for items, and their clean-up is conscientious. I will never forget my transformational experience with Vinny and Anna, individually and collectively. I recommend them highly...life is much lighter because of Let's Play Tag Sales, where moving forward is exhilarating in knowing that others are now enjoying cherished family items. Personally, on a final note, I donated my monetary proceeds from the sale event to my foundation (the America to Africa Higher Education Foundation), on behalf of my late father, and so specially curated by Let's Play Tag Sales. --Robert-Allan Arno

They strike a very nice balance between setting prices that will ensure items sell without giving them away. They also are easy to negotiate with if you take the right tact. I also appreciate the organization of their sales. Items are thoughtfully arranged, prices are clearly labeled, and it's evident that the team takes great care to prep the homes. They have a consistent system with their lists on the morning of the first day and move people in fairly quickly. What truly sets this company apart though, is their outstanding staff. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly pleasant to interact with. They are always ready to assist, offering insights into the history and value of items. Their warmth and professionalism make every visit enjoyable. I especially enjoy speaking with the gentleman who usually oversees the tools. Five Stars!

My estate sale with Pink Lady Liquidation, LLC and Sarah Oliveri was one of the worst customer…read moreexperiences of my life. Sarah was difficult to communicate with (often did not return calls, texts or emails) and when she was at my home the day of sale preparation, she was rude and impatient. She raised her voice with me more than once and it was all I could do not to ask her to leave and not return. She took jewelry and watches with her that day without telling me and of course I had to consider the worst-case scenario, which was that one of the several crew members there that day may have taken them. I texted her to ask about this later that evening when I realized they were gone, and later the next morning she let me know they had them to research further and metal test. No apology for causing me concern, or acknowledgement that perhaps one should not do that without notifying the home owner. She neglected to mention additional parking near-by in a small business lot in the sale listing, despite my telling her that the owner had granted permission for use during the sale (my street is short with little parking available). A few days after the sale ended (low turnout and poor sales) I received a bill via email showing that I owed her over $600 as the minimum threshold of $2000 for sales had not been met. No personal note with that, text or phone call. Lots of lovely items gone as if they were given away; $2000 is a low threshold for vintage, antique, collectible items, suitcases, bedding, table linens and cookware along with some jewelry, several nice resin watches and some furniture. The only bright spot was that the two crew members who were there during the two days of the sale, Stacey and Casey, were sweet, kind and communicative. I was able to sell many of the leftover items online and more than made up for the financial loss caused by this estate sale, so that was a big help. I have read many positive reviews for Pink Lady and it's as if people are talking about services and an owner that I did not utilize. Reminded me eerily of the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and you can deduce which one I got! Someone mentioned that Sarah was having health issues, and if true I would not wish that for anyone. But regardless of what was going on in her personal life, there is no excuse for the unprofessional behavior and conduct I encountered. I encourage others to exercise their due diligence and explore other and better options that are out there.

A Better Choice estate liquidators handled our matter with efficiency, empathy, and a fair price…read more Their expertise brought us our highest offer, because they discerned value their competitors just could not recognize. The expertise of A Better Choice was unmatched by any other firm that viewed my mother's antiques. One of the owners, Frank Christopher, identified a famous but unsigned 19th century portraitist; identified unsigned Roseville pottery; and spotted the signature on a Mon Levinson piece. Their purchase offer to us almost tripled the next-lowest offer. Their competitor then offered to match this price, but we stayed with A Better Choice. I reached out to 21 estate liquidators, auction houses, and antique dealers, in dealing with my deceased mother's over-stuffed apartment. Seven came to view the contents, and only three offered a guaranteed price to clear out everything. Genevieve Celentano, the second partner, oversaw the actual move-out. She was pure kindness and order, in an emotionally difficult situation for me. And A Better Choice cleared out everything, including the under-sink cabinets. And cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend A Better Choice more highly. This field does not garner a lot of social media reviews. It is an odd field - the liquidators frequently do not offer written contracts. But one can engage A Better Choice with complete confidence in their fair-dealing.

Their offer was absolutely fair and was made very promptly after their visit. Their clean-out/load-out was accomplished unbelievably rapidly (just three hours, and there was a LOT of stuff to be packed up and moved, plus a number of furniture pieces) with zero hitches. Given how stressful such an experience can potentially be, I was extremely impressed at how smoothly they made it go. I would work with them again without hesitation (and I evaluated several vendors before choosing them).
