The billing manager claimed our driveway was blocked. We dispute that; we checked our cameras and it was accessible when pickup was expected. Nobody called about an access problem. When I questioned the soaked contents, his response was, "Dumpsters drain." I wasn't expecting a full overage refund. I expected a professional conversation and acknowledgment of their mistakes.
