SCAM ALERT Paid these guys to deliver a container for a construction job. 3 months later almost to the date.. I get a call from another company, local to me. turns out 123 did NOT provide the container, they contracted another company and did not pay for the service, so here i am, forced to pay for the service twice to avoid a contractors lean being placed on my property. DO NOT GIVE THESE THIVES ANY MONEY EVER. they WILL provide the service and eventually the contractor providing the service will put a lean on your property. RUN don't walk. read more

This company is a scam, they will bill you extra on you credit card without notice. i had a 30 yard dumpster. the website shows for 3 tons, but the invoice states only for 2 tons. they want to charge extra $140 for the third ton. My dumpster was scheduled to pick you on Monday, they waited for snow day, Wednesday to pick up the dumpster, and charged $250 for snow plow. three weeks rental dumpster, they took $1257 from my credit card. scamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscam read more

I ordered a dumpster to clean out my house after a hurricane damaged it, and i needed to clear out wet drywall and insulation. I called on Monday, they said the dumpster would be delivered on Thursday or Friday. No dumpster on Friday, they said some issue caused a delay, and it would be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday. No dumpster. Now they say there was a billing mistake and i would owe an additional $100 dollars and i have to wait for the next available dumpster so middle of week 3. I asked what my options were, I was told I didn't have any. I canceled it and I am still waiting on the refund. so now it's been 2 full weeks and everything in my house is screwed. read more

Absolutely a horrible decision to deal with this company! We schedule a dumpster to be dropped off on a certain day they guaranteed no problem. We had help show up that day and no dumpster! Called company and they said had a scheduling conflict and would call me back. Ofcourse no call back. We called the company back and the lady said would forward my call to the driver that never happened as I was hung up on. I tried calling back and nobody would answer the phone. Obviously they had caller ID so we called back on a different phone and ofcourse they answered. I let know im cancelling the dumpster as they didnt deliver on there service. The lady said ok will credit account ( we will see) because after she said that I was hung up on!! If I could I would give minus stars as a rating!! Very affordable, they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, dumpsters were delivered on time, will definitely use again

Awful! First it started where they signed me up for a 10 yard and after I got it all set up for my people to come do my roof. They then call and say I dont have a ten yard your either going to have to get a 20 yard for more money or wait till Monday. I then take the 20 yard. Then the next day I call to see where they are and they say they already stopped there and called me. I NEVER got a call. They said someone else answered my phone saying I wasn't available. My phone was with me at all times and not once did they call. I had no miss calls nothing. They said I now can't get it till Tuesday. I then say I wanna cancel and get a refund. They then say I will be charged 250 for canceling because they called. read more

Totally unorganized and unprofessional if I could give zero Stars I would I rented a dumpster from them and they totally ripped me off I called them on the 17th of March to have the dumpster removed and they told me it would be removed in 48 hours but they show up 10 days later without even calling ready to pick up the dumpster then saying they can't pick it up because it's blocked nobody notified me nobody called me to tell me there was a problem and on top of that they want to add more surcharges do not ever use this company for any Services it was a total nightmare from beginning to end there are a lot better companies out there with better pricing that won't try to rip you off like these people read more

MAJOR SCAM ALERT - Buyer Beware Do yourself a favor and find another company to work with. This company is no good. SAL was an amazing sales guy full of helpful info but the minute they got my money the bad service started. After receiving a text to confirm my delivery the dumpster was still a full day late, costing me over $2500 in labor costs for contractors sitting around all day. Next there was a mix up in communication for pick up. When trying to reach this office not only did it take 3 attempts but finally when i got through the woman on the line was nasty, rude and full of every kind of attitude you'd never want representing your business. Not only were these guys unprofessional but they were costly and unsympathetic to the truth. I'd give these guys a 0 if it were possible... read more

Very desapointed at them, made a reservation for their service yesterday and promise the container to be there between 9 and 11; scheduled 3 workers to be there by 9 to do the job and it's almost 3 and no container, workers left already but still have to pay their time. I keep calling the company and I get no response. And of course they don't even offer a discount for "running late"!!!!! read more

Worst disposal company I've ever worked with. This company is rude and unprofessional. I would wait days for a 40 yard to be removed from my site. All along waste solutions telling me it will be any minute the driver will be on my site. I had guys waiting. This company never made any attempts to make this right. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. The owner also could care less about my needs as a customer. So do NOT use this company!!!!!!!! read more

Terrible business ethics. Don't waste your time unless its your only option.

Promised a 22×8×4 dumpster.... but, recived a 11x8x8 that was unfit for my project. Because both dumpsters were 20 cubic feet they refused to replace with the dumpster needed nor redund my money.... they wanted to keep 250$ for dropping the wrong dumpster off. read more

Horrible company to deal with. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for dumpster rental needs. They charged me $488 for a 10 yard dumpster. Then they subcontracted it to some other company, who handed me an invoice for $277. So they marked up the price by over $200. I called twice and asked to speak to someone about that, and no one ever returned my call. They did not deliver the dumpster that was advertised on the site, and the one they did deliver did not fit in my driveway, so it had to go on the street, violating my HOA rules. They failed to pass on the instruction I left on how to get into the gate for my community, resulting in the driver calling me when he couldn't get in. They didn't pick up the dumpster on the day that was arranged when I rented it. Had to call two days later and ask to speak to a manager before they finally got someone out to pick it up. Basically, they screwed up in every possible way, couldn't care less about it, and were horribly overpriced. read more

Horrible company! Our home on North Topsail Beach was damaged severely by Hurricane Florence and we've have to remove a significant amount of damaged contents, drywall and flooring. I contacted Sean at WS 123 and was quoted $385 for a 10 yard dumpster. I gave Sean my credit card information and setup a deliver date for the dumpster. An hour later Sean called me back and said he could not rent the dumpster to me at the quoted price any more. He said the WS 123 would now require $780 for that same size dumpster. When I asked why the price went up, Sean said that if was due to the high demand for dumpster now in the area due to the hurricane. He said they raised their prices to take advantage of the situation. Can you believe that? He actually came out and said this. I cancelled my dumpster order immediately. DO NOT rent a dumpster from Waste Solutions 123. read more

I work in logistics for a multi million dollar company scheduling hundreds of receivables and out going merchandise, how hard is it to tell a person to deliver a dumpster. You know" ... call the participating dumpster company in my area" ...really? Had to call 4 times ! twice to ask why it wasn't delivered. And twice to pick it up" Unacceptable ...makes me wonder what would have happened if I never called. The driver/company that came to pick up never called, after being 2 days late! Never ! read more

Hate to give them 1 star. Would never recommend this company for a roll-off. My boyfriend ordered a roll-off from them and was told it would be delivered between 9:00 am and noon. He was paying 3 workers to help clear debris from a yard, remove bushes, etc. Each time he called to find out when the roll-off would arrive, he was told it was 15 minutes away and would be there shortly. He called 7 times and got the same story. The roll-off arrived finally at 5:15 pm. The driver told him that the trucks have GPS and so the office knew each time that he was not 15 minutes away. In other words, he was being lied to. He had already contacted another roll-off company to supply him with what he needed by the time the truck showed up. Additionally, he had to pay all the workers for more time than he expected. Needless to say, they still charged him for the full amount $450.00. When he called to complain and ask to have the amount refunded, they told him they never promise a time for delivery of a roll-off and because he turned it away he had to pay anyway. They finally refunded him $155.00. Big deal after all the frustrating phone calls, lies by the dispatcher, increased expense to pay the workers, etc. NEVER, use this company!!! read more

They were always nice over the phone, but told me a 10 yard roll off dumpster wasn't available in my area, so I had to get a 20 yard & they charged me $ 100.00 more. Also, charged me a processing fee of $ 23.80 that was never mentioned when I placed my order. Called last Tues. (5/9) at 8 a.m. central time zone to have the dumpster picked up. Today is Wed. (5/17) the following week & it's STILL sitting in my yard. I'm moving & it needs to be picked up ASAP! Called them last Fri. (5/12) & they claim they put a rush on it. Don't think so. read more

Was looking for a concrete dumpster, and they quoted a price of $495. I had to talk to my spouseand called back the following week to order. 2 days after I order I've received no confirmation of it, so I contact them and am told there was a problem with my order, the price went up. The new price? $850! Almost doubled in a week?! Way too much, luckily I stumbled across a local family owned company and got the same size dumpster for $400. Much better deal. Go local! read more

HORRIBLE ETHICS, COMPANY. All services from my were finished and a month later gets we get a letter in the mail saying they are refuting the payment. I was misled that they were the company actually binging the dumpster but instead they charged $200 over the price agreed upon and as a facilitator, they never said they were a 3rd party so I called for a pick up and about the damaged dumpster to no avail. They take your money and no service after that. I called to complain and billing dept. called me an idiot for not knowing how much dumpsters cost and hung up on me. They say 5 star service when you call in but really it's a rip off ring. Be very aware of this shady business practice. read more

This is not a very good company to deal with. Their representatives are not honest and things constantly change. After the rental, they seem to have come up with all kinds of crazy charges. Fortunately, they tried to charge more than was allowed on my card at the time prompting me to call and find out what they attempted to do. When I called their hand on it, the representative now says its billing and billing says they are just doing what they are told and that is to get more money. What a scam of a company. Definitely will NOT get a dumpster from these guys again. Be warned, stay away!!! Find another company!! read more

I was supposed to get a dumpster today and got the runaround and no dumpster. Is this a scam? It's already paid for.

If I could give a zero that still won't be low enough for this company. If you are a contractor don't expect to get paid for your services. If you try to speak with someone you get the run around and finally just hung up on. Save yourself the headache and lost of income. For homeowners you don't need to go through a 3rd party service. There are many reputable independent dumpster contractors. Call your local landfill and they can provide you with names. read more

RUDE AND EXPENSIVE- Called in to rent a dumpster and spoke to a sales Rep The price was nearly double the local rate, which I explained and ask what else they had. I was then told I should call the local people instead of waste solutions from now and then I was hung up on. I called back to try to talk to someone regarding the terrible customer service skills and was transferred to Eric, who then put me on hold and never picked back up. I rent dozens of dumpsters and I warn everyone not to use these people. They are outrageously high priced and very rude. No one should treat customers like that. This was the WORST mistake I have made in recent times!! I recently lost my Father and we were in need of a dumpster for the cleanout process. Calling this company was a joke. Why they DON"T just tell you upfront that they are only contracting to your local dumpster company is false information right off the bat!! I could have walked to the dumpster rental that showed up!! They couldn't even get the contract right after several tries I guess that incompetance should have been the first clue. I was told when to call for pickup and after calling MANY times over a two week period, they told me 'they had no record of me ever calling'! Then I was told due to them NOT having records of my phone calls they would NOT remove the dumpster until I was able to send them phone records of my calls!!! REALLY!!!! Then it basically became a dumpster hostage situation as they refused to remove it!!! The only way I was able to resolve this issue, which it isn't completely resolved yet as the dumpster is still sitting on the property, was to contact the local company that dropped it. I was promised from them that I would NOT be charged the additional half month that this company threatened to take me to court for!! Waste Solutions 123..SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
