We got what we were hoping for. Scott, the painter, was terrific - responsive, professional, and did a great job. And we've begun to turn to NYCityStuff for additional services as we need them. Happy to recommend these guys. I prefer to call them than trust someone off craigslist.

Warning Do not use this company Brother Fix, If you think your job will be done less than 3 hours…read more you should consider other handyman companies. They charge you minimum 3 hour service call including 4% service fees, which is around $540!! No one explain or warn you this before signing the contract. They just said the work would take approx. 3 hours so I have to sign the contract to reserve my spot. In my experience, two men came and done the work within 40mins (did not care about all the boxes and trashes) and left. And the handy man never asked me whether I wanted them to wear a mask during the shift or not. Also Smell badly of cigarettes. They took great care to ensure everything was fine before leaving.  When I needed to install a new microwave this week, I looked up their email address and asked for their help again, given the fact that I had a really good experience last time. I live in a NYC building where the management agent is quite particular about paperwork and insurance. Saltykov got all the essential documentation, including thorough COIs. My agent quickly authorized it. When the technician, Stan, arrived, he remembered me. He installed my shower door in 2021. He was extremely skilled and knowledgeable about his trade. He completed the microwave installation promptly. I am really grateful to Stan and Saltykov. I certainly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.
