Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

I originally only wanted the interior done, because I had just bought the car off a rinky dink lot and the car was filthy. That was supposed to be $189. When Danny came, he told me I should get the whole thing and he would make sure to do a great job. I trusted that and ended up paying over $300 By and large, the car was cleaned. Apparently there was pet hair all over and some stains and trash in the trunk from the previous owner. Danny took that out, so that's all great. However, given this was a DETAILING...it was noticeable that many areas were not cleaned, such as: the cracks and crevices around the gear stick, the compartment under the arm rest, the cup holders in the back seat, the roof of the car, the seatbelts, the carpet, the metal under the driver and passenger seat, the door frames, and the mirrors. The gunk is still there. Not even touched. In addition, there was supposed to be a clay bar treatment. Most of the car I could tell that a clay bar was used. But again....details. Behind the side mirrors and above the doors had residue still. Now, if this was some person I pulled off the street, then I would not trip. But this was a $340 job. This should not have been rushed to be completed in 1 hr and 20 minutes. Most detailing takes between 2-4 hrs. Either I get a partial refund or you guys come back and finish the job.
